They talked about random stuff, and relaxed a bit more while watching the children play. After a few hours the guests went back to their ship to sleep, Ars did invite them to sleep in an inn on the island but they refused, and Ars also went back to sleep, but in his house.
During the night, Ars' sleep was interrupted when one of the night time guards approached him to warn him of Rook's return.
"Your majesty, Rook with the 3 ships have returned." Ars nodded and got up, changed his clothes and went to meet Rook.
When they arrived at the docks, Rook was already waiting for them sitting by the docks. He waved at them and pointed at the revolutionary's ship.
"Pirates??"
Ars smiled, shook his head and returned the question before answering him.
"Did the trip go well? And no, they are not pirates but guests. And maybe business partners in the future. The people on the ships are all asleep?"
Rook shook his head and replied calmly.
"The majority, yes, I think it will be better to disembark tomorrow, and who are our guests? "
Ars smiled and returned a question.
"Do you know of the freedom fighters also known as the revolutionary army?"
Rook nodded, then pointed to the ship with wide eyes, started moving them in the direction of the ship then to Ars, and repeated the process a few times, meanwhile Ars just calmly smiled and nodded.
Ars laughed and commented.
"I can see you are a fan!"
Ars then added.
"It's the middle of the night, so let's go back to sleep and tomorrow someone will fill you in, on what we did while you were away, and any change you need to know."
Rook nodded and they both went to sleep.
The following morning, after Ars woke up, he went along with Oak and Rook, to receive the refuges. Leading the refugees, stood the familiar face of the bar woman that received him on his last trip, he smiled at her and commented with light heartedly.
"I hope the trip was at least minimally comfortable."
She smiled back and answered playfully, Ars could see that her face was way more relaxed than before.
"It could be better, we caught a few running mountains of water on the way, and boy did they run fast under the ship."
Then answered seriously.
"It was good, the only problem was the waves caused by a storm that got a bit too close."
Ars then pointed at Oak, and explained.
"This gentleman here, will take you to your new residences, but I should warn you, we currently don't have enough houses for everybody yet, so you might have to share for a while, you can live together with people you are friendly with, that arrived now or on the previous trip."
She nodded, and then greeted Oak, and followed him along with the rest of the refugees.
Dragon saw what happened, approached and said.
"Didn't expect you to be helping refugees."
Ars laughed, and answered joyfully.
"I need people to make my kingdom grow, and they need a fresh start, so I offered a hand, and both sides ended up happy, a win-win situation for everyone, with the exception of the nobles they left behind, but I don't really care about them."
Ars really wanted to see their fate in first person, but that would be a huge waste of time, so instead he accepted the alternative, reading it in the newspaper.
Ars looked at them seriously, and informed them.
"While I was treating that sickness, I found a certain mark she had on her body, I removed it. And she should be recovered by the end of the day. My ability already informed me that a solution was found and it's being implemented."
When they heard the first part of the sentence they showed conflicted expressions, for one side Ars didn't seem to care, on the other, someone seeing that mark on one of them made them deeply uncomfortable, but when they heard the second part, their eyes opened in surprise, that was such a huge blessing in disguise, and the last part of that sentence brought a huge relief to them.
Dragon also caught something that wasn't said but was implied, so he questioned Ars.
"You undressed her??"
Ars nodded and replied calmly.
"Yup… Completely naked. I didn't have the time to do things the slow way, i mean if you had arrived a few hours later, it would be impossible to save her even for me."
They didn't really disagree, because they knew… They had always thought that someone was deceiving her, and there wouldn't be anything here, so before coming here they tried everything else they could, and had only come, clinging on a slight hope that there would be someone here that could actually save her.
They all nodded knowingly.
Kuma and Ivankov were now thinking of asking for their marks to also be removed, but didn't know how to bring it up, furthermore they did not know what they could offer in exchange for the removal.
Since everything was done, Ars went to train while waiting for Ginny to recover, while he was training, he was thinking of a new way to train, inspired by Rayleigh and Garp, the new method, involved swimming around the entire island while dragging a ship tied to him, then the normal technics training, followed by the weapons training and finally sparing. After thinking about it, he decided to start trying to complete this training from tomorrow onwards.
Ars had invited his guests to train with him, and while they didn't think the training Ars and the soldiers were doing would be helpful for them, especially the body training ones, they still accepted.
In the middle of it, Ars remembered someone he needed for the city, the architect. He looked at his guests and asked hopeful.
"Do you guys happen to know any location with architects that would be willing to move here, for any possible reason?"
They were curious, but even with no explanation, they quickly understood why, but they didn't know of anyone, and if they knew they couldn't remember them, so they all shook their heads.
They kept training for a while longer. Then they went to lunch, and while doing so Ars got interrupted by a loud warning on his head.
He realized what that warning was and teleported himself to his laboratory, in there the computer, now displayed Ginny's data with no health problems, she was still unconscious due to the heavy amount of fluids that were injected into her to save her. The computer informed him that it would take another 15 minutes to a half hour for her to properly wake up.
While he waited, he went to check the samples that he got from the revolutionary group. Dragon earlier today had asked the men in the ship to provide a drop of blood, they didn't understand why, but it wouldn't harm them, so they didn't care to much, when he checked all the samples, with the exception of the 3 akuma no mi users, from whom the samples were already inserted previously, nothing unusual appeared, the time had been reduced from what he expected, now all together they would only take between a month and two, he thought about it and realized why.
While all akuma no mi were different they had common traits, and the machine identified them and removed them from the examination.
Ars thought.
'A while ago, when I checked Lily's sample results I was so disappointed, the computer informed me that the ability I might get wasn't exactly compatible with my gender, so introducing it could cause unexplained effects'.
Apparently the akuma no mi was better fitted for a female, and while he could use it, it wouldn't be free of repercussions, so he decided to not use it on himself. But now he had 3 samples with akuma no mi that could be used by him, he was very excited about it.
He remembered that the other computer could change people's appearance and started searching for the equivalent on this one, so he could use it to change anything he wanted to change…. for example he could change his hair color from pure black to any other color he wished if he could.
After a while of searching he didn't find anything related to it, so he started wondering if he could use the other tube, but only if he gave access to the computers to someone he trusted… Before he only allowed Fierzy to enter, but she did not have permission to use the machines on others, and only Ars could use it on her and others, so he was now wondering if it would be possible to give her permission to use that computer and if he could, would she be able to change things he would like to change at the time.
While he wondered, time passed and Ginny started to wake up.
At first she was still half asleep, so she didn't pay attention to where she was. But after a little bit more time she started looking around, and the more she did, the more panicked she was. She didn't remember coming here, she only remembered fainting in a completely different place.
Now, she was naked in a tank that looked like a gigantic water pipe. She looked at Ars with hostility, she didn't recognize him, after all the last time they met he was wearing a cloak, and now he was looking at her naked body, like she was some sort of achievement.
She tried to rush to the walls of the tube, to see if she could break it, Ars at first thought of stopping her, but then he was also curious to see what would happen. So he decided to let her try, but before she could reach it an electric current was applied and she got paralyzed.
Ars lightly commented.
"So that's what happens…"
Ars went to the computer and clicked on the button to let her out. She was already close to completely recovering from the short paralysis, and was preparing herself to try again, when the liquid around her started draining from the tube.
Ginny was looking at Ars suspiciously, she knew when all the liquid left the place she would have an easier time escaping, and there was no way this person looking at her happily didn't know that. She tried to calm herself, and started looking around again, she saw things she didn't recognize, and finally she realized something, the marking on the body caused by the sickness were gone, and when she looked at the location of her slave marking she froze, it was gone, not just lightly gone, it was completely gone, even the skin didn't show any signs of it ever being there, she suddenly felt elated, not only she was healed but she also got her mark removed.
When all the liquid was drained, the tube opened, and Ars gave her a cloak, she looked at him strangely, and he made a joke about the situation.
"You don't need to put the cloak on… I mean, you look pretty good without it, and I can check my work properly, so it's a win-win for me!"
Just as he finished speaking, she punched him lightly and took the cloak, then returned the joke.
"Don't know who you are, but thank you for your help. But couldn't you get me more clothes? I mean, it covers everything but I don't intend on becoming an exhibitionist, and I feel like a single gust of wind could make me one pretty easily with such a loose cloak."
Ars laughed and rubbed his face. He looked at her and commented.
"Congratulations!! You are healed! But the light punch was unnecessary…"
