"Ava, there is something I've always wanted to talk to you about."
"What is it?" I asked with disgust on my face.
"Ava, see i've always had my eyes on Matheo even before you came into this school and then i can tell you are not interested in him, so please do not speak to him anymore, he has finally started to notice and appreciate my value so please don't confuse him anymore, if you consider me your friend then you won't see him anymore" she said with a warning look on her face.
I was too stunned to speak and then I just blurted out "You can have him don't worry there is nothing between us anyway". I couldn't just believe everything that is happening around me, it was just too much for me to bear so I just lay on my bed and then put on my AirPods to listen to music and then I got a call.
"Hello, who is this?" I asked,
"It's Sam, Matheo's best friend, i took your number from his phone, Ava, Matheo just had an accident and is being rushed to Greenfield hospital close to the college and he kept saying l should call you," he said hurriedly.
My heart skipped for a while and then I just quickly put on any thing I could find, i booked a cab and rushed to the hospital on getting there I asked the nurse at the reception the room number for Matheo and she directed me there and then I ran as fast as I could to the door, opened the door, ran to meet him and hugged him so tightly.
"Are you okay, what happened?" I asked with loads of worry on my face.
"I'm fine baby, on my way back home I was a bit distracted and bumped into a car, nothing serious just that my arm is a bit dislocated but it will be resolved in a few weeks," he said gently.
I touched his arms gently and asked "Where does it hurt?"
"Here," he replied pointing to the place he feels pain,
I touched the place he pointed out gently and whispered "Sorry."
Then the doctor came to discharge him saying it was nothing serious but he should rest well and avoid using the arm for anything for like a week.
"Hun" He frowned,
And then I said "Don't frown Matheo"
"If you would accept to follow me to my house and stay with me till I recover then I won't frown," he said still frowning.
I thought about it for a while, it felt so wrong to say yes considering all that had transpired but I don't even know when I blurted out "okay."
He smiled so wide as if he just won the lottery and then he said "Thank you, baby."
I just nodded my head because at this point I didn't even know what was wrong with me. I told him I would have to go to my dorm to pick up a few things but he told me not to worry about it. They quickly finished the documentation and sorted out the bills and then Sam drove us to Matheo's house with Matheo at the front and then I sat in the back regretting my decision all through the ride.
When we got to his house, two of his minions were around with about three girls and they were all smoking and drinking with loud music on but when they saw him, they put everything away, turned off the music, and then came to express their concern, they greeted me warmly and then went about their business.
He took me to the room he had prepared for me because on our way to his house, I asked him to, because I won't be spending the night in his room.
"Ahh, when did you prepare all of this?" I asked as I scanned through the room, because he had stocked it up with things I normally use like clothes, underwear even down to my skincare.
"How do you know so much about me" I asked again still going through what was in the room.
"I know everything about you, because I love you" He said proudly, you could see the smile of accomplishment on his face.
I just stared at him in disbelief, after I had settled down he took me to his room, so I sat on the couch and started wondering what I was doing here, different thoughts were just flowing through my mind,
"Baby, can you help me with this?" He asked, holding the collar of his shirt
"Okay," I responded shyly, and then stood up and walked towards him. I started unbuttoning his shirt and stared at his muscles in disbelief, I just couldn't believe this masterpiece.
When I got towards the last button of his shirt, he used the arm not affected to hold my waist, and then slowly started leaning on me while pushing me to the wall. When we got to the wall, I could feel his breath on my face and then he bent towards my neck and started kissing me gently, he used his hands to start caressing my body and then the air became thick with unspoken desire. I could feel my heart racing and then he started to put his hand under my pants, I immediately snapped back, slapped him on his face and he immediately stopped and was startled.
"What's wrong with you, is this why you brought me here?" I asked following the slap,
"No, no baby" he stammered, still trying to touch me.
"Don't touch me, are you okay?" I
asked.
" I am sorry okay, I don't know why I can't control myself when I'm around you" he stuttered
" Okay, then I won't stay around you anymore," I said quickly and then proceeded to leave his house. He quickly ran after me and pulled me to him,
"I promise, I'd never touch you again without your permission" he said with a serious look on his face. So I quickly left his room for the room I was staying in feeling a bit disappointed.
I lay on the bed trying to gather my thoughts. I couldn't believe I felt a bit disappointed after he said he won't touch me again without my permission. Different unanswered questions ran through my mind; Why was I shivering at his touch? I'm supposed to be pissed off at him. Why do I still find him so attractive? Why do I have the urge to go back to his room? My brain tells me I'm supposed to be angry, I'm not supposed to be in his house, and I was still trying to gather my thoughts when I heard his housebell ringing.
I was curious so I decided to check who it was and then I couldn't believe who was at the door.
