"Ah~"
A woman moaned as a man pentrated her.
"Just take it all baby~"
Ethan had just arrived home from work, hugging a velvet box to his chest.
He'd been saving up money for months to purchase a ring for his girlfriend, Vivian, and he was going to propose today.
The evening air gently touched Ethan's face, boosting his confidence and pushed him forward to unlock the door to his apartment, in hopes of proposing to his girlfriend of four years.
He playfully hummed as he stepped inside and locked the door behind him as he blushed profusely.
In his mind, Vivian was already his wife, a stunning beauty that never failed to radiate the room.
He imagined mornings with her, sharing coffee in a kitchen, arguing playfully over silly things, and falling asleep next to eachother.
He pictured their names carved into a small wooden sign above their doorway as she held onto him tight.
And his heart skipped a beat at the thought that he had found the woman he would choose over and over again no matter what.
The sound of loud, sloppy slurping coming from his bedroom snapped him out of it.
Confused and a bit startled, he rushed over to his bedroom and opened his door quickly.
To his horror, Vivian was between his co-worker's legs sucking hard on his dick.
"What the hell are you doing Vivian!" Ethan yelled, his voice trembling.
Vivian stopped sucking with a loud pop and looked back at him annoyed.
"Giving him head. Are you blind?"
"But why would you do this to me??? After everything I've done for you and then you do something like this?"
"What did you expect? I deserve nice things Ethan, and he provides for me like a real man would. And you? You're just some guy living in some crappy apartment!"
"Just some guy?! Am I some guy for planning to propose to you today?!"
Ethan pulled out the velvet box and opened it to reveal a ring that wasn't the biggest, not the flashiest but he spent months searching for it just for her.
The ring was a delicate band of white gold that had a heart that rested a single teardrop diamond, clear and pure as the love he felt for her.
Inside the band, engraved in cursive, were the words he'd whispered to her once on a rainy night:
"You're my reason to live. "
But that still wasn't enough to make Vivian regret cheating on him.
"Get that hideous ring out of my face! And I would never get married to you! All you'd ever be is a deadbeat husband!"
Ethan's co-worker wrapped his arm around Vivian's waist and this was enough to trigger Ethan.
"Get out of my house! Now!"
Vivian rolled her eyes and hopped off of the bed and the man did as well and they dressed quickly.
The man kept Vivian close to her, pleased he had her all to himself now.
As Vivian was walking out the apartment she whispered,"You're just mad he's bigger than you."
Then she slammed the door shut.
Ethan collapsed onto the floor, his mind going insane.
I planned our future from the start, so where did I do wrong??
The ring fell to the floor but he didn't dare look at it.
If he even took a glance at it, all it would bring was more sorrow.
All he wanted was to be loved by a woman he could call his own.
Someone who would look forward to seeing him come home from work and run to embrace him in her arms.
But sometimes...grief leads to habits that are so addictive that it feels impossible to break out of.
A habit he wish he could turn back on.
But as he spent his days alone without Vivian by his side, all he felt was grief.
And to make matter worse, he developed a fear for women.
The world was so corrupted, all people wanted was expensive things and people to feed into their desires and when they encountered someone who refused to give in, that's that's their true colors are revealed.
To him, women were just majestic creatures that could never be understood so what use was it to try finding the one who would stay with him despite all the hardships?
A notification caused his phone to buzz.
Ethan grunted.
"It better not be my stupid co-worker..."
He unwilling picked up his phone and saw a notification about some new released ai chatbot.
Ethan scoffed in disbelief.
"I may be desperate but I'm not that desperate."
The poor man wished to stay loyal to a woman who broke their trust but temptation got him and he lost control of his hands.
He found himself clicking the notification and even going to the point of downloading the app.
"Eh not much reviews but I guess I'll check what all the hype with ai girlfriends are about."
[Ethan, please input what qualities your ai girlfriend should have.]
"Whatever."
Then there he was inputting all the qualities he wanted: a short brunette, cute, and most importantly loyal.
"There, now I'll call her Selene but I'll make her look exactly like Vivian."
Ethan was still down bad for down for Vivian despite her literally having her back blown out by his co-worker but life felt so empty without her that he didn't know why he kicked her out of his house.
Now he had to rely on some ai chatbot to keep him company.
"Atleast she gets me..."
Ethan sighed.
Though he claimed he was only experimenting with the chatbot to see how he would really feel to have a someone who cares, he somehow got aroused.
"Shit...she sounds too much like Vivian."
Ethan knew what he was doing far to well.
He had uploaded voice recordings and images of Vivian, all with seductive voices and poses.
But her words were apart of the code so he was shocked when she drew her in.
"She's too cute, I can't!" He panted, tossing his phone onto his bed.
Then he went to sleep, hoping the sexual tension between him and the ai chatbot would be over.
