Helicarrier.
A heated discussion was underway about what to do with Loki.
"Loki must be brought back to Asgard for judgment," Thor said, gulping down a cold beer.
Boom!
"Refill."
Acting as bartender, the kindly Coulson smiled and poured him another glass.
Captain America shook his head and said patiently, "Thor, I hope you understand—your brother committed crimes on Earth. He must face human justice."
"Justice?" Thor repeated the word, visibly displeased.
"Your dear brother has at least twenty lives on his hands," Natasha said sharply. Her words cut deep. Thor froze, the anger in his eyes fading.
"Uh…" Thor chuckled awkwardly. "Loki isn't technically Odin's real son," he muttered, trying to lighten the mood.
Then Tony Stark, who had quietly been digging into S.H.I.E.L.D.'s systems, looked up with a blank face. "By the way, where's your boss and Dr. Banner?"
"They're with Loki," Coulson replied.
"Oh, thanks. Get me a Coke," Tony said, sitting across from him.
"No problem," Coulson said with a grin. "Though it's got a new name now—'Binzhou Water.'"
Immediately, Tony heard Jarvis whisper through his earpiece, "Sir, Zhou Bin is—"
"Hahahahaha!"
Everyone turned to look at Tony, baffled as he burst into laughter for no apparent reason.
Still, Coulson's attempt at humor had lightened the mood. The tension that filled the room moments ago quickly melted away.
Just then, Coulson received a message through his earpiece. "Excuse me," he said, "Director Fury needs me."
Loki sat cross-legged in his glass cell, eyes glinting with mockery and pride.
Bruce Banner approached, staring at the restrained god. He could feel the sinister energy radiating from him.
Loki smiled with disdain. "Hey, big guy, we meet again."
Banner replied in a deep voice, "Loki, do you even realize what you've done? You're about to start a catastrophic war."
Loki shrugged, smirking. "War is inevitable, Bruce. I'm merely guiding it. This world needs a true king—and that king is me."
Banner frowned. "You're lost, Loki. Consumed by your lust for power and revenge. You're not a king—you're a madman driven by delusions of grandeur."
Loki's grin widened. "Madman? Maybe. But at least I'm not a fragile little human like you. You'll never understand greatness, Doctor."
Seeing that cunning look on Loki's face, Banner instinctively took a step back.
"Of course," Loki added slyly, "I was talking about your other side. When you're the Hulk, you're unstoppable. You and I together—we could rule everything."
He chuckled darkly. "The Hulk… now he is the strongest creature in the universe."
Banner's eyes flickered with both anger and sadness. "Loki, you don't get it. True greatness isn't built on domination or destruction—it's built on peace, unity, and justice. What you're doing will only leave you alone… and broken."
Loki smirked coldly. "You sound noble, Bruce. But strength is everything. You so-called heroes are nothing but ants beneath my feet."
Banner exhaled slowly. "Loki, no matter how arrogant you are, you'll lose. Because we'll stop you. We'll save this planet."
Loki's smile turned cruel. "We'll see, Doctor. Time will reveal who truly rules this world."
As Banner turned to leave, Loki's voice called out mockingly behind him:"Tell me, Doctor… isn't this cage built for you?"
Banner froze for a moment, then walked away heavily.
When Banner returned, everyone except Coulson was already gathered.
"Well, look who's back," Tony said with a smirk. "Let's have the good doctor weigh in." Then he proceeded to spill every S.H.I.E.L.D. secret he'd discovered.
Upon hearing about the Hulk containment cell on the Helicarrier, Banner's expression darkened.
"Tony, we're a team—we shouldn't be fighting each other," Captain America said calmly, ignoring Nick Fury's dark look nearby.
Tony scoffed. "A team? Come on, Cap, you're stuck in the past. I've told you before—this team needs my tech, my resources. Without me, you've got nothing."
Cap's patience finally snapped. "Technology and money can't replace justice and humanity, Tony. You take yourself far too seriously."
"Everyone, calm down," Banner interjected. "We need to focus on Loki and his plans, not each other."
But the tension only grew. Each Avenger held their own opinion, their own pride.
Tony smirked. "Work together to stop Loki? Yeah, right. Playing house with you people is a waste of time."
"I think I should just take my brother back," Thor said sarcastically, glaring at everyone. "Your team spirit is… disappointing."
Then, almost bitterly, he added, "You're nothing like Nathan Hawke's team."
Thor suddenly stood up. "Fine then, I'll go find Nathan Hawke myself." He turned to Tony. "Hey, you know where to find him?"
Natasha's face went pale. "Thor, Nathan Hawke is not a good man."
But Thor ignored her, grabbing his hammer and heading toward the deck.
Then—
BOOM! BOOM!
The entire Helicarrier shook violently.
"Director, it's Hawkeye! He's leading a squad of agents and fighter jets—attacking us!" reported Maria Hill from the command room.
Nick Fury barked, "Alright, people—let's kick their asses first!"
Everyone sprang into action.
The situation spiraled out of control. Under Loki's mind control, Hawkeye led a full-scale assault on the Helicarrier. Explosions ripped through the air; chaos engulfed the ship.
Bruce Banner felt it coming—the rage, the transformation. His body trembled violently as he lost control. His eyes turned wild, his muscles expanding until the Hulk burst free.
"No! Don't do this! Control it!" Banner's consciousness screamed within—but the Hulk's fury drowned him out.
The Hulk rampaged across the ship, smashing walls, tearing through metal, and ignoring friend or foe.
"The big green guy's getting a little too excited," Tony quipped, donning his armor and flying straight into battle.
Iron Man and the Hulk clashed in the ship's corridors—metal versus muscle, technology versus raw power. Tony's weapons fired relentlessly, but the Hulk's rage made him nearly unstoppable.
"Banner! Listen to me!" Tony shouted, dodging a punch that could crush a tank. "You've got to fight it—don't let him win!"
But the Hulk roared in response, hurling debris as Tony struggled to contain him.
Meanwhile, Loki—freed by Hawkeye—encountered Coulson. Loki's eyes burned with malice. He raised his scepter without hesitation and struck.
Coulson collapsed.
"Coulson!" Natasha's voice trembled with fury and grief. She charged at Loki, fighting fiercely with all her skill. But Loki danced away effortlessly, laughing.
Finally, he caught the scepter Hawkeye tossed to him, twirled it, and sneered, "Goodbye." The two vanished before Natasha's eyes.
Outside, Thor fought the enemy jets with thunder and lightning, each swing of Mjolnir echoing through the sky.
"Thunder of the Gods!" he shouted, summoning a storm that shattered the clouds and sent bolts of lightning crashing down on his foes.
Inside, Nick Fury and Maria Hill coordinated the defense. Hill moved like lightning, taking down enemies with precise shots and swift combat moves, while Fury issued sharp, strategic commands to hold the line.
The Helicarrier burned in the sky—explosions lighting up the clouds as the battle raged on.
