Liana knew it was pointless to argue with David. David had made his decision, and now he was her new neighbor. Liana sighed deeply.
"Alright, Sir. Then, I'll take my leave. Rey can sleep at your place," Liana said, then she turned and walked out toward her unit.
David just nodded, watching Liana enter her own unit. He smiled contentedly, feeling that all the effort and money he spent last night were worth the closeness he gained. He then closed the door of his new unit.
Morning arrived. David woke up early. After cleaning himself up and ensuring Rey was still sound asleep in his bed, David took out the trash bag from his new unit.
David exited the unit, walked to the trash disposal area, and immediately returned. Just as he walked past Liana unit door and was about to insert the key into his own door, Liana unit door suddenly opened.
Liana rushed out, and without looking forward, she immediately ran fast.
