Synopsis: The day of the finals has arrived. Eden & Hou are facing in the first match. Hou unravels all with his new gifts while also attempts to reach Eden's heart out...

Ion: Good Morning Folks. Ion Here.
Tako: And I'm Takokichi.
Ion: Just three days later will be the the day where the finals of the playoffs begin. How exciting is that?
Tako: But before that, we're going to announce how the final round works. Play the bracket please.
The tournament bracket is shown. 8 fighters are being separated into four matches. The fighters are also presented on screen.
Ion: In the first round, it's The Ace of Games, Hou Ren versus Eden Hanazono, the Saint Order's Student Council President. In the second round, It's the infamous Lost World User, Vile Ranma versus Rei Urameshi. I still don't know why he's still in smoke.
Tako: How is he even surviving in smoke for so long?
Ion: Anyways. The third round will feature the Ace of Sports, Masato vs the heir to the Kurayashiki clan, Daijirou. And the last round will be Ace of Study, Daryl vs the genius chess champion, Seiji.
Tako: Keep in mind that the first and third round winners will face each other later. Albeit the same for the second and fourth.
Ion: That being said. To all finals participants, I wish you the best of luck. And to everyone else, don't you dare miss this big event.
While all of this happens, Eden's Phone is playing the news with claps running around. Eden remembers what she thought yesterday as she witness Hou & his friends left the other day.
Eden: [As I said, Reality Is Merciless. But...in a way, it's good. On the day of the first match, I will crush Hou's Idiotic Beliefs. Once...And for All.]
Night time arrives. At Hou's House, Hou's having some dinner alongside his buddy, his mother and the Gar Trio. Hou's enjoying his favorite meal, Butter Chicken Rice.
All: Thanks for the meal. (Enjoys their meal)
Hou: Ah. Delish. Thanks Ma.
Hou's Mother: You're welcome. Tommorow is your big day, so eat up and charge your strength.
Garga: I still wonder how you're able to make such delicious rice. This is a masterpiece.
Hou's Mother: I have my ways.
Suddenly, everyone hear some burps coming from the young Ace. He responds with "Excuse Me" and everyone else laughs.
Hou: Aight. I'm gonna go work on my deck. (Runs off)
Hou's Mother: Hey wait, your dish....(sigh) Kids these days...Ever since he's started buddyfight, he's really into the game.
Garga: Apologies, Mrs Teng. I'll help you out.
Hou's Mother: No No. I got it. You're his buddy. You should help him out.
Garga: Are you sure?
Hou's Mother: Like All Family Quotes, "Family sticks together". With that said...
Garga: You don't say...(smiles)
Garga then reaches to Hou's Room, to which he sees his buddy working on his deck. Garga smiles as he shakes his head.
Garga: You really should have helped your mother back there.
Hou: Yeah Yeah. I'll do em next time.
Garga: (sigh) Eden is your opponent. And you're fighting in the first match. Are you prepared?
Hou: About that...
Garga: Huh?
Hou: When we're talking Eden Hanazono, I don't know why she has to hold a grudge against me. Just because I have a different way of thinking.
Garga: Where this came from?
Hou: I'm just saying...It feels...narcissistic. And the fact that she has many on her side...
Garga: Everyone has their own preference. But it is quite strange that Eden feels offended when you sort of see things in a different way.
Hou: It kind of feels Deja Vu.
Garga: How so?
Hou: When you think about it, I was just doing my thing. But then two people seem to be offended by it. One being Eden. The other being Ranma himself.
Garga: I see...I think you need a break from all this. Why don't you and I go for a walk? Clear your head for a change.
Hou: But...
Garga: No buts. Come. You and I need some fresh air.
At Garga's response, the two take a walk under the bright night sky. The stars shines bright in the sky. The weather feels calm as they walk.
Hou: Not helping...
Garga: Patience. You have a lot of thoughts running around. I too feel the same way when I'm at a loss.
Hou: Huh...Wait, look there.
They made it to a closed shopping area. And they stop outside a card shop. They both feel familiar about the place.
Hou: This looked familiar.
Garga: It is. This is where you and I first met.
They both remember that fateful day. The same day where they first met face to face. Back then, Hou was astonished to pull off a buddy monster like Garga for the first try.
Hou: Ranma was there too...only...friendly back then. Now look at him...All because of me. What had I done...
Garga: My buddy...You know, if there's one thing that's similar, it's both of your wishes. You both want to defeat one another in order to achieve your goals. You want to save your friend, while Ranma wants to shatter your soul.
Hou: Hmm.
Garga: However, You continue to reach out, believing in the impossible while Ranma choose to be consumed by hate and doubt the impossible itself.
Hou: Okay but its not relating to what I said.
Garga: Simple. You shouldn't let past conflict affect you. And you shouldn't blame yourself for everything. I told you before. It's Ranma himself that became evil. And I'm willing to bet that you also blamed yourself for what happened with Eden.
Hou: Yeah...Was I even honest with myself?
Garga: What do you mean?
Hou: (taps his chest) It's true. I want to reach out to Ranma's heart. And perhaps Eden's heart too. And I do want to like win the playoffs and all. But...is this really what I want to do? If so then what will I do next? What is my true passion?
Garga: {Surprised} Hou...
Hou: I want to be able to do anything. Like I want to be somewhat...universal. Able to surpass my own limits. This sort of thing.
Garga: I see...you're something else. Do you remember that day when you lost to Daryl for the first time?
Hou: How could I forget? But what does that have to do with anything?
Garga: That day...
Garga remembers the time where after he lost to Daryl, he was saddened after the defeat. But Hou reached out to him, saying some very interesting words.
Past Hou: Defeat isn't everything. Like just because you lost doesn't mean it's end of the world. A real man always gets back up after defeat. No matter what the odds are, they always never give up. Defeat is like an opportunity to get stronger.
The memory ends.
Hou: (Blush) I did say those words...
Garga: And those words changed my entire outlook. You showed me that Humans can more than just say words. If anything, I was able to evolve thanks to you.
Hou: I guess...
Garga: You have great potential, Hou. You can make all of your dreams come true. You just have to believe (hands out) in yourself.
Hou: I...
Garga: And as your buddy, Hou, I want to help grant your wish. What do you say?
Hou is slightly stunned after what Garga said. But then he turns confident as he shows a brave smile and grabs his hand.
The two look at each other as they grab each other's hands with a smile. Suddenly, Garga begins to glow. His crystal shines brighter than before.
Hou: Garga?
Garga: What's happening to me?
The day of the match arrives. Everyone is gathered in an all out colosseum. Fireworks are being summoned everywhere. Tasuku then appears on a big screen.
Tasuku: To all spectators from afar, thank you for coming to this massive event. The Ace Buddyfighter Playoffs have finally reached it's pinnacle and only one fighter will be named "The Ace Buddyfighter". Now, let's bring out our two fighters for today's match.
Hou & Eden are standing on stage and they look at each other in a serious manner.
Tasuku: Once a week on every Saturday, one match everyone. Now let's bring out the commentators.
Ion & Tako just flies out of nowhere and went "Yay".
Ion: Whenever there's a buddyfight, you can find me, Ion Nanana...
Tako: And Takokichi.
Ion: The Ace of Games, Hou Ren is about to face The Student Council President of Saint Order, Eden Hanazono. Those two have never faced each other before. But I suspect it's going to be an interesting match.
Both: Let's have a fair fight.
Meanwhile, while spectating, Hou's friends are sitting at the spectator area, cheering.
Masato: You got this Hou!!!
Agito: Good Luck.
However, it would seem there's a another girl, same age as Eden is hiding while watching them or something.
Eden: Step Forth, Keepers of Regulation. Luminize. Elysium Order.
Hou: A deity of combat linking all words into one. Come On. Luminize. Dradeity...ACE.
Ion & Tako: Buddy...Fight.
Both: Raise the Flag.
Hou: Dragon World.
Eden: Legend World.
Ion: First move goes to Eden.
Eden: Draw. Charge & Draw. I equip Angel Wings. (Does So) Caldeen to the center.
Caldeen is summoned.
Eden: Caldeen. Execute an attack on the fighter.
Hou receives 2 damage.
Hou: My turn. Draw. Charge & Draw. I equip Gar Buster. (Does So) Call to the left, Aegir Gardra.
Aegir: (Appears) The deities have called upon my strength.
Ion: Oh? A new monster.
Aegir: Now Young Hou, use my ability.
Hou: You read my mind. With her ability, I discard one card and add Deity Gargantua Dragon to my hand. Oh Great Deity who has limitless possibilities, Arise here and now. I buddycall Deity Gargantua Dragon to the right.
Garga: (Appears) All are powerless before my blade.
Ion: THERE IT IS. DEITY GARGANTUA DRAGON. Hou's Evolved Buddy.
Eden: Cast. Angelic Lightning. I take 1 damage and Garga is forced to rest.
Garga: WHAT? (Affected by golden lightning) Arghhh.
Hou: Oh No!!!
Ion: SAY WHAT? Garga just appeared but now he can't do a thing.
Eden: Foolish Ace. I've known about your fighting style. You have no chance of beating me. I told you before, You have no idea what life is truly like.
Hou: (Smiles) Okay then.
Eden: What?
Hou: I cast. Gar-Oracle. (Increase resources) Aegir Gadra. Attack the fighter.
Aegir: As you wish. (Attacks)

Eden: Zeliel Advent.
Zeliel appears.
Zeliel: What do you wish for me to do?
Ion: Eden once again uses her advent and calls one monster during her opponent's turn.
Zeliel: Now, I shall head forth. (Strikes at Hou's Gar Buster)
Hou: Say what?
Eden: Zeliel can reduce an opponent's card's power by 3000 and critical by 1 upon advent.
Hou's Gar Buster has shrunk???
Hou: It won't stop me. (Attacks)
Hou successfully destroys Zeliel.
Zeliel: I failed.
Eden: Advent activate. I pay 2 gauge and buddycall Archangel Dragon, Gavrail to the center.
Gavrail enters play.
Gavrail: I've been waiting for this. All shall be judge by me. May the deities grant victory to my buddy.
Hou: My turn is now over.
Ion: Oh My. Eden called two monsters during her opponent's turn and manage to block Hou from dealing massive damage to her.
Tako: She's strong, chu.
Daryl: However, she can't use Gavrail's ability. Remember, Eden needs to take at least 4 damage to do so.
Masato: Hou even increased his life to 11. So there's no point using her impact too.
Eden: My turn.
Hou: Eden.
Eden: What?
Hou: There's something I've been meaning to ask. Why do you wear a mask?
Eden: This again? I told you, that's none of your concern.
Hou: (closes his eyes) You're right. It doesn't. But tell me. Are you forcing yourself to not be happy?
Eden: What do you mean?
Hou: Garga told me that Gavrail told him about your backstory. I felt sorry for what happen. Truly.
Eden: I don't need your pity.
Hou: Let me finish. I know you stopped your friend from shoplifting once. And I too agree that what you did is correct. But losing your friend in the process...harsh.
Eden: So?
Hou: Like you, I too lost a friend of mine. But did I force myself to cope by hiding my true nature under a mask like yours? No I did not. Answer me this. Is what you're doing what you want?
Eden: I...
While Eden stands dare, feeling questioned as she struggles, Hou continues to make his statement.
Hou: I'm not trying to force you to smile or anything. But I'm really concern about you. Because ever since that day, from what I saw, It's like people don't feel okay with your rules. It's like You forced people to be emotionless robots. Is this your "Order and Justice" you mentioned?
Gavrail: Master Hou...
Garga: My buddy...
Masato: Woah...since when did...
Daryl: Yeah...I never knew that Hou would be this...wise.
Eden grunts angrily.
Eden: That's enough out of you.
Hou: What?
Eden: You don't have the right to judge how I live. You don't have the right to question my ideals. I promise, I will make you see that what I'm doing is right. Draw. Charge & Draw. Cast. Angelic Pulse. I take 1 damage and pay 1 gauge, I destroy all monsters on the opponent's field.
Garga & Aegil are out. But Garga revives by soulguard.
Eden: For every monster I destroy, you receive 1 damage.
9 life left.
Eden: Gavrail, attack the fighter.
Gavrail shoots with her gun. Hou receives two damage. 7 life left.
Hou: Dah...That hurts. Okay Garga. It's time. Deity G-EVO, Activate.
Eden: What? Deity G-EVO?
Hou: Change. Gargantua Wind Demon Dragon.
Garga G-EVOs and changes into Wind Demon Dragon.
Garga: I am the deity of Ninja. Gargantua Wind Demon Dragon to be precise.
Everyone's shocked. Even Vile Ranma is shocked while watching from his base.
Ion: WAIT WAIT WAIT WHAT? Hou's Flag is Dragon World, but how did the Katana World version of Garga come into play?
Hou: As long as Deity Gargantua Dragon serves as my buddy, I can use every single Garga from all Worlds.
Garga: That's right. I want to help my buddy to help grant his wish come true. And thus, I was able to acquire this new ability.
Masato: That means...
Daryl: He's Universal...
Hou: There's more. I can use Deity G-EVO anytime I want, but only once per turn. I'll win this fight and I'll end your Papier Mache ideals.
Eden: {Angry} Why you...Call it whatever you want. But Gavrail is still on the field.
Hou: Wind Demon's effect. One replicate to the center and left.
Garga's replicates are summoned.
Eden: Tch...This means Gavrail's attack won't hit. My turn is now over. [That stubborn brat...How dare he calls my ideals Papier Mache...but no matter...I can still win...I will prove to this world that I am right.]
Hou: Draw. Charge & Draw. I cast, Gar-Advantage. (Pays 2 life) I draw three cards.
Daryl: 8 cards already?
Hou: And I cast, Deity Dragon Tribe's Banquet. I gain 2 life and 2 gauge. Okay Garga, Destroy Gavrail. I bumped your power to 11k. Do it.
Garga: No problemo. (Attacks) Eden, you need to see that you're being dishonest. And Gavrail, you should convinced her to stop.
Garga throws his giant shurikens and it hits Gavrail. But the latter revives with soulguard.
Eden: You're wrong. I'm trying to make people see that Order and Justice is the way of life. Immaculate Justice. Perfect Order.
Hou: Except what you're doing is wrong. Your perfect Order doesn't exist. Neither does your Immaculate Justice. You're taking freedom away from those around you. Garga!!!
Gavrail and Garga duel with each other. Both clash with their weapons with all their might.
Garga: That's Right. People should have their own will to decide what they want to do with life. But you are currently restricting their freedom. Please Eden, open your eyes and see the (destroys Gavrail) TRUTH.
Gavrail: AHHH...EDEN...I'm sorry...(Destroyed)
Eden: Grr...
Hou: Replicate one and two. Attack the fighter. One at a time.
Both Replicates, deal 2 damage each. 4 life left.
Hou: Garga, Revert.
Garga reverts into Deity Gargantua Dragon and attacks again.
Eden: Cast. Highest Authority. I take 1 damage and block the attack.
An invisible barrier appears and bunts Garga off.
Eden: A monster from my dropzone comes to my hand. (Does So) And Angel Wings's effect, lets me gain 1 life. Cast. Angelic Charge. I gain 4 gauge. Gavrail. Advent.
Gavrail appears once again.
Masato: For Share.
Daryl: They aren't pulling any punches.
Eden: I'll silence you for good. Final Phase. Execute. Gavrail.
Gavrail: (Glows Bright) Judgement.
Eden gains 4 life and then Garga and his replicates are wiped. While Garga revives with Soulguard, Hou receives 4 damage.
Hou's Friends: HOU!!!
Eden: I will make you see my vision is ideal. CAST. JUDGEMENT HOLY RAIN.
Eden's Wings appear and immediately once again, Feather swirl in blue and pure energy. Hou is being affected by the light as he yell aloud. Slowly bit by bit, Hou's life begins to drain 1 by 1. Everyone watching him is in shock.
Hou: C...CAST!!!
Eden: WHAT?
Hou: GAR...HEILEN. (Destroys Gar Buster)
Hou gains 4 life, marking a total of 3 life left. Everyone is surprised.
Ion: UNBELIEVABLE. HOU WAS ABLE TO SURVIVE AN UNBLOCKABLE IMPACT BY INCREASING HIS LIFE. OUR ACE OF GAMES IS ON A ROLL.
Tako: Amazing, Chu.
Eden: My impact...was defeated?
Hou catches his breath as he pants and he has his right hand out for casting the spell. He then smiles confident.
Hou: Whoa...what a blast...but....I'm Not Losing. Not Now
Hou's Aura glows and everyone is really astonished to see it.
Hou: ....Not Ever. I.
Garga's shocked.
Hou: Will.
Hou's friends are shocked.
Hou: WIN.
ED: Hello Za Bon.
