c53: Vegeta Was Absorbed
"Huhu! I'm angry! I want to!"
Majin Buu, having regenerated once again, glared at Vegeta with a twisted face as steam violently erupted from the holes on his head and arms. His ki surged chaotically, shaking the nearby mountains.
Before Buu could finish his words, Vegeta thrust his hand forward and hurled a massive ball of ki directly into Buu's mouth.
"Final Burst Cannon!!"
"BOOM!!!"
A blinding explosion burst out from within Buu's body, a brilliant light that illuminated the sky like a thousand fireworks. The shockwave shattered the ground, and Fat Buu's body was blown into hundreds of pink fragments.
"Hmph! Even if you can regenerate, you're still nothing compared to the Prince of Saiyans!"
But as soon as Vegeta finished speaking, Buu's scattered flesh began to twitch and gather together. In seconds, Fat Buu's round figure reformed once again, steam hissing from his head.
"You… you didn't even let me finish my sentence!!" Buu roared furiously, his eyes turning red with anger.
Vegeta smirked, disappearing in a blur. "At your speed, you'll never touch me."
He reappeared behind Buu, energy flaring golden. "Big Bang Attack!!!"
The massive explosion engulfed Buu again, sending a pillar of smoke skyward.
"AHHH! I'M REALLY ANGRY! I'LL KILL YOU!!"
Fat Buu screamed, and his aura suddenly spiked. The mist from his body grew darker, and then black smoke poured out of his pores like a storm. The dark mist began to twist together, forming a tall, lean version of Buu with sharp eyes and a cruel grin Evil Buu.
Vegeta frowned. "Huh? What the hell… another Buu?!"
Fat Buu stared wide-eyed. "Hey! Who are you?!"
"I'm Buu," the thin one said coldly.
"What?! But I'm Buu!"
"You are Buu… and I'm Buu too," Evil Buu replied in a mocking tone.
"Liar! I'm the only Buu! There can't be two of me!"
And just like that, the two Buus began shouting and throwing punches at each other, their battle tearing through the landscape.
Watching their argument, Vegeta's patience snapped. "You fools! Stop babbling!"
He raised both hands, gathering two spheres of blue ki. "Final Flash!"
"BOOM!! BOOM!!"
Both Buus exploded into chunks of pink and gray flesh that rained down from the sky.
But seconds later, the meat began to move again squirming and merging until the two Buus stood revived once more.
"You miserable Saiyan!" Evil Buu growled. "You'll regret that!"
"Yeah! We'll kill you!" Fat Buu echoed.
The two Buus charged together, hurling energy blasts while Vegeta countered with blinding speed. The air was filled with roaring explosions and flashes of light as their battle ripped the sky apart.
Yet, Vegeta's skill and power were overwhelming. Since Fat Buu had split, their combined energy was much weaker, and neither could match Vegeta's Super Saiyan 2 power.
"Hmph! Is this all you've got? Pathetic! Prepare to be erased!"
Vegeta clenched his fists, and a blazing golden aura erupted around him, the ground beneath his feet cracking from the sheer force. His Super Saiyan energy climbed higher and higher sparks of lightning flashing around his body.
"I am Vegeta, the Prince of all Saiyans!!" he roared, his power shaking the heavens.
But just as he prepared his finishing move, Evil Buu's eyes gleamed darkly. He suddenly turned and fired a beam of energy not at Vegeta but at Fat Buu.
"What are you doing?!" Fat Buu screamed in confusion.
"Getting rid of the weak part of me," Evil Buu sneered.
The beam hit Fat Buu directly, transforming him into pink goo that Evil Buu quickly absorbed into his body. The ground trembled violently as Evil Buu's power skyrocketed.
"Ahahaha! Yes! This power… this is true perfection!"
Vegeta's eyes widened. "Tch! His ki, it's changed completely! Damn it… he's evolved!"
Evil Buu smirked, his new form sleek and lean, his energy radiating dark malice. "You should feel honored, Saiyan. You'll be the first to die by the hand of Super Buu."
The air went silent for a moment before Vegeta lunged forward, shouting ready for a battle that would shake the universe itself.
Meanwhile, back at the World Martial Arts Tournament, the crowd still had no idea that the greatest battle in existence had already begun far away…
"Huh? This ki... it's Vegeta's aura!"
From afar, Lin Hao sensed the familiar surge of Saiyan energy blazing like a golden storm. "It seems he's finally going all out," he murmured. "But it's not going to be easy to deal with Majin Buu. That monster's regeneration can't be stopped by raw power alone. Don't be careless, Vegeta… or you'll pay a heavy price."

The battlefield trembled as Vegeta and Super Buu clashed violently in midair. Mountains shattered, oceans boiled, and every strike distorted the air itself.
"Go to hell!" Vegeta roared, lightning crackling around his golden Super Saiyan 2 form. He crossed his wrists and unleashed his most devastating attack.
"Final Flash!!!"
A massive silver-golden beam erupted from his palms, tearing through the sky and swallowing the two Buus who had fused moments earlier.
"BOOOOOOM!!"
The explosion scorched the horizon, leaving a crater hundreds of kilometers wide.
"Haha! That should do it! That was my full power Majin Buu should be dust by now!" Vegeta smirked, his chest heaving from the energy output.
But behind the swirling smoke, two blobs of flesh one pink, one gray slowly crept together and merged. Moments later, a new, sinister-looking Super Buu emerged. His eyes glowed crimson, and his aura pulsed with malevolence.
"Damn you, Saiyan! You dare mock me?!"
Super Buu's voice reverberated like thunder as he raised his hand. "Die!!"
A beam of pure destruction shot toward Vegeta.
"Tch! You're still alive?!" Vegeta snarled, twisting his body midair. "You think that'll hit me? Don't underestimate me, Majin!"
He deflected the attack with a burst of ki, detonating it harmlessly in the distance. The shockwave sent both fighters hurtling apart.
Then the battle resumed fast, brutal, unrelenting.
Fist met fist. Foot clashed against flesh. Each impact shook the earth. The two fighters crashed from the sky to the ground, then back into the air again, leaving trails of devastation behind.
For a while, Vegeta still had the upper hand. His precision and combat experience as the Prince of Saiyans allowed him to outmaneuver Buu's wild strikes. But soon, his breathing grew heavier, his golden aura flickering. The strain of maintaining Super Saiyan 2 was catching up to him.
"Damn it… my ki is dropping too fast! If this keeps up, I'll lose…" he thought, clenching his jaw.
Super Buu laughed wickedly. "What's wrong, Vegeta? Feeling tired already? You Saiyans burn out too fast!"
"Shut up!" Vegeta shouted, charging forward only to be intercepted by a violent kick to his stomach that sent him crashing through a mountain.
"Argh!!" Vegeta spat blood, clutching his abdomen. "Damn it… if my energy wasn't drained, I would've crushed you!"
Super Buu hovered above him, grinning. "Hehehe… so the proud prince finally admits he's weak?" He raised one hand, gathering energy. "Maybe I should finish you right now…"
But then, a darker thought crossed his mind. His crimson eyes gleamed with malice. "No… if I absorb you, my power will increase even more. Yes… that's better."
A disgusting squelch echoed as a pink lump of flesh extended from Buu's back, stretching and detaching. It slithered across the battlefield like living slime, inching toward Vegeta.
"Huh? What the what is that thing?" Vegeta muttered, staggering to his feet. He saw Buu lowering his arm, canceling his charged attack. "Why stop now? What's your game, monster?"
Before he could react, the fleshy blob suddenly expanded, splitting open into a membrane-like pod that lunged forward.
"W-what?! Damn it!" Vegeta shouted, trying to blast it away, but his energy was too depleted. The pink mass wrapped around him instantly, covering his body from head to toe.
"ARGHHH!! Get this thing off me!!" He struggled violently, firing bursts of ki but the membrane absorbed everything, tightening its hold until even his voice was muffled.
A moment later, the cocoon was drawn back into Buu's body with a sickening slurp.
Super Buu's aura exploded outward, his power surging to new heights. His features shifted slightly his eyes sharper, his muscles leaner, his ki more controlled.
"Heheheh… I can feel it… Vegeta's strength flowing through me," Buu said darkly, stretching his fingers. "This power… magnificent! Now I am perfection!"
The ground cracked beneath his feet as his energy rose even higher, shaking the planet.
From afar, Lin Hao's expression turned grim. "No… Vegeta's been absorbed. That monster just got even stronger."
In the crimson sky above, Super Buu smiled coldly. "One down… who's next?"
