Everyone in my family, including me, knew I had a bit higher IQ than some children. Well I started reading when I was two and a half years old, so it was pretty obvious, you could say. The first book I ever read was "Secret garden", one of the most famous children's books that has a great storyline. If I had read something else maybe I wouldn't have loved books this much, and maybe all of this wouldn't have happened.
In every book, every story I read, there is a main character. Sometimes there are more than one. Oh, how much I loved them. I loved seeing them suffer, just because they were written to be the main character. And I loved how life was like a book, and I could say what person in real life would be which character if it was a book.
I was in third grade when the realization hit, after reading tons of books of different genres. Main characters suffer the most, and there are lots of main characters in real life. I don't like getting hurt, not mentally, not physically, means I can't be main character. But extras have unpredictable chance of dying or getting on main character's bad side. So, its risky. That's why I decided to become a perfect side character. A side character, who is close to the main character, who is on their good sides, who has my own struggles like a normal person, but still lives happily in shadow of the main character. I had to find a potential main character that I could stick to.
