Alessia
I reached home from the bar and then I went to my room to sleep, I checked on Mandy first it seems like she was busy watching her series, she was always watching series on her laptop, sometimes Aunty Gini would say "You are no longer focusing on your studies. At your age, why are you into movies that much"
I sat on the bed and started thinking about the last day I slept with Ethan, we always sleep together all the time, so which was the day I made a mistake of not drinking morning after pill? As I was busy thinking, trying to figure it out. My bedroom door got opened and Mandy stepped in with a tray of food and said
"Where were you? Don't tell me you went to sell your body, so that we can cover my mother's treatment bills?"
"Well um... I"
"Oh I see... Alessia you don't have to do that ok? Selling your body isn't right. Let's find another way for us to earn money. If it's possible I can go and work for Mr Ethan as a maid"
"No no no" I cut her "you're not going there. Let's leave Ethan alone. It's better to work for David"
"David? Who is David?" She asked, patiently waiting to hear who was the person, I looked at her and said
"It's.. it's Ethan's brother. He is rich as well but I have no choice. He offered me two jobs, working as a nanny for his daughter and also pretending to be his wife. I think I should go back to the bar and say yes to the offer" I whispered. Mandy walked closer and sat on the bed beside me and asked
"Why did you reject that offer in the first place? Please if you have his number call him, I'll go there and work as a maid, and you'll be both the nanny of his daughter and his wife"
"Mandy what about your studies? Your mother made me grow, she paid for my school fees so I want to do the s...." Before I finished speaking I felt like I wanted to vomit the food that Mandy had brought smelled really bad, I held my mouth and ran to the toilet where I vomited, as I was vomiting I placed my hand on my tummy and felt like something was walking inside me! No no! That wasn't a baby? So if it's a child, how many moths does it have because if it can be heard walking and kicking it means it's grown up.
"Alessia are you okay?" Mandy asked. I wiped my mouth and washed my hands and said
"Yeah I'm fine, do me a favor, remove your tray where you put the food in my room"
"Hey Alessia, but it's your favorite food? You love rice and stewed beef, since when did you start vomiting whenever we make your favorite?"
"I said remove it please"
"Ok but remember I did it with love, I saw you were stressed about my mother's health so I had to make you your favorite to relax your mood. But if you insist no problem"
"Thank you, please take it away"
"Are you pregnant with Ethan's child?"
"It's none of your business. I'm not pregnant ok. I am not pregnant, This can not happen to me, especially when the father of the child is that monster Ethan"
"Alessia don't cry.. what if you're really pregnant? What if Ethan is really the father of the baby?"
"Well in that case, I'll get rid of the baby as soon as possible, I don't have the stomach to carry the children of the rich"
"It's okay ..calm down. Tomorrow we'll go to the hospital ok. If you are pregnant don't get rid of it, Give birth then take her to the orphanage"
"No, if Ethan finds out I'm pregnant, he'll come and get me. So I don't want to keep it, at the same time I can't be Ethan's slave because of this child"
I shouted then quickly closed my door and got into the blankets, within time my phone started ringing....

After reading Alessia's diary I felt my knees weaken, I hated myself for judging her without knowing her reasons, at the same time I hated Ethan for playing with her feelings. I still couldn't believe that Ethan left her at the wedding, I got confused if Sieena knew all of this... What hurt me the most was a message Ethan had written for Alessia on the wedding day, everything was written in her diary, it seems like she was into her diary that much, because everything that happens she'll write it down, even how I met her, she already wrote it. Her whole life, the death of her parents, the illness of Aunty Gini, the search for money as a prostitute was written. My whole life I had never cried for a woman, even for my passed away wife. But for Alessia I did. I thought of calling Ethan and telling him why he was so heartless, I thought of leaving Sienna a message asking her if she was aware that Ethan wanted to get married here, but at the same time I couldn't because I wanted Alessia to be safe, if it came to Sienna she could send people to hurt Ale, so I didn't want that to happen...
I left the bar then headed to Alessia's place, within time I had reached the gate and started calling her, the first call got ignored and she answered the second one
📱.. Alessia are you home? Can I see you? Am I at the gate?
"What do you want David Maynard? Why can't rich people leave me alone?"
📱... Oh I'm sorry I just want to return the diary?" I said and she disconnected the call, within time she opened the door and rushed to the gate, she opened and asked
"Did you read my diary? Did you open it?" She asked.
"No I never read ok. Trust me?"
"Don't lie to me, you didn't read right?" She asked again. It seems like she was very insecure about the stuff that was inside her journal.
"I never read" I lied
"Fine can I now have it. And I'm so sorry for the way I talked to you, look a lot is going on. Well I agree with the jo..." before she finished talking, a little girl approached, She looked at me and whispered
"He is rich, but I think he is different from Eth..."
"Shut up" Alessia stopped her
"Sorry, by the way I am Mandy, Alessia's beautiful niece. You must be David, Alessia's song?" She said. Then Ale interrupted
"What do you mean Mandy?"
"I mean, don't you always sing about David? Seems like you already found peace in his adorable eyes and name"
"Will you stop it, David don't listen to her. She is lying. I have zero percent interest in rich people like you"
Alessia said, then I laughed and said
"Alright enough guys.. anyway I just came to return this diary and to give you something. Take my card and buy whatever you want, the expenses you have" I said while handing my card to Alessia but she refused, Mandy then ran to grab the card and said
"Thank you, you're so kind. We are going to use this money for mother's treatment, Gini. But not for free, after she recovers, Alessia and I will come to your place and work. Is that a deal?" Seems like Mandy girl was too clever, no wonder at her young age she wanted to work which job exactly?.
I looked at Alessia and pretended to be unaware and said
"Your Aunty is in the hospital?" She looked at me back and said
"I was gonna tell you... Anyway have a great night" she whispered. I waved my hands on them, was surprised to see Mandy in my arms, thanking me for the card. I hugged her back and got in the car and headed back.....
Alessia
"Mandy what the hell was that? Why did you accept the card? Are you kidding me? Are you really ok?"
"Alessia we need this money for my mother's treatment ok. Maybe there is no need for holy action"
"Oh really? I don't want to use that card. It was given to you, do what you want with it"
"Alessia are you mad at me now?"
"Yes I am mad?? I am pissed and angry just leave me alone. Despite that you can't teach your mouth to be quiet. You almost told him about Ethan? Young do you even know how big the scene you caused tonight???"
"Okay I'm sorry"
"Keep that sorry, just leave me alone"
"Ok I'll leave you alone but I'm sorry"
Sienna
"Ethan? Ethan? Wake up and tell me who the f/ck is this girl you were marrying??? Ethan I said wake up. Don't pretend to be drunk. I know our marriage is fake but it doesn't mean you have to go around and cheat me?"
"Sienna what are you talking about?"
"I'm talking about this girl, look at your phone and go to Phoenix and see the news, Ethan Maynard ran away from his own wedding, leaving the bride behind? What is this Ethan?"
"Baby I'm sorry let me explain"
"No need to explain, it's either you kill that girl or we cancel our marriage deal, I'll take back all your business because the money worked, it's my money. So the choice is all your handsome, kill the girl, or go back to poor life"
