Synopsis
In the year 2121, the world had long fused magic and technology into one seamless reality. Every citizen, upon turning sixteen, stood before the Class Allocation Terminal, where fate itself decided their path — warrior, mage, assassin, healer, and countless others. Accel, just another face in the sea of hopeful candidates, stepped forward when his turn came. The smooth glass screen before him shimmered, scanning his mana signature before lines of text appeared—visible only to him. [Class Acquired: Tank] The screen flickered for a split second—static and distortion cutting through the clean interface. Another number in the system, another hopeful adventurer starting at the bottom. What Accel didn’t realize, however, was that the glitch he ignored had already rewritten his fate.

Chapter 1 - Founding of Magic and World History I

In the World of Technology, civilization succeeded in building homes on the moon and began terraforming Mars to make it more habitable. This advanced progress accelerated in 2050, during a space exploration mission when astronauts discovered a huge asteroid between Mars and Jupiter. This discovery was the most significant and shocking event for SPHERE (Space Program for Human Exploration, Research, and Expansion), as no previous data existed on this asteroid. SPHERE began researching how the asteroid arrived there. During their exploration, astronauts also found a large chunk of unknown space ore within the asteroid, which they brought back to Earth for further study.

After the unknown space ore was brought back to Earth for further study, an accident occurred six months later at the Research Facilities of SPHERE. The entire facility was consumed by the unknown space ore, resulting in a massive airburst that affected the entire Earth's atmosphere. The world feared that something catastrophic would happen. However, two months after the accident, a strange device appeared around the globe, landing near the capital city of each country. This device was initially named in an unknown language, but after further studies by various organizations, the language was deciphered, suggesting that something had changed within individuals' bodies. The device became known as the Class Allocation Terminal—a mechanism that assigns anyone a permanent and random path in life.

At first, it was confusing, but scientists volunteered to use the Class Allocation Terminal. The first scientist stood on the terminal, and to everyone's surprise, a holographic screen appeared before him. By random chance, he received the class called "Magic Researcher." Initially confused by this designation, he suddenly experienced a painful pressure in his head, as if unknown information about magic was being forcefully input into his brain.

Once he regained his composure, he informed those present about the strange device known as the Class Allocation Terminal. This discovery changed everything; the world of technology began to evolve rapidly. People were astonished to learn that magic could now exist in their reality, and they believed everyone could receive a class from the terminal. However, they soon realized there was a restriction: only individuals aged 16 and above were eligible to acquire a class job from the terminal, leaving those younger unable to benefit from it.

After the discovery of Class Jobs, the Class Allocation Terminal, and Magic Power, the United Earth Federation (UEF) established an organization to manage the Class Allocation Terminal. This organization is known as the Central System Management Authority (CSMA). The UEF is a unified council composed of representatives from different continents. Each region—Eurasia, Amerasia, Afronova, Oceania, and the Polar Frontier—has administrative autonomy but ultimately reports to the Federation Council.

The Class System Management Authority (CSMA) serves as the central administrative body responsible for managing all class allocation terminals, adventurer registrations, and system operations globally. Initially established to automate the class distribution process, it has since evolved into a vast bureaucracy that oversees nearly every adventurer-related function on Earth.

It is said that the CSMA's database, known as the Core Nexus, connects directly to the World System Code — the enigmatic digital-arcane framework that regulates the class and stat mechanics for humanity. Only a select group of top-ranking System Engineers have access to its underlying code.

After the United Earth Federation established the Class Specialization and Mana Allocation (CSMA), individuals aged 16 and older were able to access the Class Allocation Terminal. This system was freely available to everyone, leading to a society filled with people who specialize in Aura and Mana. However, there are individuals who strongly oppose the existence of such powers and abilities, as they can be dangerous. As a result, the world has become divided into three major factions.

In the year 2060, a decade later, three major factions emerged: the Ascension Alliance, the Human Preservation Front (HPF), and the Black Reign Syndicate. The Ascension Alliance is characterized as supportive and pro-system. Over the past ten years, people have come to realize that possessing unique abilities represents a significant advancement for humanity, enabling them to elevate their civilization. With the assistance of the United Earth Federation, they established the first global faction, the Ascension Alliance.

The Ascension Alliance is made up of citizens, scholars, adventurers, and officials who fully embrace the Class Allocation Terminal and the system-based evolution it offers. They believe that the allocation of classes is the next step in human evolution—a fusion of magic, data, and destiny.

The Alliance views the System as either a divine mechanism or a scientific breakthrough that removes the limits of human potential. They work closely with the Central System Management Authority (CSMA) to promote class registration, guild development, and controlled adventurer missions.

The Human Preservation Front (HPF) is identified as an opposition and anti-system faction. This global group emerged shortly after the Ascension Alliance manipulated the results of class allocations, leading many to feel they received unfair treatment. Specifically, those with certain class jobs faced limited missions and rewards, as their roles were deemed less valuable. This sparked significant anger among the populace. In response, some members seized control of the Class Allocation Terminals, which are located in all nations, rallying those who view these abilities as a threat or danger to humanity. Thus, the Human Preservation Front (HPF) was established as the second global faction in the world.

The HPF argues that measuring individuals by their stats, ranks, and combat efficiency is creating a rigid class hierarchy, where a person's worth is determined by their power rather than their character. Activists within the HPF also highlight early system anomalies—such as glitched allocations, mental instability, and manipulation of the system by higher-ups—as evidence that the system is flawed or potentially manipulated.

The Black Reign Syndicate is identified as a criminal organization and serves as an hatred towards the current world. This faction emerged three years after the second global faction made its appearance. It was formed when a large group of individuals, who had not committed any crimes, were deemed dangerous after applying for class jobs with the CSMA. Initially, they were ordinary people, successfully completing their missions. However, an incident occurred in which individuals began blaming them for suspicious activities, fueled by rumors that suggested they were engaging in dangerous behavior due to their class jobs. This led to their wrongful imprisonment at Erebus Maximum Prison.

Despite their innocence, they were arrested and sentenced to life in prison. Unaware of the true culprit behind the rumors, their resentment and hatred were directed towards the United Earth Federation and the Ascension Alliance. In truth, the Human Preservation Front was responsible for manipulating the situation, aiming to frame these innocent individuals as being used by the United Earth Federation and the Ascension Alliance to gain notoriety for capturing supposedly dangerous criminals.

As a result of these events, a massive jailbreak occurred at Erebus Maximum Prison, allowing both those with abilities and ordinary humans to escape. The prison housed many notorious villains guilty of severe crimes. Three years later, these individuals emerged and declared war on the United Earth Federation and the Ascension Alliance, marking the rise of a third global faction in the world.
