Seeing Ian Preston at a loss, Thea Lynch couldn't be happier inside.
In the study, Thea Lynch closed the door and walked to the desk to sit down.
She couldn't hide the smile on her face, and as soon as she turned on the video, Foreman Chandler and a few others teased her.
"Foreman Lynch seems to be in a good mood."
"Indeed, looking all cheerful."
"Did Mr. Preston propose to Foreman Lynch? Was yesterday's social media post true?"
There were five minutes left before the meeting officially started, and everyone took a moment to gossip.
Everyone was familiar enough that Thea Lynch usually answered questions that weren't too sharp.
"Yes. He proposed." As usual, she was concise.
Hearing this, on the other end of the video, Foreman Chandler led the applause.
Even though they weren't in the meeting room, Thea Lynch knew things had erupted over there by the sounds.
