What is a sin? What is a virtue? Is kindness fueled by desire still considered a virtue? In a world of magic, those are omnipresent. Seraphina was an orphan raised by the church. She was taught to embody virtue, and to give without expecting anything in return. She healed the sick, fed the poor, performing countless good deeds. She carried burdens no one else would. But when she was trampled and her values were proven wrong, she began to question everything she had been taught.
