The Grand Alpha woke up at sunset, and instead of letting the royal servants know that he's awake, so they can begin the daily routine, he laid down, replaying what had happened the night before.
Did he overthink it, or was his hypothesis really true? Did Elsa really plan to poison him, or he was the one that was being overly paranoid.
He sat up on the bed, and sighed.
He had known Elsa since they were little. Her father was the Alpha of Dallura, one of the packs under Eleandora. Everyone knew of her affection for him, but it wasn't mutual so, he never tool her serious, until the night the moon goddess mated them together.
He hadn't been particularly happy about it, considering the fact that he never really liked her in the first place. But he decided not to reject it. She had proven to be in love with him, so maybe he should at least give her a chance.
