Chapter 127: A Pleasure to Meet You, Marine Admiral!
"Ice Block: Partisan!"

Louis looked up at Aokiji, who had already closed to within a hundred meters, tightened his grip on the hilt of the Seven Star Sword, and a scarlet light flashed in his eyes. The next moment, black and red arcs of electricity crackled and flashed on the sharp blade. A fierce hurricane rose out of thin air around him, causing the storm to momentarily falter.
