While the heroes were mourning for their lost. Something is happening in the Deep Sea.
Orm is leading Dragonboy to look for giant sea creatures that can be used for his fight againt's atlantis and take the throne from aquaman.
During their journey, they found a tomb.
This tomb belong to the Trench King. He was one of the leader of an atlantian tribe who turn his people and himself into monsters.
While he was defeated. His tomb still hold his remnant soul. A tiny part of his soul with no conciousness that hold his knowledge so that his legacy will not be lost.
As Orm and his loyal guards along with dragonboy came into the tomb. They found the corpse of the Trench King.
The corpse has long since decayed with only tiny bits of flesh attach to the bone. The Trench King was wearing a majastic but tattered rope while holding a mysterious staff with a green orb at the top.
Seeing the staff, Orn the ocean master seem to be bewitch. He wants to grab it and make the power his own.
However just as Orn was about to reach the orb. It flew to Dragon boy.
Dragon boy started transforming his eyes grew green and his horns grew long as he finally broke free from mind control due to fusing with remnant soul of the trench king.
Dragon boy gained hundred of years of the trench king knowledge. He was also effected by the knowledge, gaining a bit of the trench king evil personality.
With his mind finally free. He killed Orn and every single of Orn's guards.
After killing them. Dragonboy spoke his first words "Finally free".
Dragonboy soon summon his sea monsters. Deciding to create a monster kingdom for himself in the deep sea.
