Despite his light-hearted approach to many things. When it came to fashion, Paul Parker did not play.
To him, fashion was as essential to life as things like eating and breathing. How could a person be expected to go out into the world and do their best when they were not looking their best? To make sure that people did their best, Paul made sure that they looked their best.
Sadly, most people did not really understand how much time and effort went into creating his designs. None of them fully able to appreciate just how much time he invested when it came to picking out pieces, that would create a new suit or dress, or whatever it was that he decided to design.
They would never know the agony of spending hours looking at beads using a magnifying glass. Going through them one by one until finally finding the one that would fit perfectly into the outfit he was designing.
But that was just part of the pains of being a fashion designer.
