Location the Void of the Forsaken, Castle Nightscream; Throne Chamber
Everyone was still gathered in the Mao's throne chamber, with Jinx just being summoned, and straddling her new husband, Mao on his throne it was time to continue with still 222000 Chaos Points to spend, Mao can summon quite possibly one of his favorite character and villain in One Piece, Donquixote Doflamingo.
Doflamingo, is a well fleshed out villain, and monster, not created by the delusions of a idiot father, but the cruelty of humanity, that shaped him into the man that nearly ended one, the main cast...if not for Luffy's protagonist halo, saving his ass at that last moment.
Doflamingo, he is a real monster and pirate, compared to many other villain in that series, whose goals is aside ruling as a rightful king, cause of his Celestial Dragon background, but also destroy the world, as he'd reign over fire, ruins, and pile of bones.
He possess many useful qualities that will not only help the Forsaken, with versatile and highly deadly string power, possessing all three forms of haki, that make him a nightmare against multiple heroes and villains, even bypassing the invulnerabilities of many characters, his wicket charm and cunning in manipulations, negotiations, and criminal industry, Doflamingo can expand Blackmore gang business and operation beyond Hell's Kitchen, and much more.
As for the Heavenly Demon, as Doflamingo is also known by, he can provide many upgrades to the man.
From a extra devil fruit in his arsenal, like the Heal-Heal Fruit, that way he'll possess self healing capabilities, along with all his deadly techniques.
As well as removed his despised humanity and mortality, something else that Doflamingo hated of himself, plus the oni bloodline like Kaido, Yamato, and other lesser Beast Pirates possess, granting them unbelievable physical capabilities, increased vitality and stamina.
Not wanting to change the whole appearance of his soon to be summoned Infernal Lord, he'll make him a hornless oni, and lastly remove the weaknesses of Devil Fruit users, and upgrade said fruits that will be Doflamingo.
Mao knows that this might be the most expensive summon to date, but more than worth it, so Mao went on and command the Chaos System to summon Donquixote Doflamingo, with the additions he'd wanted, as the system stated to him, [Multi-Fruit User Donquixote Doflamingo + String-String Fruit + Heal-Heal Fruit + Devil Fruit Upgraded + Devil Fruit Weaknesses Removed + High Leveles Longevity + Oni Bloodline + Horn Removal= 200000 CP. Do you wish to proceed?] commanding the system to proceed, as 200000 Chaos Point were deducted from his total, and leaving him with 22000 left over.
Mao felt the new presence in the Void, just outside the castle in the dark skies with red ting and lightning, seems that Doflamingo, he was "flying" by holding onto the strings linked on the clouds, as Doflamingo made his way into Nightscream.
After a while, Doflamingo climb up the castle, and walked through what used to be the doors of the throne chamber...that Jinx, blew open.
Doflamingo, he was walking in his usual style of having his legs slightly bent, and his hands in his pocket, as he has a very unique appearance, he is a very tall man, standing at 10-foot in height, with a very lean and muscular body with a six-pack, tan skin just like in the anime, and blonde hair incredibly short resembles a pixie cut.
As usual the Heavenly Demon, is dressed in flamboyant clothes, Doflamingo, he is sporting pair of curved, thin white sunglasses with dark pink lenses, obstructing his eyes, whike his outfit consists of a large light pink feather coat over his shoulders, wearing a long-sleeved plain white, open shirt that has small, dark Jolly Rogers as cufflinks, on the end of the sleeves, an orange belt with green ropes, and pink striped pants with white patterns, lastly he also wears a pair of black pointed shoes.
Having his usual swagger, and his wide smile, he pulled out his left hand from his pocket, and waved at everyone, that was currently gathered in the throne room, Mao took the opportunity to check the upgraded stats of his sixth Infernal Lord, and Blackmore's shadow partner in gang operations, as the Chaos System appeared in front of the Heavenly Demon, as a red transparent floating screen.

Mao knew that Doflamingo, he was a monster in combat, but not in management...but the Manga and Anime never showed how Doflamingo and his Donquixote Family, managed to not only rise in power, infamy, influence, and running a empire both in light and shadow side of society.
Doflamingo, he sat down cross legged on the floor, still with a wide smile, with Jinx and Doflamingo now apart of the Forsaken, it was time to plan for the upcoming attacks, and design of the crystals, as Cyn, Jinx, and Lilithmon all stood with Mao, as they joined the Infernal Lords to discuss the crystals.
After a while, almost two days...thanks to the Time Dilation Zone, allover the Void, allowed them to design not only the total amount, design, and power each of these crystals.
In the end, they'd decided to make ten crystals of various shape, color, and concept, but to achieve this Mao commanded his Chaos System to give him the powers, that can achieve the creation of these crystals...with a special surprise in each crystal.
Plus it also with make these crystals obedient to the Forsaken, so even if the heroes or the villain collect them, in the end it was all to cause chaos and mayhem, amongst the factions in the New Earth, as the system prompted, [Power: Item Conjuration + Power: Infusion Concepted + Power: Equal Exchange= 22000 CP. Do you wish to proceed?] proceeding and leaving a big, fat zero in the Chaos Points in his bank.
But it was worth it, as Mao felt these powers surge through his body, rising his left, clawed-gauntlet equipped hand up, and activating his powers, as a surge of energy course through his finger, illuminating the throne chamber, as all the drone blocked the light, while the minions in the chamber, was mesmerized at the "shinnie".
After a few more moments, and a pyramid shaped, white transparent...almost diamond like crystal was in Mao fingers...this is the Knowledge Prism, as name states hold almost cosmic level knowledge, with the exchange for knowing what the wielder wishes to be answered, at the exchange of draining something of deep meaning from the mind of the user.
It can be anything from a precious memory, or to a promise that hold meaning to very being of a person.
Just like Spiderman's "Great power, comes great responsibility." which his uncle, made a promise that made him, Spiderman, without it Peter might be a criminal or abuse his powers for his own benefits.
And this is just the first of ten crystals...the Cores of Reality, yeah the name is a bit cringe, but they are in a world merging Marvel and DC, such soo called all-powerful crystal, need a name to rival the Infinity Stones or the Anti-life Equation, now only nine more to go...and choosing who is their pawn, and lure is going to be from the still millions trapt in Chicago.
Location the New Earth: Space, Justice League's Watchtower, Computer Room
Some weeks later, in New Earth's orbit, the space station of the Justice League, was floating in watch over the planet. Within the space station, Batman, Green Arrow, Flash, Wonder Woman, Vixen, and Black Canary, they were in the room were the supercomputer was placed, reading all the data, that Batwing, Bluebird, Huntress, Orphan, and Cheshire have sent over to them, in their encounters with Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin and new growing threat the Hell Street Kings gang.
As Bruce typed on the massive keyboard of the massive supercomputer, he contacted Aqualad inside of Mount Justice, which the team Young Justice, are based, said mountain is located outside of Happy Harbor, Rhode Island, the light blue screen showed the live feed of the young Atlantean and leader of the Young Justice team.
Aqualad aka Kaldur'ahm, a Atlantean with light blond hair cut at the bottom, deep brown skin, pale green eyes, high cheekbones, and a lean build.
Wearing a skin-tight, full-body, red-and-blue swimsuit with black accents on the suit, that exposes his arms and feet, his costume has a set of small dorsal fins on the back of the calves, having a black thin belt with a gold "A" symbol as his buckle.
He greeted Batman and the other Leaguers, and they did the same to the young hero, Batman and the rest of the League were about to sent out the Kaldur's team to aid the investigation and battle with Kingpin and the HSKs in Hell's Kitchen, when suddenly the screen started to distort and show static, they all immediately knew what was happening...another Mao broadcast.
But instead of the sick games of hunting down captives, or placing them in death traps to escape or die, or a punishment game, all the tide can change by the collected opinion of the anonymous poll, that no one has been able to hack or shutdown in these couple of months.
Instead of the feed of several "Survivors" as the hunting game called them, or "Subject" in intrigue, twisted death traps, which mostly come a great cost to win, it showed the personal view of someone, panting and holding black box filled with runes and glyphs that none of the Leaguers could understand.
Then the unmistakable sound of that clown, Kefka, was heard in the background, clearly in a agitated tone, "There you are!! You little thief, give them back!!!" making whoever was holding the box, turn around and dodge a fiery, arrow-tipped projectile, that exploded nearby, the person stood up and ran, with Kefka chasing after him, from all the sound and yelling he was doing.
The screen showed static again, as this unknown person, was in another location the dark gloomy atmosphere still present, as this person was panting and still holding the box, his arm leaning against a brick wall, as this unknown person, peaked out the side to spy on Kefka stomping his foot angrily on the ground, when leaping into the scene was the cyber enhanced werewolf, Sabrewulf standing beside Kefka, asking each other if they catched the thief.
Neither did, making Kefka swear and say, "Why did the master not get rid of those thing!?", Sabrewulf shuke his head, and answered, "You know of their power, even masking this human from our senses, and the risk if someone got them. What else was the master supposed to do? None of us expected, one of this toys, to find them, let alone take them." Kefka sighed, and agreed with his fellow Infernal Lord.
There conversation earning great interest from not just the League, but Young Justice, the Titans, the Avengers, the X-men, the Defenders, and even the villains also watched the broadcast, that clearly wasn't planned by Mao and the Forsaken, and whatever this captive man stole was not only powerful, but very important to the Forsaken.
Then as the man, groan in pain and looked at the box that he was tightly holding, as it shun brightly in ten different colored lights...white, indigo, green, gold, pink, red, cyan, black, purple, and orange.
This man desperately tried to hide the lights, and then there was rumbling on the dark soil, as roaches lead by a huge grayish, and some green accent slug like alien, multi-limb creature emerged from the soil, it spoke in a broken but cold, calculating, and angry speech pattern, "Unit Abathur! Located thief! Roaches kill! Recover the Cores! Assistance required! Thief must not escape!!" as the roaches spat acid at the man, who barely dodge those attack, and the sounds of Sabrewulf and Kefka coming for this person echoed across the area.
As the unknown man, ran with the box still tight in his grip, he would erratically look around, showing glimpses of the city, Void, and the three Infernal Lords, chasing and attacking him...Batman noticed something immediately, and said it, "Their holding back..." this caught Green Arrow, Flash, Wonder Woman, Vixen, and Black Canary's attention, not needing to ask Bruce for clarification, as the Caped Crusader continues his analysis, "...do you believe someone like Sabrewulf or Kefka would be this inaccurate, when it's not a game? These three, are desperate to kill, but are reluctant for big or close attacks. Whatever is in that box...as Abathur, call the Cores, must be of much greater power and importance than we realize. Especially since their, almost threatened at the thought of hitting that box."
Location the New Earth's Surface, Manhattan; New York, the Avenger Tower: The War-council Room
Currently the same theory was given by Tony...in Tony fashion to his friends that are with him, watching this broadcast.
In the large room serving as the War-council Room in the Tower, with multiple holo-screens, along with the largest screen showing this broadcast of a running for his life, from getting caught by Kefka, Abathur, and Sabrewulf.
T'Challa agreed fully with Tony suspicion, and so did Steve, Thor commented from his spot on the sofa in the room, "Those lights from before...they sorta remind me of the Infinity Stones, only in larger number." this let a collected groan, by Natasha, Janet, Clint, and Bruce Banner.
As the Asgardian Prince was fully right, as the screens once again showed static, Iron Man, he instructed Friday to record everything that shown on this broadcast, add Abathur in the Forsaken data, and also prioritize anything involving the Cores, that the Infernal Lords, are chasing after this guy.
Finally the screens, showed another feed of what happening to this guy, stealing the Cores, as it showed Cyn in a eldritch, centipede form grabbing this guy, only the lights of the box, forcing Cyn to release the guy, the female drones under Cyn angry command, chase after the guy and she hide back into a random house, with clear damage and withering.
This man continues to run, as Cyn crash out the house's second floor window, in her hybrid form, her devil like wings spread and flying alongside her drones, as they chased the man...
