Leonardo's POV
I was utterly mortified, desperately trying to stop her. "Don't touch me!"
"Stop being so dramatic! What's there to be embarrassed about? Haven't I already seen and felt everything?"
Veronica batted my hand away and ripped off my belt.
The next moment, she went completely still, absolutely speechless.
Her reaction—or complete lack of one—made this whole nightmare even worse. I felt like my entire world was crumbling. I bellowed, "I said no!"
Shaking herself out of her stupor, Veronica pushed down the turmoil in her head. If she refused to feel ashamed, then I'd be the only one left drowning in humiliation.
"No what? You think I'm planning to jump you?"
Veronica's mouth twisted into a wicked grin as she taunted me. "But you know, tonight is our wedding night. Since you're obviously working just fine down there, maybe we should—"
