Outside Gwen's Cafe, Hou & Garga comes in with high spirits. His expression shines bright like a beautiful rainbow as he runs towards the Cafe.
Hou: (Opens the Door) Hola Amigos.
Masato, Agito are sitting at a table while Gwen & Amaterasu are cleaning glass cups.
Gwen: Hou!!! You seems to be in High Spirits today. What's up?
Hou: Guess what? I got over 300k subscribers. My vids are popping off.
Masato: {Happy} For Share!!! Congrats, Man.
Agito: (Crosses his arms) Even without Ranma, you still kept going. Respect!!!
???: You really are full of surprises.
A curious Hou turns around to see that Eden is beside him, unmasked, sitting at another table alongside Gavrail.
Hou: Eden!!! You're here too.
Eden: Good Afternoon. Congrats on your success.
Hou: But what are you doing here?
Gavrail: Simple. We came to enjoy some pizza.
Eden: And some tea as well. This tea is delicious. (Drinks with Pure Elegance)
Gwen suddenly blush in embarrassment due to the very kind-hearted response.
Gwen: T...Thank you...(Whispers to Amaterasu) She's so wonderful...
Amaterasu: (Whispers Back) Excuse me???
Suddenly, the door opens again and Daryl & Cross comes in feeling calm.
Daryl: Hello there.
Hou: Hey Daryl.
Masato: Sup.
Daryl: Hou, Masato. Can I talk to you both about something?
Hou: Uh...
Hou looks at Masato in confusion and Masato responds with a shrug movement. They later sat down at a table. Their buddies are beside them watching.
Hou: You want us to what?
Daryl: I need some advice. I normally feel very embarrassed about asking for help. But...how do I reach Seiji out?
Masato: By Phone or...
Daryl: No. Not that. As you all are aware, Seiji hasn't been the same ever since he joined Ranma's Side. I did beat him yes but I didn't manage to reach his heart. How do you...often approach a friend?
The two Aces cross their arms & ponder.
Hou: Hmmm...tough question...
Masato: When you think about it, he's like Daijirou, Eden & Ranma. Cause like they all has some Big Ego that when they suffer defeat, they sort of went...you know. No offence, Eden.
Eden: None taken. I felt regretful regarding my previous actions. Although, I wasn't angry when I lost to Hou.
Hou: All three of us really did lose someone in our lives... But to get them back...this is kind of outside my skillset.
Masato: Me too...Wait, Hou, you reached Eden's Heart out once. Maybe Daryl should do the same way you did.
Eden: True. Back then, Hou attempted to make me see things in a different way. But I wasn't the type to listen, was I? However, He continues despite my stubbornness. I believe, that Daryl should do the same thing.
Gavrail: I concur as well.
Daryl: Expressing what I see huh? (Looks a bit down) Hmmm...
Eden: What do you see in him despite his change? What do you want to say to him despite his hate? That's something only you can answer. (Sips more tea elegantly)
Gwen: (Blush in amaze) Incredible...
Amaterasu: {Shocked} Hello?
Daryl: Hmm...I have to be honest, I want to avoid doing this through a buddyfight. And I have a different approach. (To Hou) I believe this calls for your Whaddup Pals Channel.
Hou: (smiles) Funny, I was thinking the same thing.
Masato: {Suspicious} Really?
Daryl: However, in order to do that, I have to perform something...wacky.
Both: {Surprised} Huh???
Garga: Uh Oh...
Cross: {Worried} Daryl...
Silence fills across the Cafe...The next day, The Whaddup Pals Intro Plays and out comes...
Hou & Garga & Daryl: Whaddup...Pals!!!
While Daryl's intro pose is slightly awkward, The Gar Trio are filming at Hou's Living room. Eden, Masato, Hou's Mother, Agito, Cross, Gavrail are watching them as they film.
Hou's Mother: He's not smiling is he?
Cross: He's fine. Deep down, Daryl always wanted to do the intro with the two.
Hou: Today, We're going to speedrun Minecraft. Whoever beats the game first gets a special prize.
Garga: And the loser must endure some homemade apple pie smashed into their faces.
Hou: But before that, we would like to mention that this video is in honor of my good friend, Daryl Hoshino.
Daryl: That's right, and this video is also a very special message to Seiji Kido. But enough of that, please enjoy this video.
All three are at different locations. Hou is playing on his computer in his room, Garga is playing through Hou's Xbox Console outside his room and Daryl is playing on his own brought laptop in a guest room. The gamers have their headsets on as well. Masato & Agito serves as the commentators with their mics on. And all three point of views are displayed on the living room's TV.
Masato: Is everyone ready?
All three: Yes.
Agito: Alright. Begin.
All three game on. Everyone is very intense and very anxious when beating Minecraft. All's Well until Hou accidentally fells into a hole into a cave. He's feeling very flabbergasted.
Hou: Where that Hole Come From???
Daryl: You should be aware of your surroundings.
But Then suddenly Daryl falls from a cliff, much to his shock.
Daryl: OH NO!!!
Hou: Ha, look who's talking!!!
Garga: You youngsters are wasting tim---whaaah (Falls Into Lava Pool) AHHH.
Masato: {Awkward Smile} Uh Oh...That's what I call "Triple Trouble"...
Eden & Gavrail chuckles a-bit on their faces. Meanwhile, Gwen & Amaterasu are doing the dishes at their cafe.
Amaterasu: Gwen Dear, I need some soap.
But Gwen did not respond.
Amaterasu: Gwen?
Apparently, Gwen is watching their live stream. While Masato commentates with excitement, Eden is just there sitting calmly while enjoying some tea. Gwen admires her greatly as she blushes bright and fawns over her. It's as if she's about to lose it. Amaterasu, who's hiding behind one of the cabinets, notices this in jealousy as she glares at what happened.
Back to game.
Hou: Okay. Final Stretch. I got my blaze rods and my ender pearls.
Daryl: Except how many do you have?
Hou: Uh....6 each?
Daryl: Oh then you're not going to win, you need at least 12.
Hou: WHAT? Why nobody tell me?
Garga: We both thought you knew. You ARE the Ace of Games.
Hou: {Groans} I'll get you guys back for this...
While watching them at his base, Ranma looks in disgust with his face atop of his right knuckle. Seiji then comes in through the door.
Seiji: Vile Ranma.
Vile Ranma: Huh? (Turns right) What do you want?
Seiji: We need to talk.
Vile Ranma: Can it wait? I'm seeing these three fail.
Seiji: Huh? (Watches the stream)
The moment he notices the stream as he turns right, Seiji is quite shocked to see Daryl playing video games.
Seiji: What? Since when Daryl plays video games? He's rarely interested.
Vile Ranma: That Hou should even know better to equip a bow when taking down Blazes. Not to use a sword!!!
Seiji: {Suspicious} I thought you say you don't care about him.
Vile Ranma: Eh? {Bratty} Mind your own business!!!
Seiji sighs in annoyance. They continue to watch them and by the looks of things, they are all fighting the Ender Dragon.
Masato: At last, they reached the Ender Dragon. Remember, beating the Ender Dragon is the only way to beat the game.
Agito: Who's it going to be, is it Hou? Or Garga? Or Daryl!!!
Hou: Might I add I got diamond chestplate and boots, you don't stand a chance.
Garga: But I have practiced my water bucket clutch. Followed by having an enchanted iron pickaxe.
Daryl: {Proud} You guys are hillarious. I have full diamond armor, an enchanted iron sword, a diamond pickaxe, even 5 ender pearls.
Both: WHAT? HOW?
Daryl: I found a blacksmith in a village, which led to diamonds, and I mined some more in the caves. As for the rest, I just got lucky.
Hou: This guy has plot armor.
Garga: What?
Masato: Looks like Hou is going after the fifth crystal and boom he shoots it with a bow. But Garga comes in and knocks him off the platform with another bow.
Daryl then ender pearls up to Location, which is at another End Spike, and hits Garga off with his sword.
Garga: {Angry} HEY!!!
Daryl: Beware of your surroundings they say.
Agito: OOH and both players died in the game, luckily, they all set their spawn points before entering the End and have recovered their items.
Masato: But now's not the time to relax, because the Ender Dragon is still alive. Luckily, the End Crystals are all out and they're attacking the dragon at the same time.
The game was quite intense as Hou shoots using his bow and Garga beating the dragon with his sword as the dragon perches. Meanwhile, Daryl is placing some BEDS at the Center Spot???
Hou: What is Daryl doing ???
Garga: Is he trying to Sleep?
Hou: No!!! it's something worse!!!
The moment the Dragon perches for one last time, Hou & Garga rushes. But Daryl places a dirt block in front of one of the beds, and suddenly the BEDS EXPLODES AND THE DRAGON IS SUDDENLY DEFEATED AND IT ALSO TOOK OUT HOU & GARGA TOO. Everyone's shocked.
Masato: WOAH. YOU GUYS SEE THAT? Daryl's Plan worked and it exploded everything in it's path. Including the Dragon. This would mean that Garga & Hou LOST and Daryl is the WINNER!!!
Everyone else cheers. The players come out of their rooms.
Hou: Okay Daryl, you are really something else...
Garga: Yes...(Facepalms) Oh dear...
Daryl: Don't mention it. It was really fun.
They all gather in front of the camera and Masato & Agito holds out some apple pie in their hands. The losers are getting anxious.
Masato: Okay Hou & Garga, since you both loss, time to get pied.
Agito: On a count to three...1...2...3!!!
Masato & Agito slams their face with pie and thus caused a mess all over their faces. Everyone's in shock and say "ooooh..." with their mouths. And the same thing with the comments.
Hou: Ahhh...(wipes off his face) It taste good for some reason...
Hou's Mother: I baked them myself.
Masato: As for you Daryl, here's your prize. You receive...(shows prize) A special homemade card cake. Made by Cross Himself.
The card cake is basically Cross Farnese Astrologia's art. It is rectangular shape, lemon and orange flavor. Daryl reacts it with surprise.
Daryl: How did you...
Cross: I am an expert chef. Although, it took me more than 5 hours to bake the cake yesterday. Hou's Mother helped out too and the layers are not easy to fill.
Daryl takes a bite of it using a small fork. He eats it and finds it delicious with a beautiful and warm smile on his face.
Daryl: It's Good. Thank you, Cross.
Cross: You're welcome.
As for Seiji & Ranma, Ranma reacts with even more disgust and Seiji is just there reacting in calm.
Vile Ranma: Tch...Ridiculous.
Seiji: Hmm...
Hou then wipes the rest of his face off with a towel and gives Daryl a pat on the shoulder.
Hou: Okay Daryl. We'll leave the rest to you. (Walks off)
On Camera, Daryl is all alone. Daryl makes his statement and the rest stand proud while watching him doing so.
Daryl: Seiji. Listen to me. You are my friend. And I want you back by my side. If I had upset you in any way, I'm very sorry. I blamed myself for what happened and I feel guilty. Nonetheless, I want to spend time with you just like the old days. Studies, chess and perhaps even playing video games. And even enjoying this card cake. See you soon. (Bows)
Seiji: (Reacts in small shock) Daryl...
The live stream ends.
Vile Ranma: Some Guy...(To Seiji coldly) Do not fall prey to his so called "kindness". Be strong no matter what. Discard everything that holds you back.
Seiji: So basically you're saying I should just destroy him.
Vile Ranma: That's right.
Seiji: (Closes his eyes) Seems to me you finally acknowledge my presence and strength.
Vile Ranma: Huh?
Seiji: I heard what you said the other day. I was only bait to you. To lure Daryl in to join us.
Vile Ranma: {Surprised}
Flashback reveals that moment Seiji snuck in and overhears their conversation. And it ends and Ranma responds "Yeah? So What?".
Seiji: You know, sometimes I wonder, am I even part of the Lost Crew? And if I'm bait, then what was the point receiving Nero Lance as my buddy?
Vile Ranma: Despite that, I gave you power didn't I? You should be grateful that you're allowed to stay too.
Seiji: You're right. I should be grateful. In fact, let me say it. I'm going to get stronger. Stronger than you. (Points at him) Vile Ranma, heed my warning, I'm going to dispose of you and become King myself.
Vile Ranma: {Impressed} Huh...I like to see you try. (Throws him a Lostrizer Card) Use this again. If you have the guts to overthrow me, destroy Daryl by any means necessary. Then we'll decide, whether you'll be King or not. (Walks away)
As Vile Ranma walks away, Seiji looks at him with cold glare while holding a lostrizer card. The day of the match arrives.
Ion: Whenever there's a buddyfight, you can find me, Ion Nanana. Today's match is once again of the two geniuses that made it this far. It's the Genius Chess Champion, Seiji Kido versus the Ace of Study, Daryl Hoshino.
Seiji: I saw your video. While I do appreciate your sentiment, I take no pity of your say. And this time, things are going to be different.
Daryl: {Worried} Seiji...Why...(sigh) I'm guided by the celestial stars. Luminize...Galaxy Triangulum.
Seiji: Now...let the games begin. Luminize...Lostknight Control.
Ion & Tako: Buddy....FIGHT!!!
Both: Raise the flag. Star Dragon World.
Ion: The first move goes to Seiji.
Seiji: Draw. Charge & Draw. Equip. Grandmaster Cane. (Does So) Now feast your eyes on this. I buddycall Lostknight, Nero Schiltlance to the right.
Nero Schiltlance appears. His new form includes a larger shield, a double backwards sharp lance face and his hand lance has tentacles on it. Everyone's shocked.
Ion: WOAH WHAT? Nero Lance just powered up and it looks deadlier than before!!!
Cross: So that's what he meant by "things are going to be different".
Daryl: {Worried} Seiji...
Seiji: I call another Nero Schiltlance to the left.
Another Nero Schiltlance appear, making them shocked.
Daryl: Two of them?
Cross: What is he trying to do?
Seiji: You'll find out. Cast. "GrandMaster's Gathering". When I have more than 1 Drametal on the field, I gain 2 gauge. Now, Nero Schiltlance's ability activate. (Pays 2 gauge)
Both: Oppress, Activate!!
Both Schiltlances take over Daryl's Left and Right.
Left Schiltlance: I have oppressed the enemy's left.
Right Schiltlance: And I have oppressed the enemy's right.
Daryl's shocked as the two latters took over the right and left. Seiji turns even more serious.
Seiji: Indeed. Cross has powered up last time, therefore I couldn't block the Galaxy Formation. But Now...Now that your left and right is blocked, you can't do anything.
Daryl: Grr...
Seiji: The Nero Schiltlance on the enemy's right, attack Daryl.
Nero Schiltlance: Yes Sir. (Pierces Him)
Daryl: Dah!!!
8 Life left. And Seiji deals 1 extra damage through Grandmaster Cane.
Seiji: My turn is over.
Cross: Please tell me you have a plan.
Daryl: {Struggles} I'm working on it...Draw. Charge & Draw. I buddycall Cross Farnese Astrologia to the center.
Cross: (Appears) Behold my evolved brilliance.
Ion: Cross has made it's debut. And Daryl proceeds to equip Kals Alnasl. He also cast Proclaim Battle Supplies to increase his resources.
Daryl: Cross. Attack the Schiltlance on the right.
Cross: Yes Sir. (Attacks)
While Schiltlance was hit...
Seiji: Activate ability. Schiltlance, Revive!!! (Pays 1 gauge)
Schiltlance was briefly destroyed until suddenly he revives. Daryl's shocked.
Seiji: Now that Nero Lance has powered up, he can stay on the field so long as I pay 1 gauge. Try defeating him while you still can...(smirks)
Daryl: Great...
Cross: What should I do? Should I attack him again?
Daryl: There's no point. Attack the fighter instead.
Cross: Acknowledged. (Attacks)
8 life left.
Daryl: Alnasl. (Shoots)
6 life left.
Daryl: One more time. (Shoots)
Seiji: Cast. Mars Barrier. (Blocks)
Daryl: Tch. My turn is over.
Hou: Tough luck. With both Schiltlances on the field, He can't use Galaxy Formation.
Masato: It's not over yet. Let's see what he does next.
Seiji: Bishop, Giallo Mace to the center.
Giallo Mace: (Appears) Yes, Master Seiji.
Seiji: Cast Again. Grandmaster's Gathering, I gain two gauge. And since a field is oppressed, I also draw 1 card. The Nero Schiltlance on the enemy's left. Attack Cross.
Cross lose one soul card.
Seiji: The Nero Schiltlance on the enemy's right. Do the same.
Daryl: Cast. Notify: Blessed Rain Tactic. (Blocks) I gain 2 life.

Ion: Oh Boy. Cross is down for the count. And now Seiji has 5 gauge. This means he can revive Schiltlance as many times as he need.
Seiji: If you like, you can surrender now. And Admit I'm stronger than you.
Daryl stares at Seiji for a while and lets out a sigh.
Daryl: Have you ever heard the saying..."Only those who attempt the absurd can achieve the impossible."
Seiji: What?
Daryl: It's a quote by Albert Einstein. It means I'm about to do something that will shock your mind off.
Seiji: What do you mean?
Daryl: (Holds out a spell) Cast. Celesociation!!!
Suddenly, a blue celestial clock appear below and targeted the Nero Schiltlance on Daryl's right. It winds backwards and Schitlance yells aloud. Suddenly, it goes into the clock and back to Seiji's hand.
Seiji: WHAT?
Daryl: In buddyfight, you don't necessarily have to destroy a monster. There are other ways to do it than just pure destruction.
Ion: SAY WHAT? Daryl's Spell just defeated Schiltlance not by destroying but by returning it to the hand.
Hou: {Shocked} Say what? Even I didn't thought of that!!!
Masato: Daryl really is the Ace of Study!!!
Seiji: {Terrified} You...You...what?
Daryl: Seiji, I'm sorry...but if this is the only way...then so be it.
Seiji: {Worried} Daryl...
Daryl: (Looks at his board) Alright. Let's finish this. Proclaim: Steer the Stars. (Adds two monsters to his hand) I call Cross to the center.
Cross: (Appears) I rise up once more.
Daryl: Seerfight Dragon, Barry to the right.
Barry: (Appears) Finally I get to show up.
Ion: With a monster on the right and center, and an item equipped...
Daryl: Shine bright, weapon of the sky. Galaxy Formation Right. Activate.
Suddenly once again, Daryl's cards glow. Everyone's shocked.
Daryl: Cast. Notify: Double Tactics. For this turn, I can instantly attack the fighter and Giallo Mace all at once.
Seiji: Nani!!!
Daryl: Cross. Attack Giallo Mace.
Cross defeats Giallo Mace and directly shoots white laser beams at Seiji with his eyes. 4 life left.
Daryl: Double attack. This time attack the Nero Schiltlance on the left.
Cross summons a bunch of astral arrows in front of him and shoots it towards the sky. The arrows suddenly rain down in twos and blasts at the fighter and Nero Schiltlance.
Seiji: Tch. Ability activate.
Ion: Seiji used 1 gauge and revives Schiltlance!!! But he still received 2 damage.
Daryl: Barry!!!
Barry: Leave it to me. (Attacks)
Seiji: Cast. Queenside Castling. (Blocks)
Daryl shoots with Alnasl.
Seiji: Cast Again. Queenside Castling. (Blocks)
Garga: 6 life already? Does Daryl realize that he can't cast Tri Star Decison?
Hou: No he cannot. But knowing him. He's about to do the absurd once again.
Daryl shoots one last time with Alnasl. It hit and thus, 4 life left.
Daryl: Cast. Notify: Skyseer Pulse. Cross stands back up and 1 damage to the opponent.
3 life left. Cross attacks and it hits. 1 life left.
Daryl: I'm not done yet.
Seiji: Don't tell me...
Daryl: That's right. Cast Again. Notify: Skyseer Pulse. Barry Stands and 1 damage to you.
Suddenly, Daryl's Bow is charged with lightning and he shoots with it one last time. The arrows flies incredibly fast. Forward at the latter, all Seiji can do is watch in shock as the arrow strikes. The moment it hit, Seiji falls down in slow-mo and he looks at the sky with pure shock.
Seiji: [Daryl....]
Seiji's flag is down.
Ion: Game End. Winner. Daryl Hoshino!!!
Tako: Viva. The Ace of Study is Victorious, Chu!!!
The crowd cheers, Daryl's friends cheer.
Ion: Our Ace of Study may be blocked from the start, but he found a way to turn the tables on him. Amazing. As a result, he's facing Vile Ranma in the SEMIs. Be sure to tune in next week for the first SEMI-final match, people. Can't Wait !!!
At the hallways, Seiji walks away alone. He is feeling so down after what happened. Daryl then reaches him.
Daryl: Seiji.
Seiji: Huh? (Turns around)
Both players stands before each other. While Daryl is feeling worried, Seiji feels very defeated.
Daryl: Look. I get that you still hate me and all but...
Seiji: No.
Daryl: Huh?
Seiji: I don't hate you...I...was...jealous of you. Like, you're always better than me at everything. No matter how hard I try, it was never enough to overcome you. I just...I felt weak...
Daryl: I...To be honest, I'm not always better than you.
Seiji: What do you mean?
Daryl: Remember the first time you beat me?
Seiji: Yes? But then you beaten me after that.
Daryl: True. But to be fair, I should have known that you buddyfight as well. If anything, that day when you texted me to fight you, I should have studied you beforehand, even if I couldn't find any data. In the end, I lost. Did I not?

Seiji, hearing this, starts to cry...he comes forward and suddenly gives Daryl a hug. Daryl responds back by hugging too. And thus it has come to an end. The fall of the rift between two former friends.
