"Come on, David. Let's not keep them waiting. Let Bram and Liana take the other car," Chelsea whispered sweetly into David ear.
David did not answer Chelsea. His eyes followed Liana, who was now walking gracefully beside Bram toward the first car, looking slightly amused as Bram opened the door for her.
David sighed heavily. He felt defeated by Rey, and now by Bram, just because he had to pretend to be professional.
"Fine," David decided with a voice that was slightly sharper than usual, and then he pulled Chelsea arm so they would move quickly, away from the sight of Liana and Bram looking intimate.
Desy motorcade arrived at the magnificent Five Star Hotel. The waiting hotel staff immediately opened the doors.
Liana and Bram stepped out of the car.
Liana, whose foot felt a bit sore, accepted a light grip from Bram. As she stepped, Liana managed a quick glance at David, who was also just getting out of his car.
