The next day I get a hold of Sarah and let her know that I'm accepting the offer.
"That's great Jay! Come over the place and we can start working on how you want this house to look"
I head over to the house and Sarah is waiting on me inside with papers that will go towards how the house will look.
"So Jay write everything you would like down on these layouts of the house"
"Alright I already got some ideas"
I put down everything I want in the house and hand it over to Sarah and she goes over it with me.
"Hmm so you want to keep the house looking the same, you're fine with the kitchen. you want to add a theater room, a game room, and…. Am I reading this right?"
I look at what she's pointing at and nod
"Yeah that's right"
"Hmmm didn't pin you to be into that"
"Yeah, also for the master bedroom, I want one of those beds that you can adjust the temperature and shit like that"
"Alright, perfect! We'll get working on this and it should be ready in a couple days and it gives you enough time to get your stuff together from your place"
"Thank you Sarah, tell Mr Williams thank you too and I appreciate everything… oh yeah since you're here is it alright if I take a week or so off next month for my brothers wedding in California next month, I promised him I wouldn't miss it and he made me the best man"
"Oh of course Jay, I wouldn't want you to disappoint your family"
"Thank you, ill have to get the plane tickets ready"
"Oh you don't need that, our private jet can take you"

I head over to Eli's house and tell her everything
"Yeah so that's going to be my house, in a couple days I want you to come see it"
"Oh I'm definitely going to be there, fuck up your house this time"

"Mmhmmm.. anyways I want to ask you something"

"So next month my brother is getting married and they said I can bring a plus one, do you want to come with me?"

"Of course Jay, but don't be mad when I get your family fucked up and I make the wedding better"

"So should I be matching you"
"Yeah it's just a black suit I'm wearing, so a black dress or any dark color would be alright"
"Oooo I got the perfect outfit, I can't wait for you to see it"
"I can't wait to finally see you in a dress"

"I know you do, but I have to get going, I have to get my stuff packed and tell the office that I'm leaving"

I leave out the door and head to my little apartment for the last time, soon I'll be living in my dream home… only it once belonged to someone that's connected to a murder.
