'Okay, this is pretty easy. You got flying down and gliding is pretty easy. Now, there's just one thing needed to be a true dragon,' I thought with a growl as I continued to take deep breaths, feeling the warmth in my chest continuously building up more and more until I opened my maw and roared/ squealed as loudly as I could.
My eyes widened and yelps echoed from the khalasar as a small flurry of embers and smoke escaped my throat and scorched the ground in front of me in multiple places, Mum's cheers along with Rhaenys' & Visenya's gleeful screeches echoing in the back of my mind as I gave an ecstatic snarl.
"YESS!", I screeched while stretching my wings wide, ignoring Mum rolling her eyes as I strutted smugly around before giggles escaped her lips as I tripped over my own tail and fell flat on my face.
"Not a word," I growled at my sisters, Rhaenys just continuing with her happy mewls as Visenya gave me a smug look.
Oh yeah, that's one thing that has changed. After I tiredly managed to finally explain to our mother that the 'boys' were actually girls, with a lot of help from my sisters and Jorah, she finally decided to change their names to that of the wives of the first Aegon.
Were they happy at the name change? If the way they hugged Mum for the rest of the day while happily mewling in her arms were any indication, they were far beyond thrilled.
This also led to something I never expected: being left alone to train in peace while Mum cooed and mothered over the other two, with me giving smug growls as they gave me pleading looks to try and save them.
That alone time I dedicated to simply one thing: learn how to breathe fire.
Breathing fire was not as simple as just taking a deep breath and letting it all out.
No, you had to 'search for your inner flame' and even with how much those words disgusts me, those were the words I follow to the point that I had dreams about a fire enveloping my chest and burning away everything around me.
As it turns out, thinking about that relentlessly for the next week while continuously working your throat(Not that way!) by coughing up smoke was all that's needed to learn how to breathe fire.
'I mean, they're just embers now, but in a few more weeks, I'll be breathing out torrents of flames at everyone that irritates me!'
"Good work, Drogon. Now, your sisters get to figure out their flames while you and I spend some much needed time together," I blinked at Mum's voice above me before my eyes widened as I felt myself being picked up, immediately glaring at my two smug sisters as they made themselves scarce.
"Now, now, Drogon. Mwah! You and I! Mwah! Need to spend! Mwah! More time together!"
"Stop kissing me, woman!", I screeched as I whipped my wings around to try and flail my way away from Mum's kissing, making sure to keep my tail limp and avoid cutting her with my wings as I moved my head around.
She just giggled as she placed me down on her lap, to which I ignored the amused laughter from Jorah and her khalasar as I glared at her.
"I am a Dragon! A beast of carnage and vengeance! A maker of widows! I will not be subjected to-!"
"Mwah."
"…Did you seriously just do that?", I asked with a deadpan stare as I felt my pride dissipating into the wind, Mum just giggling as I looked up at her before I sighed as I turned and decided to just stare at my sisters trying to breathe out fire.
"Khaleesi! Jhogo returns!", I blinked as I heard the butchered English/ Common Tongue from one of Mum's handmaidens, whose name I believed to be Jhiqui, before my eyes widened as Mum stood up excitedly while placing me down before I watched her rush along with Jorah towards the town's gate.
"Sisters, keep training. Maiden, you watch after them," I said as I pointed a wing at the maiden who had brought the news to Mum, who just blinked in confusion as I turned to my sisters whining about before they quickly grew silent as I let out a snarl.
"Good. Now, stay," Before the maiden could stop me, I spread my wings and let off one glorious flap, letting the wind carry me upwards as I kept going up until I caught sight of where I saw the most people gathering.
With a grin and a growl, I tucked my wings in and dove back towards the ground, angling my body at an angle as I heard a panicked squeal from Jhiqui before a gleeful screech escaped my throat as I opened my wings to their full might and took off in the directions of the gate.
"HELLO EVERYBODY!", My screech must have alerted them all as everyone looked in my directions, laughter coming from the khalasar and Mum just palming her face as I dove down towards them before opening my wings at the last minute.
Giving a smug growl at Mum's amused look, I surprised her as I landed on the shoulders of the surprised archer next to her whilst staring at the group on the ground below the wall
Jhogo was the only one I recognized as he was the thinnest of the group and his wispy moustache didn't help as he bowed to Mum before turning to the side to introduce the group.
"Blood of my blood. I come from the great city Qarth with three who would look on you with their own eyes." Jhogo said with a bow, Mum just nodding with a frown as she looked away from him and towards the gathered group.
"Rual issa naejot sȳrkta introduce ourself, khalēsi hen late khali drogo. Nyke xaro xhoan daxos, nykeā member hen thirteen. (Allow me to better introduce ourself, khaleesi of the late khal Drogo. I am Xaro Xhoan Daxos, a member of the Thirteen.)", The first man introduced himself in Valyrian, looking pale and lean with a bald head, a beak-like noise encrusted with rubies, opals and flakes of jead along with robes of maroon silk & gold cloth whilst sitting on a rather big camel with an ornate horned saddle.
I just blinked with a surprised frown as I realized how my mind had translated his words into English in the blink of an eye despite the fact that he spoke in Valyrian and despite how little Valyrian I did know.
'I guess these are the perks of being a dragon,' I thought with a smirk before I turned to the obscured figure who spoke next.
"I am Quaithe of the Shadow." The voice sounded feminine as the face was obscured by a dark-red lacquer wooden mask, only a pair of rather vivid scarlet eyes staring back at both Mum and I, though they were mostly focused on me.
The black hooded cloak she was wearing didn't help her much in the sun as did the various gold accessories and jewelry she wore and yet, I had a feeling that she didn't feel the scorching heat at all.
"Anha am Pyat Pree, the vezhven movek. Kisha come seeking Dragons (I am Pyat Pree, the great warlock. We come seeking Dragons.)", The last to introduce himself in the Dothraki Tongue made me frown as an instinctive growl escaped my lips, Mum's soft caresses snapping me out of my rage-induced state as I bumped her head to wave off her concern, though I didn't take my eyes off of the warlock who was looking at me in undisguised greed.
Dressed in a formal and ornate royal purple and crimson robe decorated with gold insignias, the man would have looked like a noble if not for his pale corpse-like complexion, his beady and sickly eyes, his pale icy blue lips, his ghastly fingers and the fact that his skin looked as if it was hanging from his bones.
Pyat Pree was described as a ghastly figure in the books and I liked how they showed that description in the TV series, but to see the bastard in real life…
'I'm going to kill him when I have the chance,' I thought with a frown as I faintly heard Mum talking with them, leaping from the archer's shoulders back into the air with a flap of my wings.
With a final glare aimed at the smirking Pyat Pree, I took off back to where I could smell my sisters and the handmaiden.
Forget killing. I'm eating him the first chance I get.

"Welcome to Qarth, khaleesi."
"It is quite the sight." I ignored Mum staring in awe at the giant trio of walls of Qarth along with the rest of her khalasar as I instead glared at the greedy shit that continuously took more & more glances at my sisters and I the closer we got to the city.
I don't know how Pree has gone from riding alongside Mum, Xaro, Jorah & Quaithe to walking slightly behind them to look at my siblings and I as we rode on a wooden crate tied to Mum's camel, which was gifted to her by Xaro(I had to respect the guy for his initiative to try asking her out).
However, the moment he tried to move even a single centimeter closer, a glare from me made him freeze slightly before he moved his camel back, my sisters having picked up on my hostility as Visenya was glaring at him along with me while Rhaenys let off soft little growls and huffing out wisps of smoke for an intimidation factor even if she can't breathe fire yet.
"Good, little ones. Let the dark side consume you and fuel yo-Back! Back I say, you depraved bastard!", I growled at Pree as he tried getting closer this time, frowning as the man didn't back away easily this time before my eyes widened as I felt a calm sense washing over me and I turned to see everyone ignoring us as both of my sisters' heads drooped in sleepiness.
…Did this motherfucker just…? Okay, that's it! Fuck being cool!
With a loud screech that startled everyone, Pree's eyes widened as he dove off of his camel just in time as a rather big pillar of scorching hot flames escaped my lips and severely burned the poor camel he was riding on.
"Drogon! Keligon!", Mum's words cut through my rage as I turned to her, seeing her surprised yet stern look before I turned back to the terrified Pree and let out a black cloud of smoke as I laid back down, thankful for Rhaenys and Visenya who laid down on top of me to cool me down as Mum turned to glare at Pree.
"Drogon does not react like that as he is the calmest of my children. I would suggest that you stay as far away from them as you can or else, I might not be there to save you next time."
'Ooh, now I want you to try again, bastard,' I thought with a sinister smirk before I let out a disappointed growl as the terrified man just nodded and started walking alongside the camel of Xaro, who whispered frantically to the warlock while the two of them along with Quaithe walked into the city.
"Is he okay, khaleesi?", I heard Jorah ask and turned to see him next to Mum, who was frowning softly as she looked at me.
She was then surprised as I nodded before smiling softly and nodding back before turning to the surprised Jorah.
"Looks like he is fine, ser Jorah. Now, let us go inspect our new accommodations, ser. I need a bath as soon as possible."
"Brother, is that man bad?", Visenya asked as we rode in the wooden cage on Mother's camel, to which I frowned and nodded.
"If any of us get the chance…you tear out his throat and burn the corpse."
"Okay!", Rhaenys agreed with a quick nod and a happy smile, making Visenya and I huff as I just stretched myself out on the cage and closed my eyes, though not falling asleep as I decided to rely on my other senses to help keep better track of my environment.
If I see that fucker again…he's dead.

"And you are certain the beasts are only a few moons of age?", A raspy voice echoed from a ghastly hooded figure, Pree smirking maniacally as he nodded while seated in the middle chair of thirteen placed around a round table.
"Yes, I inspected them myself from a distance. They're just three moons of age and the oldest of the three can already breathe out fire, something that has only been heard of in the Black Dread himself."
"Then you have your orders, Pree. Get the woman to come here with the black beast and seal the two of them in the underchambers. With their aether, the Shade-of-the-Evening created from it shall supply us with enough aether to last us the next millennium."
"As you wish, Great Seer."

"Drogon. I believe it's time to stop. Your sisters are already asleep," Mother's words echoed in the cold night air of Qarth and yet, I ignored them as I took a deep breath before unleashing another torrent of flames with a deafening screech.
Keeping it up for a few seconds, I cursed as it was far bigger than the embers that I released on my first try and far smaller than the pillar of flames I tried to burn Pyat with a month ago.
I've been trying to replicate that feat and despite the fact that my sisters and I are now all able to finally breathe fire, with me of course unleashing the most, it burned me that I couldn't release the level of fire that I did at that time…no pun intended.
'I know that rage and hatred is supposed to be the source of a dragon's power in fictional works, but is that what allowed me to do that? So, does that mean that going on a berserker's rage is what will let me go beyond my current limits? Fuck, being a dragon is not as fun as they make it out to be.'
"Drogon! Aōha muñnykeā iksos talking naejot ao! Pālegon around se rȳbagon! (Your mother is talking to you! Turn around and listen!)", I blinked as Mother's voice cut right through my monologue, turning to see her walking towards me with a frown along with her personal guards Jorah and my favourite member of the khalasar, the archer Aggo.
"Crap. Did I train that long?", I growled out as I looked up at the night sky, seeing the half moon hanging in the middle of the sky before looking back at Mother, who had knelt in front of me.
"You don't have to worry about Pyat and his associates coming to visit us again. I've forbid them from entering the manor at all."
'Right, that bitch,' I thought with a frown as I remembered the bastard that tried to manipulate my sisters and I into falling asleep every time he tried to come around.
Ever since I nearly killed him, he's forgotten about trying to get me to like him and have instead turned to my sisters, but unfortunately for him, my sisters listen to my orders.
If I say someone is not good…oh boy, that person must not be allowed within a five meter radius of either of those two because if they're not trying to impress Mother, they'll go out of their way to impress me.
"Don't worry about that guy, Mother. I'm just training to kill any cunt that tries to kill us in the future."
'And for those damn Others or White Walkers or whatever the hell they're called in this world,' I thought with a frown and a growl as I nuzzled into Mother's hand that was scratching my head, laying my head on her chest and making her giggle as she scratched my chin for a few minutes before standing up.
"Good to hear. Now, come. I'm tired and I'm most certainly you are too," She said with a frown, to which I just rolled my head but decided to follow after her because my stamina was almost utterly drained.

Someone is here.
I was wide awake as I stood upright at the edge of Mother's bed, my senses blaring with warning signs as my sisters groggily sat up while Mother slept peacefully in the bed.
"Brother?"
"Go back to sleep," I whispered/ growled to Visenya who spoke to me, to which she blearily stared at me before I snorted softly as she fell asleep, Rhaenys not needing any further help as she fell asleep right next to her.
'Where are you, fucker?', I thought with a frown as I turned back to the shadows around us, my eyes focusing on every little detail I could make out in the shadows before my head swiftly snapped to the right as I caught something rushing in the light.
In a blurry flash, I was out of the bed and in the air in the span of a second, ignoring Mother's yelp and my sisters jumping up in alarm as my claws sunk into soft flesh and my tail stabbed into an armoured abdomen.
"I knew you fuckers would come!", I growled as I stared into the terrified eyes of a rather pale man with dark blue lips, ignoring the man trying to speak as my head snapped forward and a choked gasp escaped his lips as I tasted oh-so-sweet scarlet liquid.
'His blood…his blood tasted amazing,' That thought flashed through my mind as I bit into his throat before ripping it clean out, my sisters not wasting any time as they both unleashed a combined jet of flames that washed over both the assassin and I.
"Man, I wanted to eat that," Despite how horrified I was supposed to be at that, I didn't feel anything but disappointment as I watched my meal being burned to a crisp, Mother's eyes wide as I leapt from the charred remains and sat down next to her on a pillow.
"Don't you worry, Mother. You just go back to sleep and keep having a good dream. Your son is here to rip the bastards to shreds," I growled as I nudged her back to bed before a soft giggle escaped her lips as I pulled the comforter back over her with some help from my siblings.
"On guard, Mother!", I just rolled my eyes at Visenya and Rhaenys making themselves comfortable at Mother's sides before I shrugged as I laid back down near her head, sighing as she decided to lay her head down on my tail before glaring at my sisters for their soft hissing snickering.
"Don't you dare say it."
"You're a pillow," While Visenya just looked amused, I forgot how much of a naive idiot Rhaenys was as she growled, to which I just rolled my eyes before all three of our heads snapped to the doors bursting open.
"Khaleesi! What happened?!", Jorah exclaimed as he burst in, Aggo, Rakharo and Jhogo along with a platoon of guards with them before they all froze at the charred remains and my siblings and I staring at them.
"Took you guys long enough."
"It's okay, Jorah. Go back to sleep," Mother muttered as she turned and went back to sleep, Jorah just blinking as he nodded slowly before he and the guards left with him.
"…Are they really Mother's guards?", Visenya asked, to which I just snorted.
"Like I've been saying the entire time, we're the best she has."
A/N: And Drogon takes his first life, but feels no remorse. Is that because it was a man who was trying to kill his mother…or is there something else happening?
We'll have to find out next time. Next chapter, aftermath and destroying a cult…by eating them? Sure, that works.
