Synopsis: The fight between Hou & Eden is still ongoing. Only One Victor will be moving on? Hou continues to reach Eden's heart out. How will Eden respond?
Following the previous story, Eden launches her Impact.
Eden: CAST. JUDGEMENT HOLY RAIN.
Hou suffers a fatal blow but...
Hou: C...CAST. GAR...HEILEN.
Hou survives the impact as his hair moves by itself with the wind. His eyes & his expression become confident as he holds his card like a back fan. Everyone's astonished as he also awakens his blue aura.
Hou: Now. Let's Finish This.
Ion: Woah. Hou seems to be very different today. His confidence shines bright like a diamond in the rough.
Tako: However, Eden still stands in his way of conquest. And in this match, only one will be the victor.
Ion: Will it be Eden who will emerge triumphant? Or the Ace of Games who will overturn the tables. Let's find out.
OP: Silhouette.
Eden begins her turn.
Eden: Draw. Charge & Draw. Cast. Angelic Enhancement. (Pays 1 gauge) I draw 2 cards. But since I have an Angel Dragon on my field, I gain 2 life. Gavrail. Attack the fighter.
Gavrail shoots her blaster, causing two damage. Gavrail goes for her double attack, attempting to finish him off.
Hou: Cast. Green Dragon Shield. (Blocks)
Ion: Looks like Hou blocked the attack and regains one life point. It's Now Hou's turn and Gavrail returns to Eden's hand.
Hou: Here's my newest item. Equip.
Hou equips an item, but it emerges in orange flames and...
Hou: Combat Deity Dragonfang Sword, Gargasabre.
The sword emerges with two golden winged crossguard and the blade is a sabre filled with green spirit embodied in golden parts.
Ion: Woah. A new item right off the bat.
Hou: To the left, High Spirits Garcat.
Garcat appears in his evolved form. His new form includes him holding a golden dagger and with more armored enchantments on it's body. His headband remains the same.
Garcat: Yahoo. I've evolved too, cat.
Daryl: Wait What? Garcat evolved?
Hou: Garga shared his power with the Gar Trio the moment he evolved. When High Spirits Garcat enters play, I draw one card.
Eden: In that case... Caldeen, Advent.
Caldeen appears in the center.
Eden: Caldeen can return Deity Gargantua Dragon to the hand the moment she's called.
Caldeen: Begone from sight. (Slashes Garga with her sword)
Garga is hit but...
Hou: Gargasabre. I need your help. (Pays 1 gauge) G-EVO Once Again. Change. Gargantua Ice Mage.
Garga G-EVOs once again. This time as a new Magician, equipping a new ice dagger with massive Ice surrounding him. His armor plates turn cyan. Marking him the first deity Ice mage.
Garga: A new element is within reach. I am. Gargantua Ice Mage.
Everyone's surprised.
Masato: Woah!!! Hou's item can G-EVO?
Daryl: Moreover, a new Magician Form?
Hou: Just another one of my new surprises that I got from one of the booster boxes that Commisioner Gave Me on my Birthday. When Ice Mage enters play, I gain 5 life.
Ion: DID HE SAY 5?
Tako: Say What, Chu?
Hou attacks with GargaSabre, destroying Caldeen in the process.
Garga: My turn. (Shoots Icicles from staff)
The attack caused 2 damage, 5 life left. Eden then pays cost to...
Eden: Gavrail, Advent.
Hou: The moment Garga G-EVOs, Garcat gains double attack. And because Gar-Advantage is in the drop, he now has 11000 power.
Garcat: (jumps) No stopping Meow.
Eden: Cast. Sacred Holy Grail. I take 2 damage and Garcat's attack is bunt off.
Garcat: (Bunted off) Curses Meow.
Eden: I also force your attack phase to end.
Hou: Garga, Revert.
Garga reverts once again.
Eden: Resist all you want but I will make you see that I am right. I will not lose. I will punish you with all my might.
Hou: You sure about that?
Eden: What?
Hou: Are you sure what you're doing is correct? Forcing others to bend to your will. Why do you keep insisting on making me think like you?
Eden: (Clenches her fist) Grr. ENOUGH. You're in no position to talk. Aren't you doing the same thing? With Ranma might I add?
Hou: (Taps his chest) True. But in my case, I'm want to make him see that there is no reason to be jealous of me. I want to show him that I'm always going to be by his side, as a friend.
Eden: Then why do you keep going when all hope has turned against you? Don't be glib about something you can't do.
Hou: Even if I can't do something, I might as well say what I got to say. Unlike you, I'm honest with what I want to do. You never realize that you're being selfish and had done things without people's consent.
Masato: {Astonished} Hou...
Gwen: {Astonished} He's...really Different today.
Eden: Grrr...I'll make you regret saying those words. Final Phase, Execute.
Garga: Round 2...
Hou: I'm ready.
Eden: Gavrail!!! Silence Him.
Gavrail: (Glows) Judgement.
Once Again, Garga revives with soulguard, but Garcat is wiped as he yells aloud. And Hou receives 4 damage, while Eden gains 4 life.
Eden: Cast. Glory of Heavens. I take 2 damage and increase my gauge and hand by 2. Finally I Cast. Judgement Holy Rain.
Impact Sequence but before the light hit...
Hou: I Cast. Gar HEILEN. (Destroys GargaSabre)
Now Hou reaches 2 life.
Eden: What?
The Crowd cheers bright.
Ion: WOAH. Once Again, Hou sacrifices his item and increased his life.
Agito: Amazing...
Cross: When did Hou became this strong?
Hou: You didn't think I fall easily did you? I always get back up. Again and again.
Eden: Then I'll..
Hou: Enough!!!
Eden: {Shocked} What did you say?
Hou: You too need to get back up. (Right hand out) You need to realize that your way of coping is wrong. You can't force yourself and others to live a false life. Please Eden!!!
Eden: I...
Hou: (sigh) I said enough. (Opens arms) Finish me off.
Eden attempts to begin her turn but...she feels really puzzled and really at a loss as she struggles to do what she wants to do. Gavrail looks at her with worry...
Gavrail: Ms Eden...
Eden: I...[What if...he's right? I...Have I been...] (clenches her fist) [No...I'm Absolute. My way is Absolute. I will win this.] Draw, Charge & Draw. Gavrail. Finish him off.
Gavrail shoots.
Hou: Cast. Deity Blue Dragon Shield. (Blocks)
Gavrail: Double attack. (Shoots)
Hou: (Casts Gar Parry) No Chance. (Blocks)
Eden's shocked.
Ion: Say what? Hou survived without taking a single damage this turn.
Masato: But right now, He's on edge. He has 2 cards left. And Garga is his only monster.
Daryl: Meanwhile, Eden has Gavrail on the field. With 5 life remaining.
Hou draws, charges, and draws. He's struggling.
Hou: [Drats, No Garga...I have spells, yes, but they can only be used during the opponent's turn.] Garga, attack Gavrail.
Garga shoots with his swords. Causing three damage. 2 life left.
Eden: You may have cornered me, but I'm willing to suspect that you can't attack further.
Hou: But I still have one last trick up my sleeve. Deity G-EVO activate.
Eden: What?
Masato: What's he doing?
Cross: It's Garga's effect.
Masato: What?
Cross: Everytime Hou uses Deity G-EVO, before changing modes, (Flashback), he draws a card.
Masato: Then why didn't Hou drew a card with Gargasabre?
Cross: That's Gargasabre's own effect. They both possess G-EVO but are still different.
Agito: This means it's all up to chance...It always leads to him Gambling, huh?
Hou slowly draws a card, and everyone watching it becomes really anxious. He pulls it off in slow motion, and everyone slowly becomes anxious. He holds his card high and looks at it and smirks.
Hou: Just what I needed. (Reveals his card) Blast Mode.
Garga: (G-EVO) Blast....Mode.
Eden: What?
Everyone's surprised.
Ion: Somebody Stop the Train!!! What Incredible Luck Hou Has. Drawing the card he needs most? Wow.
Hou: Garga. Finish Her Off.
Garga: My Pleasure. (Attacks) Eden Hanazono. And Archangel Dragon, Gavrail. (raises his swords) Your time...is UP. (Destroys Gavrail)
Gavrail: Ahhh...I failed... (Destroyed)
Eden: GAVRAIL!!!
Garga: This is... OUR POWER.
Garga lands the finishing blow with her swords. Eden yells as she takes damage and slowly falls down. After in slow motion, her mask is officially shattered. It breaks into small debris and lands on the ground. And her flag goes down!!!
Ion: Game End. Winner. Teng Hou Ren.
Tako: Viva. Congratulations, Chu.
The Crowd cheers loudly. Hou's Friends celebrate with sounds of joy and claps.
Gwen: He Pulled It Off.
Amaterasu: That's the Ace of Games for you!!!
Masato: You know...he's starting to change, isn't he?
Daryl: Nonetheless, he's a good man.
Garga: Excellent Work. My Buddy. Well Done.
Hou gives his buddy a thumbs up until he notices a defeated Eden on the ground. Hou then walks over to her. Eden is still looking at the ground, feeling at a loss. Hou suddenly reaches her and lends her his right hand. She notices in surprise and asks...
Eden: Why do you want to help me?
Hou: Because...that's what friends are for.
Hearing this, Eden softly smiles & blushes, accepts his hand, and gets back up. The latter hugs the young Ace.
Eden: You're a nosy Idealist, you know that...
Hou: Back at you.
Suddenly, the girl who was hiding and watching in the spectator area immediately rushes down. Soon after Eden lets go, she reaches them both.
???: Eden.
Both: Huh?
Eden turns around and notices the girl before her. She feels really shocked upon seeing her. She recognizes it as the friend who labeled her a traitor years ago. The three then meet up backstage. Garga & Gavrail also joined them.
???: Listen...about what happened years ago...I'm sorry...I'm sorry for saying such horrible things back then.
Eden feels slightly shocked.
???: If a friend has done a bad deed, then it's still a bad deed, right? I should not have done such a thing back then...I...I'm sorry for everything...
Eden: Maria...
Eden slowly begins to cry...so did Maria herself.
Maria: I don't know why...but every time I saw you, I just kept thinking about you. And...the fact that you were smiling earlier...I somehow pulled the courage to tell you all of this...
Eden: My...Smile? (Remembers earlier)
Gavrail: Eden...I'm sorry too. Garga's right. I should have said something to stop you. I should have...even done something to make you see your flaws.
Eden: Gavrail...
They all look at Hou & Garga, who are standing there in calm. Eden then slowly closes her eyes.
Eden: [I guess...all this time...I needed a wake-up call...]
The next day, at Saint Order Academy, things are becoming...brighter. All of the students are wearing their masks. Everyone is smiling. The three Aces and their buddies are there, too.
Masato: Everyone is not wearing their masks.
Eden: It's not just the masks. We also got rid of the rules that restrict the students' freedom.
Daryl: Everything has changed...Impressive.
Eden then walks over to Hou and softly grabs his hands. Hou becomes flushed.
Eden: Hou...Thank you for making me see the error of my ways. You were right, I have been forcing myself to live a false life. I never thought I would be able to smile again thanks to you.
Hou: I...(smiles) No Prob.
Masato then pats Hou's Shoulder.
Masato: You did good, kid.
Daryl: You're an odd one, you know that?
Hou: {Embarrassed} (scratch his back head) Stop it, guys...
Eden: If you like...
Hou: Huh?
Eden: How about a buddyfight?
Hou: What?
Eden: (Cheerful) Come On. I want to have a rematch against you ever since our match.
Hou: Well...I...
Eden: I'll take that as a yes.
Eden then drags Hou away into one of the classrooms in a cheerful hurry. Hou is extremely surprised and went "Ahh...Woah Hey Slow Down". Everyone else watches them in joy.
Masato: Haha. She's changed.
Gavrail: That's how she was back then. (lets out a small tear)
Garga: [I'm so glad...I did not make a mistake choosing him as my buddy...although...I don't think everyone will accept that. ]
At Vile Ranma's Base, Vile Ranma watches the fight between Hou & Eden. Ranma remembers what Hou said to Eden about him saying there's no reason to be jealous of him, and he wants to be by his side as his best friend. He feels disgusted.
