"But that won't be possible because I'll be going on a trip."
Luther looked at him in surprise.
"You just came back, and you're already going on a trip?"
"Yes, I am."
Luther sighed again.
"I was at least hoping we'd have some time to spar."
He looked Nolan up and down.
"And judging by the way you're dressed… could it be today?"
"Yes."
Nolan nodded.
Luther sighed once more.
"But it looks like there's no chance for us to spar."
He turned toward the door.
"I'll take my leave, then, before those ladies use nothing but their eyes to burn me to ashes."
None of the three laughed.
Luther simply waved at Nolan before walking out.
Nolan slowly closed the door behind him and returned to his seat.
Celia, Linda, and Lyra immediately went back to serving him food—shrimp, chicken, meat, and everything else they had prepared.
Nolan continued eating until he was completely full.
He didn't even drink any water.
Afterward, he looked at the three of them.
