A blue and violet colored hair, in a almost mohawk styled, young woman with a toned body, in a blue, black patted and armored uniform, with a black jacket, this is Bluebird, Harper Row, she was a basic one roomed apartment, she got to be able to quickly respond to the crisises in Hell's Kitchen.
After the Earths merged into this new one, and more criminals of high treats, appeared across the planet, the League called for assist in watching over the new crime-high area, like Hell's Kitchen, apart from that Harper, she was right now she was in her living room with her companions.
First is someone she is very close to in the Bat Family, her codename is Orphan, she is Asian-American, the daughter of Lady Shiva who refuse to follow her parents in a life of crime and killing, even with her intense training she chose to fight crime.

Drinking some water was Huntress, Helena Bertinelli, is a beautiful woman with long, flowing black hair, currently she doesn't have a her purple mask that large pointed edges, wearing a sleeveless indigo upper top with vibrant purple and white, a pair long, fingerless vibrant purple gloves that reach her elbows, a purple utility belt and black tight, her knees and feet have purple armo.
She is a special kind of archer, preferring using a crossbows in fighting crime, the only woman in that apartment is Cheshire who off reconing across Hell's Kitchen, off the side was Luke Fox, son of Lucius Fox, and a fellow bat, name Batwing, he is African-American, with muscular body, wearing a special full bat suit, not only one of the most advance of the Bat Family, but also capable of flight, his symbol is a white bat on the chestplate.
Luke, he brought a portable holographic projector, showing various reports of the various crimes that happened in the last month of Hell's Kitchen.
Which also includes data analysis of the Red Haze sample, which regretfully it was impossible to decipher, as the drug's expiration time, was almost instant and all the punks that he, Bluebird, and the other have taken out haven't given anything for them to work with.
It was infuriating, that all their training in combat, detetective work, and advance technology to help them, has proven useless against this unknown crimeboss of the HSKs, originally Batman trusted them with dealing with the Kingpin and his empire, but then this new threat appeared out of nowhere.
It was like dealing with a army of Bane, without the blind road rage, and constantly fueling the power-up, unlike Bane's Venom, Bluebird walked over to Batwing, asking him if their friends found anything that can help them in this case, against Hell Street Kings.
But Luke shuke his head negatively, swiping his fingers at the holograms in front of them, he then showed Bluebird the diagram that Batman made about the Forsaken, as he said, "I think that the unknown third, or maybe some one we've haven't faced yet... They might have some connection to the Red Haze." saying this out loud, made Orphan, Huntress, and Bluebird shocked.
Seeing that he'd needed to explain, his suspicion, he pressed a couple of codes onto the hologram screen, making it wider and larger, as he showed that the Red Haze sample, they have zero understanding of it.
Mao and the rest of the Forsaken, are beings utterly outside theirs, and the other Earth that merged with own understanding, it wouldn't be out of the question that one of Mao's Infernal Lord, has some power or knowledge that could create the Red Haze.
Batwing, he isn't saying that the Forsaken have anything to do with the HSKs, as those bangers might be unknowing pawns of these monsters, not knowing what their selling to their customers, Harper, Cassandra, and Helena were shocked that they'd didn't came with this conclusion like Luke Fox.
While this is a complete theory, they needed more evidence to prove it, which meant instead on focusing on Kingpin, all their resources should be pointed at the Hell Street Kings, finding out how Red Haze is made, who made it, and more importantly, who is the real brain behind these criminals.
They'd agreed with Batwing, Bluebird told her friends that they should contact Cheshire and stake out the HSKs' terf, nodding to her they put away everything, Cassandra and Helena masked up, and left through the window.

Meanwhile within the throne chamber of Mao, the demonic leader of the Forsaken, alongside his wives Lilithmon and Cyn, were looking at the bald, scarred, red dressed man Blackmore.
Who has returned to not only report the great progress of his gang, and growing criminal empire, within Hell's Kitchen, but also report on the current movements of the bats and birds, and Defenders, as Kingpin seems to be losing ground for now.
Mao, knowing the skill and stubbornness of those in and connected to the Bat Family, they'll start causing trouble to Blackmore, and their plans for Hell's Kitchen.
Even with Cyn providing Blackmore with powerful firearm, using the assembly line in her domain, to create guns based off the disassembly drones, but making them look as far from the original as possible, Blackmore and his gang connection to the Forsaken, seems that the Jersey City attack has to happen sooner than later.
Not only that but the attack, can be used to damage Kingpin and Hell's Kitchen as a whole, while making it seemed that HSKs' are necessary evil in that city, aside Blackmore to transform into his Creature form and lead a legion of malefactors onto Jersey City, that would make the horror in the Suffering's version of Baltimore look like joke.
They needed something more enticing for the heroes, especially the Bat Family to chase after, than keep snooping around Blackmore's gang, then Mao smiled and laughed as he thought of some good ideas, telling Blackmore to remain for a while more, as he telepathically called his other Infernal Lords, to come.
They'd all replied immediately, that they'll be their soon, first to arrive was everyone's favorite, psychotic, esper clown, Kefka Palazzo, appearing in a teleportation light, walking over chuckling, as he moved forward to stand beside Blackmore, a while later Sabrewulf arrived walking through the doors, as they wait for Abathur and Nomu King, he instructed the system to pull up, his status in order to check his Chaos Points.

Mao, shuke his head and ordered a maid drones, to bring their candied peanut for Kefka and Cyn, making them both "yay", as finally the last Infernal Lords, have entered the throne room and make their way towards, the thrones.
Once everyone was there, and a bun tied disassembly drone maid, came with bowls of caramel peanuts for Cyn and Kefka, he started explaining his plan for not only dealing with Jerser City, but much more, he'll use a bait, faking that someone has stolen objects of great "power and importance" by one of the captives in the City.
Broadcasting fake images of them desperately chasing after this captive, debuting not only these artifacts, but another Bride and Infernal Lord, that will attack randomly across America with the largest attack being Jersey City.
This new of artifacts that make the Forsaken more erratic than usual, will make their enemies and rivals, scramble and go crazy to collect them, and use against them.
They'd all understood Mao's plan, a fake treasure hunt, a promise of hope, not only would this drive many into odds, but let Blackmore cement more control over Hell's Kitchen, maybe even force out the Bats and Birds out the city, letting Blackmore only with the Defenders and Kingpin to deal with, so they all agreed with Mao, and were excited about the chaos that was about to once again, rise across the New Earth.
With that done, Kefka suggested crystals for the artifacts, already all the heroes and villains in the world, very familiar with outerworldly jewels, possessing reality shattering powers, all agreed with Kefka's suggestion, and Mao went to summon the newest additions to the Forsaken, while normally he'd wait a bit more before he summon more members of the Forsaken, time calls for more assistance.

Not only was she much stronger than lore and comic state, thanks her upbringing and exposure to Shimmer, that finally broke what small strands of sanity and humanity from Jinx, he can make her much stronger, and fully break that link to humanity, Vi her sister.
Giving Jinx the knowledge and understanding of Marvel and DC tech, but human, alien, and semi mystical properties, he'll make her nonhuman, a demon almost like everyone in his harem and marriage, plus no longer being a human, another power into her arsenal would make a real monster.
Not only will Jinx bring untold mayhem, but her thinkering and mechanic abilities will make her asset to the Forsaken, as Mao commanded the Chaos System to summon Jinx with the add-on, he wants, as the red system prompted [Jinx the Loose Cannon + Demonic Essence + Electrokinesis + Skill: All Tech Knowledge + Jinx's Workshop= 58000 CP. Do you wish to proceed?] Mao said to the system to proceed to his system, and once again his Chaos Points plummeted, now only 222000 in total, but all worth it to have Jinx.
Mao felt the Void expand, just like many times before, as mental images, started to appear in his mind of a new area, it was very steampunk almost cyberpunk in design, a workplace with various gadgets, weapons, bullets, and bomb scattered everywhere.
Neon colored graffiti allover the place, robotic monkeys, pigs, and other animal also thrown everywhere, and neon light flickering on and off, several times, yes this is definitely Jinx's private workshop of carnage, just as Mao felt Jinx's presence a huge explosion blasted the doors of the chamber, across the place.
Smoke bursts slightly into the room, and non of those present showed sign of worry, as this was almost another Tuesday in the Void...especially on their Chicago, coming into the chamber was her, holding Fishbone, her self made bazooka/rocket laucher, over her shoulder.
With a big smile on her face, Jinx has appeared, as she has a fairly petite frame, grayish tone skin, lavender blue cloud design tattoo patten on her left arm, and left side around the ribs, having bright blue hair that has a large swoop bang facing her left, with her hair tied into two tight braids that fall over her mid-back and cascade and almost reaching to the ground.
As for her outfit is a mixed between LOL and Arcane, as her attire consists of a smooth sharpish leather v neck bralette with a mixmached design on both straps-with the left being a striped magenta and the right being a black grain leather that has a lattice pattern.
Her bottom hemline flourishing a belt holder, as for her bottoms, she dons a pair of short torn magenta shorts that are loosely hung up by large bullet belt, also sporting a long purple fishnet stocking on her left thigh, a pair of linen leather combat boots worn and weathered faltered collars, and a X shaped bandage on her right knee.
Several belts all strapped with ammo and explosive, but she also wears Shark like mouth hood, and a copper mask with neon blue, pink, and magenta coloring, hanging around her neck.
When she saw everyone, her pink almost magenta colored eyes, were bursting with excitement and happiness, dropping her Fishbone, and she run passed Kefka, Sabrewulf, Nomu King, Blackmore, and Abathur, jumping and straddling Mao's sitting body.
Giving her man, a big hot kiss, with slurping sounds and tongue involved in the kiss, once they broke their kiss, she chuckled and said, "Hey maybe later, you, me, and those two smoking hot killers, besides us can have some real fun." making both Cyn and Lilithmon blush, as they'd stretched out their closest arm and grabbed onto Mao's cape-jacket's sleeves, a clear sign that they were into what Jinx suggested.
Blackmore complimented his Boss, for getting a "Bad" girl, Kefka liked her chaotic nature, making everyone mood better, as Mao instructed the Chaos System to bring up Jinx's status, as Jinx got more comfortable on her man's lap for the moment, a red transparent screen appeared, floating beside her face and Mao started reading its contents.
