Giyuu and Sanemi were two people who didn't get along at all; they were like a storm in a teacup. But then their teacher decided to put them in the same dorm room. It was pretty cozy-two beds and other stuff for studying and so on. Of course, neither of them liked it one bit, but what could they do? They had no choice. It's about them sharing a room and the conflicts. So eventually there could be something more and they fall in love with each others. Sanemi is a loud gamer and all Girls are drawling for him. Giyuu is the silent perfect student who is reading books. Nobody knows that Sanemi is bisexual and Giyuu is gay. The combination of them is...explosive and sometimes they share their deep past to each other. Sometimes it's getting really cringe for both of them but mostly they are getting along. That means that one of the is not in the room. Of course are here other ships too: Obanai x Mitsuri Tengen x Rengoku Genya x Muichiro

Chapter 1 - 01: The first days (1/3)

Hours passed, and Sanemi woke up to the sound of Giyuu's alarm clock. The sun was barely rising outside. He sat up groggily, rubbing his eyes and looking over at Giyuu who was still sleeping soundly. Giyuu is sleeping, ignoring the alarm completely. Sanemi rolled his eyes at Giyuu's stubbornness to wake up. He got up and walked over to Giyuu's bed.

"Tomioka, turn that damn thing off before I do it for you."

He leaned over, reaching for the alarm clock. Sanemi's patience snapped as Giyuu continued to ignore him. He grabbed the alarm clock and slammed it against the wall, breaking it.

"Wake up, you lazy bastard!" His voice was filled with irritation and a hint of concern for Giyuu's punctuality. Sanemi's eyes widened in disbelief. He grabbed Giyuu's shoulder and shook him roughly.

"Giyuu! Seriously, wake up! We have class in an hour!" He was now genuinely worried, checking if Giyuu was even breathing properly. Giyuu finally stirred, his eyes fluttering open. He looked up at Sanemi with a mix of confusion and annoyance. "What the hell are you doing? Get off me." He tried to push Sanemi away, still half asleep. Sanemi didn't budge, instead grabbing Giyuu's wrist to stop him.

"You were supposed to wake up! You have that important test today, remember? The one you've been studying for?" He was getting frustrated again, but this time for a different reason. Giyuu blinked a few times, the reality of the situation slowly hitting him. His expression shifted to one of panic. "Shit... I forgot."

He quickly sat up, looking around for his phone to check the time. Sanemi let go of Giyuu's wrist, crossing his arms with a smirk.

"Yeah, you forgot. And now you're going to be late. Good luck explaining that to the professor." He leaned against the wall, watching Giyuu scramble. Giyuu scrambled out of bed, nearly tripping over his own feet.

"I hate you so much right now. Why didn't you wake me up earlier?" He rushed to his closet, grabbing clothes. Sanemi shrugged nonchalantly, enjoying Giyuu's distress.

"Because watching you panic is way more entertaining than a peaceful morning. Plus, I tried. You're just a heavy sleeper."

He chuckled, leaning forward with a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"Besides, you need to learn to manage your time better, idiot."

Giyuu shot him a glare while pulling on his shirt. "Don't call me that. And I'm not an idiot, I'm just... tired." He started buttoning his shirt hastily, nearly missing a button. Sanemi raised an eyebrow at Giyuu's defense. "Sure, tired. That's why you're always sleeping like a log and missing important things." He walked over to Giyuu's desk and picked up his textbook.

"You really should take better care of yourself, Tomioka. Even if you are a pain in my ass." Giyuu snatched the textbook from Sanemi's hands, looking flustered. "Stop acting like you care. You just want to see me fail."

He stuffed the textbook into his bag, still struggling to keep his composure. Sanemi's expression softened for a brief moment before he masked it with his usual tough demeanor.

"Maybe I do. But failing means extra work for me too, and I don't want that." He grabbed his own bag, heading towards the door.

"Now hurry up, we're leaving. I'm not letting you be late because you're too busy being dramatic." Giyuu finished getting ready in record time, following Sanemi out of the room.

"I'm not dramatic. You're just... ugh, whatever. Let's go." He muttered under his breath, trying to keep up with Sanemi's fast pace. Sanemi glanced at Giyuu, noting his silence.

"You're quieter than usual. Are you really that stressed about the test?" He kept walking, his voice carrying a hint of genuine concern again despite his attempts to hide it. Giyuu remained silent for a few more steps before sighing deeply. "I'm not stressed. I'm just... thinking about how to make it up to you for being an inconvenience."

He looked away, his pride preventing him from admitting he was worried about failing.

"You can't fail. You are the nerd and your perfect grades are telling me that you are not failing." Giyuu's cheeks flushed slightly at the mention of his grades. "That's not the point. I just... don't want to disappoint myself."

He quickened his pace, trying to hide his embarrassment at being called a nerd. Sanemi chuckled again, a teasing smile playing on his lips.

"Admit it, you're a nerd who gets all worked up over tests. But you're my roommate, so I guess I'll have to deal with it." He playfully nudged Giyuu's shoulder. "And don't worry, I won't tell anyone about your little perfectionist tendencies." Giyuu pushed Sanemi away, a small smile tugging at the corners of his mouth despite his efforts to maintain his cold facade.

"I'm not a perfectionist. You're just annoying."

He tried to sound irritated, but there was a hint of amusement in his voice. Sanemi laughed heartily, enjoying their banter more than he should. "Sure, keep telling yourself that. But I know the truth, Tomioka." He suddenly stopped walking and turned to face Giyuu directly. "By the way, if you really want to make it up to me, you could help me with my studies later." Giyuu raised an eyebrow, caught off guard by the offer.
