Mango is also known as Mangifera indica (M1), Mango is one of the most popular of all tropical fruits about 20% of fruits processed for products such as puree, nectar, leather, pickles, and canned slices, among others, which have worldwide popularity (Loeillet, 1994). During the processing of mango, the peel is a major byproduct. As peel is not currently utilized for any commercial purpose, it is discarded as waste, and 100% becomes a source of pollution. Mango peels, which are frequently thrown away as waste, contain natural polymers like pectin and cellulose that can be used as biodegradable STEM-TVL packaging materials. This study evaluates the possibility of using leftover mango peel to create environmentally friendly packaging films as an alternative to plastic packaging. In particular, the study evaluates the mango peel packaging film's durability, effectiveness in food packaging, and appearance. The researcher gathers 10 evaluators from all over the BNAHS School Canteen. Using an observational checklist, prioritizing evaluators who have an interest in manufacturing, consuming, and using bioplastics. Furthermore, the study is an example of a quasi-experimental design since the purpose of a quasi-experimental design is to investigate cause-and-effect relationships between variables in real-world settings (Appinio, 2025) that uses the purposive sampling technique. The data gathered will be statistically analyzed using summation, percentage, and overall mean. The result showed that there are many obvious flaws in the mango peel packaging film, while there were a few differences in thickness and flexibility. Despite being lightweight and manageable, the time's capacity to securely wrap food received a neutral rating, indicating that strength and flexibility need to be improved. Because it left no residue on food products, the packaging film did an excellent job of keeping items clear.
