Elara, understanding instantly, scrambled toward the colossal central resonator, dodging stray energy blasts. She slammed the entire vial of the viscous liquid into an access port.
The effect was instantaneous chaos. The Omega Wave flickered, becoming unstable. The corrupted counter-frequency merged with it, creating a wild, unpredictable Dissonance that washed over the city.
In the lobby, the Sonic Furies short-circuited. The Kronos soldiers clutched their helmets in agony. The Lycans, however, felt the madness in the frequency. It didn't control them; it empowered them. Their pain turned into raw, untamed power.
Jax felt it most of all. He looked at Vance's augmented form on a security feed and let out a roar that shook the very foundations of the Spire.
