Ginny looked at him and this time calmly questioned him.
"Who are you? And why did you save me?"
Ars smiled, looked her into the eyes and answered mischievously.
"Luke,I am your father!"
Then Ars looked a bit sad that she didn't get the joke, but he already expected it, then he finally looked at her seriously and replied.
"The second time we met, even though the first time was quite rushed, I thought you would remember my voice…"
Ginny looked like she finally connected the dots, and stopped being overly guarded, she smiled sweetly at Ars and bowed her head.
"Thank you for saving me previously, and thank you for saving me now."
Ars smiled back at her, and then added.
"Originally I wanted you to work for me as payment but Dragon and the others helped, by paying in a different way, you don't need to worry about it, and…"
He took the previous confidential contract that her friends signed and gave it to her, and continued.
"You can sign right besides the rest of the signatures, and it's a contract that guarantees the confidentiality of the treatment, or anything connected to it, including this island and myself. In the future if you need something from me, you can come to negotiate, but please be careful of who you trust, if you bring the wrong person you could cause me problems."
She nodded at him and verified the content of the contract, to make sure Ars wasn't deceiving her, once she confirmed it she signed besides the other 4 signatures.
He looked at her and asked curiously.
"Now healthy and free of that mark, what do you intend to do?"
She smiled and happily answered.
"I will keep fighting for what I think it's right!"
Ars smiled back, extended his hand and asked.
"Should we go meet your friends and family?"
She smiled, nodded and gave her hand to Ars, and he teleported them out.
Outside he looked around searching for her group, but they were not here, then he remembered about the clothes, and explained.
"I didn't have any other clothes at hand that I could use freely, that's why i gave you that big cloak, you can purchase some cheap clothes from a seller or two in the city, the material won't be that good since, we went for cheap quantity, instead of quality, but they will do the job…"
Then he paused before joking about the situation again.
"But if you want, I'm not against you going around with just the cloak, maybe you feel lucky."
Before he could continue, she was about to punch him again so he stopped, and remembered her clothes, so he added.
"... your clothes were kinda damaged, so I threw them away, hope that's not a problem."
She calmed down and took a deep breath and answered.
"It's fine there wasn't anything important on them."
She followed behind him for a little bit longer, until she saw her friends and family, at that moment she rushed from his side, and rushed to her daughter, hugged her and broke in tears from happiness.
She quickly hugged them all with a huge smile on her face. Then Ars also reached them, and joked, pointing at Ginny.
"See? Delivered home, with no bites or parts missing, but you should get her a few berries so she could go get extra coverage…"
She blushed with a few veins popping out on her head, looked at them and requested.
"Can you give me a few thousand berries so I can go buy some clothes? He will keep teasing me if I don't get new ones, and I'm almost sure I will end up punching him again…"
They all awkwardly laughed with Bonney as an exception who didn't get what was being said, then Ivankov asked to confirm.
"Is it true, that ALL the marks in your body disappeared??"
Dragon took some money out and gave it to her, while she looked at Ivankov and nodded.
Ars on the other hand, had called a female that was nearby.
"Can you take the pink-haired woman to the clothes store?"
The female bowed respectfully.
"Yes I can, your majesty."
She then looked at Ginny and smiled at Bonney in her arms, and continued.
"You can follow me. "
Ginny was caught by surprise when she heard his title, her face went a bit pale when she realized that she had punched the King of the island. While they were leaving, Ars could hear their conversation.
Ginny asked, still a bit pale.
"Is he a good king?"
The female nodded and answered her with a smile.
"Yes, he is good to us, and he is highly respected by everyone in the island, after all, he is our saviour."
Ginny, even paler now, kept asking.
"Would it be bad if I punched him?? "
The female laughed before answering.
"Did he get mad about it? If he did, you better not tell anyone, but if he didn't, I don't think he minds too much, since he probably provoked you, and from what I heard, he is pretty relaxed in such situations, so you don't need to worry."
Ginny finally relaxed, and then smiled, and followed with a little girl giggling in her arms.
Ars laughed about what he heard in the distance, then looked at the remaining 3 and said, still playing around.
"See? Delivered in one piece, quality guaranteed! I'm hoping for a 5 star review"
Dragon smiled, and answered with his normal serious expression.
"You don't even know how thankful we are. And honestly we can't thank you enough for saving our friend."
The other 2 also nodded and bowed their heads to Ars and said at the same time.
"Thank you!"
Ivankov then asked hopefully.
"You can remove those marks easily??"
Ars didn't need to be a genius to understand what were the marks they were talking about and nodded.
"Yes, it's not too hard for me, but I won't do it left and right. First doing it too much will sooner or later attract the world government attention, second i won't help people who i'm not sure if they are spies or not, even if there is only a 0.1% chance, i wont risk it, at least for now, maybe when i'm stronger i could help but until then i wont even attempt to. I helped her because I was 100% sure she wasn't one. So yeah i could help people like you and kuma, for cheap prices, since im also sure you are not spies and you guys already signed a contract that forces you to never reveal anything about me, or anyone and anything connected to me, but i would also like to get something out of helping you guys."
Ars then commented.
"When you come back in the future with the blood samples, if you remember something you can give or change for it, I will happily help."
They all nodded, and then Dragon remembered something and asked about it.
"What do you guys sell, or create on this island that we can buy here?"
Ars thought about it then replied.
"Well, for now not much… But in the future, we will at least sell medical supplies and probably ships. You see, we have a medical akuma no mi reserved for our head medical expert, but I don't want her to consume it for now, since she is pregnant. We also have a few good shipwrights, so once the kingdom stabilises, we start getting wood and a few more products we can start producing ships. But it will still take a few more months at the very least and most likely one or 2 years, since the kingdom is still very new. For other products I still don't know, we are still exploring the island."
Dragon nodded, and considered the possibilities for the future.
While they talked a bit longer about random stuff, while waiting for Ginny to return, the moment she did, the revolutionary group started leaving with the promise of coming back in the future.
Ars waved goodbye to them along with Fierzy and Rook. Rook because he wanted to talk about some information he got from one of the refuges with Ars. Fierzy was here but not by her will, she got forced by Lily to come, because Lily had become good friends with Bonney since they were roughly the same age and played together quite a bit while Bonney was here, so she came to say goodbye.
Ars laughed at Fierzy's unwilling face and said to her.
"You don't need to worry about it for today, since you kinda behaved, and did your task of training, you get the rest of the day with Lily… But don't make me regret my decision!"
Rook laughed at their interaction, while Fierzy left with a smile on her face and Lily on her arms as fast as she could.
Ars shook his head at that, he knew she was rushing because she was afraid he would change ideas. He then looked at Rook with an inquisitive face, he was curious about why Rook had come to seek him.
He started going back to his house with Rook following him closely, and while walking they started talking.
Ars started with a question.
"You seem quite eager to speak with me, did something happen on the trip that you forgot about before??"
Rook shook his head and explained.
"No, the reason I'm a little bit excited is, the fact I got some nice info about a few extra refuges…"
Ars looked at him quite surprised, he didn't expect information about refugees to come knocking on his door from a different source, so he asked.
"Where?"
Rook smiled, about the now also eager Ars and replied.
"One of the refugees that came has a family member in a kingdom about 4 days away, where a huge rebellion caused by a noble, who was unhappy with the corrupt king is happening, the rebelling noble was losing and got defeated and will be killed soon."
Rook then paused for a few seconds and continued after seeing Ars unhappy face.
"This refugee was hoping we could lend a helping hand, not in the fight but rescuing the surviving members of the rebelling side that will be transported to be sold as slaves."
Ars was split, he would like to help, but right now there were a lot people that just arrived, and he was still dealing with stabilizing the place, since more people also meant more needs, not just work and housing, but more importantly they needed a stable supply of food, until now they had gotten lucky, and still had enough food for a good while, but if a large amount of people arrived, it would make the food disappear even faster. There were quite a few people that were picking agriculture and had started farming, but it would still take a while until they managed to actually produce food. So they needed to rely on the food reserves and the food by hunters and fishermen, or they would need to purchase from outside.
Ars was inclined to decline, but then Rook added.
"The amount of people this time is not that high, but each individual might be helpful. On the way here I heard there was a world government ship , when we stopped on an island to restock on provisions, the ship is going to this kingdom to pick up the few surviving rebels and their families. I heard they are about 40 people, but most importantly, it is their professions. Before I came to meet you I was talking with my mother, and she complained about not having certain professionals, and while not everyone will have a profession, there is a good chance that there are a few with some."
Ars nodded, and agreed, they would need to catch the world government ship at the sea by surprise, they could try, but Ars needed to elaborate a plan. He looked at Rook and said.
"I need to think about it…"
