Location the New Earth: Manhattan; New York, Hell's Kitchen
As sometime passed through Hell's Kitchen, the new growing gang of the Hell Street Kings, was starting to dominate the Manhattan sector, the HSKs as some call them in short, they are recognized by the red color theme, in honor of the mysterious Boss that has yet to be revealed, also their clothes or skin bares their mark.
A horned skull, wearing a crown symbolizing they are the true kings of sector, nickname after Hell, armed with serious fire power, capable taking on Fisk's private security over the sector, the HSKs are extremely ruthless not afraid of anyone, most have even taken a non-addicting varient of their product the Red Haze, thus they fear no one.
Not the cops, not rival gangs, and not the heroes that make Hell's Kitchen their turf, tussling in many occasions with Bluebird, Huntress, Batwing, and even the Defenders, Bluebird swears that these banger were almost hyped-up on Venom, but Bruce has confirmed that Bane has nothing to do with Hell's Kitchen or the Hell Street Kings.
Speaking more of this gang, that suddenly rouse in power their main trade, is the distribution of drugs, making their own product that it's worse in many ways than any know, illegal narcotics in the New Earth.
Having the effects of Venom from Gotham, causing a greater dependence than the previous mention chemical, and granting the user near superstrength, almost near immunity towards pain, and unbelievable fits of rage, shown by the users eyes gaining a red tint, this narcotic is called the Red Haze, and it's sweeping Hell's Kitchen, almost 30% of the sector is addicted.
The Defenders and Bats along with Huntress and Cheshire have been running themselves ragged trying to stop not only HSKs, but also Kingpin's illegal operations, plus no temporary captured HSK-banger that these heroes arrest would betray, their gang or their Boss.
It was clear to the heroes, that whoever is in charge of this influence and power growing gang, has place a deep fear in the hearts of the men.
They'd rather face physical torture, and even death, than betray this unknown Boss, all the heroes have uncovered is that this mysterious Boss, rouse to power before and during the Bludhaven attack, killing off all the lesser gangs, leaders and swooping in, and this unknown Boss is the creator and producer of the Red Haze, as none of the bangers, know anything about that product.
Location Hell's Kitchen: Secret Base of the HSKs'
In the remodeled warehouse that Blackmore, gain control of the previously divided groups, and establish the Hell Street Kings officially, has become a different place.
All dust and dirt was cleaned, all useless crates, rusted car parts, and other junk deposed of, as the place looked something worthy of street kings, furnished, a bar installed, and good entertainment of a large screen TV and good stereo system.
Currently Blackmore and some of his lieutenants were sharing a drink, and counting the week profit, not only from Red Haze sales but also raiding Kingpin, and other associated gangs stash houses, and burning what wasn't needed.
Blackmore, walked away from the table filled with stacks of cash, beer bottles, and various gun.
He was pleased that things are going smoothly, even with the several encounters with the Defenders, and the Gotham interloper, haven't done anything to his growing empire, using his Burrowers and Roaches to secret make tunnels across Hell's Kitchen, letting his boys traverse the whole sector without issues.
Of course he'd made sure that his malefactors, and the zerg weren't exposed to anyone, including his own gang, but beside that Blackmore, he really has to thank the meddling bats and birds, their no killing code, made it almost impossible for the Defenders to lower his gangs numbers.
Sending them to prison, which has a special tunnel that only his boys can access, allowing Blackmore to recruit more criminals that have nothing to lose, but everything to gain, laughing as walked over to a black, sleek fridge and pulled out a beer
Blackmore and Sabrewulf developed a secondary version of the Red Haze, that almost Blackmore's boys have taken, insuring their complete obedience.
As not only it infected them with a malefactor essence, Blackmore can hear through them, and can whisper to them, making them understand money and power, comes with a price.
That price is not just their souls, but their humanity at any moment he can make them into Slayers, or Burrowers, or Triggermen, or Marksmen in a painful way, since they'll be alive during the process, in a subtle way to show of the punishment of betrayal with visions, and nightmares of what awaits them.
As he said before, the best and most insured way to secure a empire is loyal, well feed soldiers, along with a bit of fear in their hearts of the man in charge.
Soon the first, true malefactor attack lead by the Creature, himself will happen in Jersey City, driving towards Hell's Kitchen, which his boys will take care off with the Red Haze, and the special guns that Lit. Cyn, has provided.
This will establish some admiration from the Manhattanites of the sector, they'll start begging for a sample of Red Haze, for the HSKs to protect them over Kingpin, and spreading the corrupting, as Hell's Kitchen will become like a second Carnate Island, a dwelling of monsters and creatures for the Forsaken, all that was left was to wait, as Blackmore walked over to the stairs leading to his private office, as he has to talk to the Boss and the other Infernal Lords of the Jersey City attack coming up.
Location Rand Enterprises: Top Floor, Private Meeting Room
In the top floor of pristine skyscraper/company building, that has been funded and managed by the Rand family for some generations, having a private floor only for Mr. Rand aka Danny Rand, access and use, only under his permission were other let to this floor.
Perks of being the owner and CEO of Rand Enterprises, currently in a special meeting room...that look more like a Asian meditation room, with incense burning...or was until a purple highlighted black, semi-wavy haired woman, in a open black long-sleeved jacket that shows a purple shirt underneath, with black fingerless gloves, along with wearing torn jeans and black boots.
She smashed the incense, and said, "G-damn it, Danny!! How many times do I have to tell you, when you call us over. Don't. Lite. These. Stink. Candles!!!" making the others in the room laugh at her statement, this is Jessica Jones-Cage.
Jessica or as sometimes she goes under as Power Woman to honor her husband and partner, she is private detective, superhero, and mom.
As she'd felt a big hand over her shoulder, she didn't need to look at the hand, in order to know it was Luke her husband, and she was right.
Standing right beside her was a big, muscular man of dark skin, bald, with a stubble beard and mustache, he is wearing a short-sleeved yellow shirt, armor bracelet attached long fingerless gloves, and gray colored jeans, this is Luke Cage the Power Man.
A hero, mostly focused on Hell's Kitchen at the moment, alongside his wife Jessica, and their friend and teammates that were all besides them, at the moment, after little a deep, masculine chuckled, he calmed down Jessica, who "hmmph" and crossed her arms, making Luke shake his head.
Near the married couple, was reddish orange haired woman, quite sexy, wearing a simple jacket and reddish brown pants, this is Patricia Walker or simply Patsy, she is also Hellcat, a member of the Defenders.
Near Patsy is another woman, with long black hair, wearing a red leotard exposed in her dark red and black long-sleeved jacket, also wearing some padded red fingerless gauntlets, and reddish long, form fitting pants, she is Elektra a deadly woman, a highly trained assassin, and a low level telepath, also a member of the Defenders, she is partner and lover of Daredevil aka Matt Murdock, who was leaning on the wooden matt wall of the side.
Matt is a form fit man, with great muscle and bulk, but not as huge as Luke, since it would mess with his ability based fighting style, he is wearing red shades, a black suit with a long red tie, and black suit pants, while holding his walking cane, that secretly holds his special weapons that he uses as Daredevil.
Next was the youngest of the Defenders, his name is Bobby Drake, a mutant with ice powers, codename Iceman, he was light brownish-blond, spiked-up haired young man.
Having a toned body, wearing a simple black short-sleeved shirt and jeans, it was kinda easy to hide his secret identity, since he becomes ice.
Lastly seating cross legged on the floor, he is a long, bright, blond spiked end-haired man, with tone body, wearing a open light grey long-sleeved suit, showing a green shirt, grey long pant, and a pair of sandle, he is Danny Rand, his clothes showing him embracing two sides of his life, the young rich heir, from high-society, and the enlightened, monk who was trained and raised in K'un-Lun, as the Iron Fist.
He laughed at Jessica's actions, this is how she always is as she was the least patient of them, standing up from his spot, Danny told them that the reason, that he called them was discuss what was currently happening in Hell's Kitchen.
Saying these word, ceased the once joyful mood they had, and replace with a very serious atmosphere, Matt spoke first that aside from Kingpin, that new gang the Hell Street Kings, have been causing untold havoc on the streets, not only for them, the people, but also the Kingpin's operation.
Shaking his head regretfully, as he'd never expected during this world's greatest threat, another ruthless, cold-hearted man, tries to drag the world into the fire, Matt, he commented whoever is running the HSKs isn't inspiring absolute loyalty, but fear, every heart that he'd heard from the arrested HSK member is pure fear.
That's when Jessica shimmed in with clear annoyed frustration, despite her best efforts and connections, she couldn't discover this new crimelord's identity or background, whoever this guy is he or she is a ghost.
Luke comfort her, calming her down, as it was his time to speak, he, Matt, Patsy, and Bobby have been trying their best to slow down, the expansion of the HSKs in Hell's Kitchen.
But these bangers, aren't any crook that they've normally take out everyday, armed with heavy fire power that would make Kingpin jealous, fearless, and slightly enhanced, possessing strength that surpass that of a abridged person, they would have taken out these banger, but bats and birds of Gotham, have interfere with them eliminating more dangerous members of that gang, even taking evidence and sample of the Red Haze, now Luke look mad, thinking of many young kids, that were being dragged into this mess.
One of the reasons that he became a superhero, is to make a difference and stop young teen from joining gangs, and taking bad crap, but both the Hell Street Kings and their Red Haze was slowly rotting Hell's Kitchen, he commented that they might be worse than Kingpin.
Sometime that everyone agreed with Power Man, they changed the subject back to Kingpin, making Matt smile, as he said, "One thing we have to be grateful to HSKs and the new kids on the block. There tearing apart Kingpin, more illegal operations. Letting us to find a chance to strike..." Matt got from leaning on the wall, walked over to Elektra, and continued, "...but with the HSKs, we're going to have to strike both groups. If we ignore one, or not take out fully both these groups. Than those that remain will just sweep in, and pick up the scraps." the Defenders, all agreed with Daredevil.
Then Iceman, he'd asked Elektra, Matt, and Danny, since they the most experienced with this subject, he'd asked about the Hand and their movement, since this all but all-out war between the Kingpin and the Hell Street Kings, Danny and the others shuke their heads.
Iron Fist stated that the Hand was gone...not quiet, but gone.
No rumor or word from them, ever since the Forsaken have attacked and taken Chicago, last Danny heard all fingers of the Hand, Alexandra Reid, Madame Gao, Bakuto, Murakami, and Sowande, they all left North America, returning to eastern continents of the New Earth.
Possibly they are scared of the Forsaken, which is a shock the five long-living, crimelords, and former K'un-Lun monks, as long as they have chi, they can be revived, they should be one of the few groups in the New Earth, that should be at shadow war with the Forsaken.
This was thought shared by all Defenders, including Iceman who has the least experience dealing with the Hand, regardless at least this means that they don't have to watch their backs and every shadowy corner, incase the Hand was about to strike.
That leave them with only deadling with the Kingpin's empire, and the HSKs' rise, Jessica took the opportunity to state that Spider Woman aka Jessica Drew was coming to Hell's Kitchen to help them out.
This was good news, with Drew there with them, not only could they handle anything that Kingpin might be planning to do, in retaliation against the Hell Street Kings, as they know the ego and pride that Fisk has, it didn't allow rivals to emerge from his own backyard, and then challenge him.
The only ones he'd tolerated was the Hand, cause they provided Fisk with all he needed for his criminal operations, and muscle when he'd needed to deal with them, the Defenders, and other superheroes.
Looking at Jessica again, being a detective she must have heard something happening in Fisk's side.
She'd nodded stating that Fisk, aside from buying better weapons and gear to fight the HSKs, rumor is that Kingpin, has hiring a lot of muscle from the meta and mercenary categories.
Making all the Defenders worried, with the Forsaken still a threat, and their movements random, they couldn't rule out that Hell's Kitchen might not be a target in the future, they really didn't need a gang war with super-powered, and or highly trained, and geared individuals coming over and cause trouble, with that they'd started planing to attack HSKs soon, and prevent a all-out war from breaking out, now of all times.
