Blue Star, Dragon Country, in a house in a quiet city.

Inside what looked like an abandoned warehouse, faint sunlight leaked through the cracks in the roof.

On top of an old wooden box rested a small handheld device-Black's gaming machine.

He picked it up carefully, pressing the button on the side with practiced ease.

The screen lit up, a flicker of static, and then a glowing five-pointed star slid down the display.

Suddenly

Got! ! ! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Dong-dong-dah! Dang~! Boom! Boom! Boom!

...

That nostalgic music poured out, the same melody that had once echoed in childhood bedrooms across Kanto. Two figures clashed fiercely on the screen one was a tall black shadow resembling Mewtwo, its tail whipping behind it, while the other was a purple-limbed monster that struck with claws like Gengar. Their collision sent sparks across the digital field.

At last, white letters appeared across the darkened screen:

You are about to step into this magical world and embark on a great adventure where you will be the protagonist.

Sometimes, you will be challenged by humans known as Trainers, or confronted by wild creatures called Pokémon. You must be brave enough to continue forward.

Ding!

The world suddenly darkened.

...

...

Pokémon World, Kanto Region. Pallet Town.

At the very edge of the town, in a small two-story house with a red-tiled roof...

...

"Ugh... my head..."

On the bed of the upstairs bedroom, a boy suddenly sat upright, clutching his temples with a painful expression. His chest rose and fell quickly, sweat dripping down his forehead.

For a moment

"Was that... a nightmare?"

His breathing slowed as he shook his head, the pain beginning to fade. Images of Mewtwo and Gengar clashing in an endless void flickered across his mind before vanishing like smoke.

As his eyes adjusted to the morning light, he noticed the posters on the wall beside the bed, along with the plush doll that had fallen to the floor when he jolted awake.

"Charizard... Venusaur... Blastoise... and... Pikachu!"

The names escaped his lips instinctively. They weren't just random decorations he knew them. He recognized them.

Pokémon.

Yes Pokémon!

His hands trembled as he picked up the Pikachu plush from the floor.

"Boo~boo~~"

A faint cry drifted from outside the window.

The boy froze, his heartbeat quickening.

That was no dream.

That was real.

At this moment, a few familiar birdsong sounded outside the window. Several small brown birds flapped their wings in groups and passed by the boy's view.

"Is that… Pidgey???"

The young man immediately got off the bed, rushing toward the window. He leaned forward to confirm the species of the tiny birds fluttering past. But just as he was about to focus on the flock outside, his movements froze.

What caught his attention wasn't the Pidgey anymore, but the reflection staring back at him in the glass

Scarlet red eyes!!

"Welcome to the world of Pokémon. My name is Oak. I am a researcher who studies Pokémon. But you may call me Professor Oak…"

"Bui~!"

With a soft cry, a flash of red light burst from a Poké Ball, materializing into a small brown creature. It stood on four legs like a fox, with most of its fur a rich brown color. Around its neck and along its large fluffy tail was a collar of creamy fur, as soft as cotton. Its small body had short legs ending in three-toed paws with pink pads, a tiny black nose at the end of its muzzle, and round brown eyes that sparkled with curiosity.

"This little one is called Eevee," Professor Oak continued. "I'm sure many of you already know of it. Despite its simple appearance, Eevee is known as the Evolution Pokémon, because its unstable genetic structure allows it to evolve into many different forms."

"Yes, surprising as it may be, this is what we call a Pokémon."

"All around this world, Pokémon live side by side with humans. Some people keep them as companions. Others raise them with love and care. Many battle alongside them and form bonds of trust, while others dedicate themselves to Pokémon research, medicine, or breeding."

"For example, the most well-known profession is that of a Pokémon Trainer, who travels the world raising Pokémon and testing their skills in battle. There are also Breeders who specialize in raising Pokémon with care, or Coordinators, Rangers, Doctors, and countless others…"

"Still, though our world is filled with different regions and thousands of species of Pokémon, humans know only a fraction of their true nature. Their mysteries remain vast, their origins largely unknown… and so, I have dedicated my life to uncovering the truth behind them."

"That is my dream and my greatest wish!"

As always, after the Professor's familiar opening remarks, the usual introduction to starter Pokémon followed. This time, it was the three classic choices from the Kanto Region: Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander, their images flashing across the screen in turn.

At that same moment, in a modest two-story house at the edge of Pallet Town

"…."

A boy sat silently, hand resting against his neck, his scarlet eyes fixed on the television where Professor Oak was giving his broadcast. His face was calm, yet those crimson irises glowed with an unusual intensity.

This boy's name was Chihong.

Yes Red. The Red you're thinking of.

The legendary Trainer of the Pokémon world.

The first protagonist of the Pokémon games.

The original representative of the players.

The battle-hardened fighter, known in some circles as "Chi Ye."

But this Red… was not quite the same. Or rather, he was both. One soul from a planet called Blue Star, the other from this very world's Pallet Town. Two identities, two lives merged into one.

Thus was born this Red.

It had been fifteen years since his birth—no, sixteen now.

Though the fusion of memories and consciousness had once thrown him into panic, his naturally cool-headed personality and strong adaptability had allowed him to accept the truth. After all, this was the Pokémon world he had always longed for. And now, he was not just a spectator he had become its protagonist.

Yes, there had been surprises. But instead of resisting, he embraced it. Quietly, firmly.

He would live in this world.

He would climb higher than anyone else.

He would become the Red who stood above all Trainers.

................................

PS: Red will serve as the protagonist his journey will trace the path of the original Pokémon Adventures, the games, and the anime, blending together into a world where canon and legend converge. After conquering Kanto, he will travel across regions, challenging Champions, crossing paths with the new protagonists, and finally becoming the ultimate figure, the insurmountable wall with burning scarlet eyes that every new hero must one day face.

(Imagine training hard, scaling your own mountain, only to find Red already waiting at the summit… smiling, his crimson eyes daring you to battle.)

This story will include references from the games, the Special manga, the anime, and even memorial works melding different settings and arcs into one saga.

Finally, all books need support. As long as the ratings remain strong enough to keep me fed, I'll keep writing!
