Now...
As the Bloodpit sealed...
It was time for Conrad to work.
Three Bulls.
Less space.
And he still had to get one of their horns.
"This is going to be tough..."
Conrad thought for a moment.
Then...
He came up with an idea.
He tore off his red vest.
And threw pieces of it onto the other two Bulls.
Instantly...
The Bulls mistook each other for enemies.
They began fighting among themselves.
Exactly as Conrad had planned.
But...
He had forgotten one thing.
He was still bleeding.
One Bull locked onto Conrad.
While the other two fought each other.
Moments later...
Both of those Bulls killed each other.
Now...
Only one remained.
Conrad.
And the final Bull.
There was nowhere left to run.
The Bloodpit was sealed.
His wire had been left outside.
To get the Bull's horn...
He had to cut it off.
Or punch it.
Or kick it.
Which was impossible.
Its horns were burning.
Conrad slowly realized...
"This is it."
He had failed.
He couldn't avenge his parents.
He couldn't even make it out of Bulltown.
Forget about reaching...
The Big Three.
Nothingware.
Upware.
And Deathware.
He slowly dropped to his knees.
Closed his eyes.
Then looked straight into the Bull's eyes.
To everyone else...
The Bull was charging at incredible speed.
But to Conrad...
Time had slowed down.
"So..."
"This is how I die."
He smiled.
"If I'm going to die..."
"I might as well make these last few seconds count."
He scooped up the blood dripping from his shoulder.
And threw it straight into the Bull's eyes.
Its vision blurred for just a moment.
The Bull charged...
But missed Conrad by inches.
Instead...
It slammed straight into the wall.
The impact shook the Bloodpit.
Almost immediately...
It turned around.
And charged again.
But this time...
Conrad was smiling.
The happiest...
And most grateful...
He had ever been.
"Thank you..."
"Henry."
In Conrad's hand...
Was Henry's Katana.
While throwing the blood...
He had noticed a small sewage opening beneath the Bloodpit.
Inside...
Hidden all these years...
Was Henry's sword.
Henry had predicted that one day...
Someone would stand exactly where Conrad was standing now.
So during his final moments...
He left the Katana there.
Along with instructions on how to retrieve it.
Conrad had followed them.
And now...
The legend's blade had returned.
The Bull charged.
Conrad stepped forward.
One slash.
The Bull's head flew clean off.
Blood erupted from its neck like a waterfall.
Conrad stood there...
Covered from head to toe in blood.
He caught the Bull's head.
Threw it into the air.
Then...
With one final slash...
Cut off its burning horn.
Without wasting another second...
He sprinted toward the gate.
He placed the horn exactly where Henry's notes had instructed.
Boom.
The Bloodpit opened.
For the first time...
In seven years.
Everyone outside froze.
They expected to see the same outcome as before.
Instead...
They saw a monster.
A young man...
Covered entirely in blood.
Holding a Katana in one hand.
A burning Bull's horn in the other.
A Bull's horn still pierced through his shoulder.
The children screamed.
The adults...
Couldn't believe what they were seeing.
Conrad had survived.
Then...
The entire cage system collapsed.
Conrad immediately looked toward Steve.
And gave him the signal.
Steve activated Henry's mechanism.
At once...
One hundred citizens charged toward Serloth's guards.
Knives flashed.
The plan had begun.
But...
Serloth's guards were elites.
Many of the citizens were killed.
Still...
Seventy guards fell.
Only thirty remained.
Along with...
King Serloth.
Moments later...
The underground plates shifted.
Nearly ninety furious Bulls appeared directly in front of the King.
The remaining guards panicked.
They ran for their lives.
One by one...
They were hunted down.
And killed by the Bulls.
Meanwhile...
Every citizen had already returned safely to their homes.
Far away from the arena.
Now...
Only two people remained.
Conrad.
And...
King Serloth.
Surprisingly...
Serloth wasn't scared at all.
He stood there...
Covered in the blood of his own guards.
Then...
He slowly pulled out his weapon.
The Blade Slasher.
A weapon that moved through the air at nearly 100 km/h.
Sharper...
Than even a Katana.
Without hesitation...
He began hunting the Bulls.
One after another...
He slaughtered them.
Every.
Single.
One.
Conrad watched from the shadows.
Waiting patiently.
For the perfect opening.
Then...
He noticed something strange.
King Serloth wasn't celebrating.
He was setting candles...
On a birthday cake.
11:59:57 PM.
A black shadow jumped from above.
Conrad.
11:59:58 PM.
Serloth drew the Blade Slasher.
11:59:59 PM.
He closed his eyes.
And blew out the candles.
Conrad's blade descended.
Just as Serloth prepared to strike...
The clock reached...
12:00 AM.
A new day had begun.
Suddenly...
Serloth dropped his Blade Slasher.
Conrad's sword pierced straight through his heart.
Blood slowly spilled from his mouth.
He smiled weakly.
Coughed.
Then whispered...
"Happy Birthday..."
"...love."
