Location : Vitrum Empire
After conquering the Reach, Kael has been busy building his empire.
His children, the viltrum, were sent to conquer the vassals of the Reach and to chose which vassal will be devoured.
Thanks to the Reach far reaching conquering journey. There were exactly 67 planets that became vassals under the Reach.
And now with the Reach gone, these planets become items can do whatever he wanted.
Kael gave his children 36 clone of himself to be implanted in exactly 36 planet to become his incarnations.
As for the rest, they will be devoured by Kael.
As Kael devoured the 21 planets that his children have deem useless and turn the other 36 into his incarnations. He grew stronger and notice a mystical force that flows through the universe, Magic.
As Kael started experimenting with this mystical force, he notice some other magical beings.
And so a hunt began once more. Kael use his gravitational field to capture and devour these magical beings. Devouring their power, knowledge, and their blood.
As he did so, a new type of energy was formed in his body. With it, Kael created a net of energy that allows his children to no longer just use their connection to him to power their physical powers like flight, super strength, and sonic scream but also allow them to tap into his energy to do magic like teleportaion and star magic easilly.
Time soon flew by.
The 36 planets that Kael turned into his incarnation embeded themself to different place in the universe to become his backup bodies. Of course the civilization living in the planet was left alive for a better camoflage with Kael children as their ruler.
Each planet have 10 viltrum living in it. Their mission is to have children with the civilization there to make the Blood of Kael flow through every inteligent beings in that planet.
It does have to be noted that the children born from the viltrum will have their body slowly transform into a viltrum as they age.

Sirting on his throne. Darksied was listening to some news that his subordinate just told him.
Someone or something have destroyed The Reach.

"What ? The Reach have been destroyed ?!"
Sitting on their pedestal. The Guardians can be seen talking to other about the report they just receive from one of their lanterns.
"This we must investigate this !" Said one of the guardians.
"We need to attack them before they attack us !" Another guardian said.
"NO ! Let us observe first" said a third guardian.
"Well let us observe first then" said a fourth guardian.

Location : Earth
Inside the newly built Teen Titans Headquarters. Sleeping in his room, Blue Beetle, one of the founding members of Teen Titans is having a horrifying nightmare.
In his dream, he saw a giant planet forming a mputh and eating a whole civilization. He saw countless men and women pouring out of spaceships and started countless destruction. Their number seem never ending as more come out of newly arrived spaceships.
He even saw that one of the girl with a number 11 on her suit look eerily similar to supergirl.
As he observe his dream, he saw a scarap being sent to space by a dying alien. It was his.
He saw how the scarap traveled across the universe before finally landing and bonding with him.
He saw himself joing the Teen Titans in the dream. Having a pretty good life only for earth to get invaded by the very same beings that destroyed the Reach.
As Blue Beetle woke up from his dream, sweat pouring out of his body. He decided that he needs to tell his team about that horrifying planet and the beings that destroyed that alien civilization.
Coming out of his room. He ran to the living room where he saw Nightwing alone with Starfire. He quickly told nightwing his dream. Telling him that this dream might be his scarap's memory.
Nightwing quickly woke up Cyborg. Asking him to have Blue Beetle's scarap scanned.
With cyborg help, they were able to copy the scaraps memories, allowing them to see what really happen and it horified them.
With this evidence. Nightwing called upon batman for an emergency meeting with the Justice League.
