Evelin's POV
I was caught off guard seeing Grace there.
"Obviously, she's here to catch a flight!" Selina jumped to my defense. "Since when do passengers need your permission to sit in the waiting area?"
Grace's face tightened. "Weren't you supposed to divorce Grey today? Evelin, did you chicken out again? Can't handle letting him go?"
My voice came out ice-cold. "Grey and I are done. Officially divorced. You two can play house all you want now."
Relief flickered across Grace's face. With me out of the picture, she could finally have Grey in the open.
But something about my expression seemed to irritate her.
"Oh, by the way, you got that money, right?" Grace's tone turned smug. "That money only happened because I pawned my ring. Don't you think you owe me some gratitude?"
Selina exploded beside me. "Grateful? For what? You're the homewrecker here. Got some nerve flaunting that. Why don't we talk about how much you've bled Grey dry over the years?"
