Location : Mexico
Arrows were shot as countless goons were killed. It was from Red Arrow and he is currentlly trying to stop a human traficing operation.
Red arrow quickly found the captured victims. He use one of his arrow to break the locks to free the caotured victims.
Just then a goon tried to attack red arrow from behind.
The goon was shot in head three times and from the darkness came a man woth a red helmet on his head. He use two guns and wore a cool black jacket.
"You know I can't believe that a hero is actually killing someone" said the person.
"Well sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. So who are you" Said red arrow as he fredd more of the captured victims.
"Me ? You can call me Red Hood. And you how would you like to join a team I am forming?" said Red Hood as he shoot another goon.
"Oh ? I am listening. What will this team do ?" Asked Red Arrow as he shot his arrow to the goons coming to the warehouse
"Finishing something heroes should have done long ago" said Red hood.
"Good I'll join" said Red Arrow.

Location : Red Hood's hidden base.
Sitting in the base. Red Arrow couldn't help but look at the only other member of Red Hood's so called team.
It was E-Soul. Sitting there and watching TV while the mouth part of his suit is open and eating some chips.
As E-Souk eats, he notice a guest and offered red arrow some chips.
"Want some ?" Asked E-Soul emotionlessly.
"No thank you" said Red Arrow as he took a step back.
Soon the room got into an awkward silence.
"Okay what is with you guys" asked Red Hood as he hold his head with his arm.
"He cause the death of my original self and HE CAN PROBABLY KILL US IN MILISECONDS !" Screamed Red Arrow as he freak out for a bit.
"Well I died once and came back. You original self probably will come back in a couole years. I mean his mentor, green arrow did die and came back to life a couple years ago." Said Red Hood as he tried to comfort red Arrow.
"You died ?" Asked red arrow with a raised eyebrow.
"Yes. I am actually the second generation robin. Joker kidnapped me and beat me to death. Then I was revived by a guy named Ra Al Ghul who is the leader of an assasin organisation. He wanted me to be his weapon and stuff and but I manage to escape." Said Red hood as he pour himself some alcohol.
"Wow that is interesting" said Red Arrow as he grab the drink that red hood just pured himself.
"Really more interesting than being a clone of someone" said Red Hood as he took another glass and poured himself some alcohol.
" Well.... so what about this guy. Got some balls letting someone that cause the death of my original self here while inviting me" said Red Arrow as he drank his glass of Alcohol.
"Well he was controled. Plus this guy is technically the brother of wondergirl and the biological son of batman and wonderwoman. They will let him join the league given the opportunity." Said Red Hood.
"Well I guess I'll still stay on your team. Any other members ?" Asked Red Arrow.
"No but I do have candidate. Take a look at this" answered Red Hood as he took the picture of two other candidates that he has in mind from a folder.
Bizarro.
"Wow a clone of superman ?" Asked Red Arrow.
"Yes, he will be a great asset if he join our team" answered Red Hood as he put back the folder.
"So what will the team be called anyway ?" Asked Red Arrow while pouring another glass of alcohol.
"Well I was thinking of the Outlaws but now. How about Arsenal. I think this name probably means a lot to you." Said Red Hood as he pour himself some alcohol.
"Thank you" said Red Arrow as he clang his glass with red hood's.
"No problem." Answered Red Hood. And so two new teams of young heroes have been born.
Other than the young justice team. A team of heroes dedicated in protecting a city called Jump City have appeared, calling themself Teen Titans. A new team of outlaws who sought to take matters into their own hands have also appeared called Arsenal.
