On May 31st 2060 was the day it happened.Right as the clock hit 12 everyone around the world heard a deafening "BOOM!". In a world where money meant everything, everything would change. 5% of the world would see a clearish translucent hologram pop up in front of their very eyes.
The strange screen that popped up was like a game, you could up your stats for example you can make yourself faster by improving your agility points. Each person could see their rank ranging from 100 which was the worst to 1 the best.
Each person would also have a maximum strength that they would gain and it would be shown on the top right of this holographic screen. Beside the max strength cap you would have your current strength.
Points were claimed by killing monsters that appeared in portals that would spawn randomly. Portals would close after killing the boss. Points could be used to upgrade your stats.
