Chapter 135: Naruto Concludes

"What? Merging villages?"

"Impossible!"

"Your Hidden Leaf Village is too ambitious."

Chiyo, the representative of the Hidden Sand Village, the Fourth Raikage from the Hidden Cloud Village, and Onoki of the Hidden Stone Village all exclaimed in disbelief.

However, the newly appointed Fifth Mizukage, Terumi Mei, and Nagato of the Rain Ninja Village remained silent. Their reactions did not go unnoticed by the others.

"Fifth Mizukage, why aren't you speaking?" the short-tempered Raikage asked.

"I support the merging of villages," Terumi Mei replied, shrugging her shoulders and leaning back in her chair.

"What? You, how could you…" Chiyo stammered.

"Haha, nothing is impossible. This is simply the most logical choice," Terumi Mei said dismissively.

She hadn't made this choice lightly. Terumi Mei was no fool; she had witnessed what the Hidden Leaf had become under George's guidance.

During her repeated visits to the Land of Fire over the past year, she'd seen shinobi who moved with inhuman speed, coordinated with invisible signals, and struck harder than elite jonin.

Their infrastructure was incomprehensible to traditional villages, featuring training facilities that resembled science labs, underground power conduits, and streets illuminated at night by clean energy.

She had once sparred with a Leaf Genin. She hadn't landed a single blow.

She understood what the others refused to admit: resistance was no longer an option. Konoha was no longer just a village; it was a civilisation.

"You…" Onoki asked with a serious expression, "Lady Hokage, are you sure you're not joking?"

"Of course not. I don't need to elaborate on the current economic situation of your respective countries, do I? If the Land of Fire were to cut off your supplies now, how long could your countries endure?" Tsunade said, scanning everyone present.

Her tone was calm. Almost too calm. It wasn't a threat; it was a forecast.

"You're trying to start a war!" the Raikage shouted, slamming his hand on the table.

The table rattled, and for a brief moment, chakra stirred in the air. A few aides stepped back unconsciously.

"War? You overestimate your strength. If it came to a fight, could you last even three months?" Tsunade retorted firmly.

"You…" The Raikage's veins bulged, ready to explode at any moment.

At that moment, a hand landed on the Raikage's shoulder. The room froze.

The air bent.

A low vibration, like the hum of a tuning fork in one's bones, pulsed through the floor. A flicker. Then silence. The kind of silence that swallows all breath.

"Raikage sama, you're still as irritable as ever. You may voice your opinions, but please refrain from banging on the table. We are all people of standing, are we not?"

Before anyone had even noticed, George was there.

He hadn't walked in. He hadn't opened a door. One moment, the head seat was empty. Next, he was lowering himself into it, Tsunade having already stepped aside with a calm nod.

"Daimyo-sama!"

"Daimyo-sama!" x6

Everyone stood up and bowed slightly upon seeing the Daimyo of Fire. In terms of rank, the leaders of the major ninja villages were all subordinate to the Daimyo, so it was customary for them to show respect, even though they were not from the same country.

Behind Onoki, one of his aides gripped the edge of his scroll with trembling fingers. Another scribbled silently, trying not to draw breath too loudly. Even the chakra in the room stilled.

George's gaze swept the room once. No anger. No cruelty. Just absolute certainty.

"I've placed the scrolls containing the ninja village merger plan in each of your pockets," George said.

None of them had noticed him do it. "You can review them and offer any opinions. If anyone believes they can shape the future through strength, you are welcome to challenge me. If you insist on starting a war, that option is also available. If that's the case, walk out of this room."

He reclined slightly, fingers laced, voice calm.

This was no boast.

This was the language of someone who had already won.

A force that had never been seen or heard in history had emerged, not through conquest, but through inevitability. George was no longer offering unity; instead, he was setting terms for it.

The room remained silent until someone whispered:

"Space-Time Ninjutsu!?" x3

George also vigorously promoted advancements in technology and industrial development. The previously hidden Ancor Vantian Fortress of the Land of Sky was launched back into the sky by George, utilising nuclear propulsion systems of his own design.

It now hovered above the imperial capital, casting a silent and permanent shadow, a divine symbol of vigilance and a warning to all.

With political unification complete, George turned his attention to technological advancement and celestial security, marking the beginning of the next phase of his imperial vision.

After being thoroughly psychologically, memory-altering, and brainwashing, Sasori was reassigned to lead a division focused on mechanical advancement, leveraging the Hidden Sand Village's deep-rooted expertise in puppetry and prosthetics.

His mechanical genius now served the Empire's industrial ambitions.

To ensure no future calamity would arise from celestial bloodlines, George ascended to the moon in a solitary campaign and wiped out the last remnants of the Otsutsuki clan before they could even sense their doom.

Though George believed his rule had brought order and prosperity, he knew ambition could never be extinguished, only redirected.

The common folk, granted safety and stability, had no appetite for rebellion. But among dispossessed nobles and rogue shinobi, bitter resentment festered.

George made no move to crush this shadow entirely; he understood that even peace required contrast to be appreciated. Darkness, after all, gives shape to light.

Among the rarest fruits of conquest was the Tenseigan, an ocular evolution formed by merging Otsutsuki chakra with the Byakugan.

Through careful experimentation, George recreated the fusion process. Two Hyuga brothers gave their lives in the attempt, having naively tried to spy on Hiruzen Sarutobi under George's watch.

Their deaths sealed the secret, and the eyes.

Faced with the legendary power of both the Rinnegan and Tenseigan, George found himself hesitating. Although different in origin, each represented the pinnacle of ocular power in this world, a dilemma of abundance, not lack.

He examined the pile of village techniques one by one. Though individually powerful, most added little to George's arsenal.

Only Dust Release and Lightning Armour stood out, but even these paled before the tools and techniques George had brought from other realms.

Turning to the nine sealed orbs containing the Tailed Beasts, George briefly considered absorbing their chakra.

But he set them down again with a sigh; these ancient creatures, extracted cleanly from their hosts without causing harm, could wait. For now, they were trophies, not tools.

George then faced a true gamble: the Kamui Dimension. What he intended to attempt was uncharted; if it failed, he would lose access to the dimension entirely.

But if it succeeded, he could extend the boundaries of Chaos Space itself, a feat no being had ever achieved.

In a fortified sanctuary guarded by clones and isolation barriers, George began. Entering the Kamui Dimension, he positioned the Chaos Pearl above him and synchronised his mind.

Slowly, deliberately, he channelled raw Chaos Energy into the fabric of the dimension, attempting what had never been done in any world.

Bit by bit, the Chaos Energy gnawed at the edges of the Kamui Dimension's barrier. It wasn't fast. It dragged on for nearly three months, a slow grind that wore thin on both space and patience.

By the time only a sliver of Chaos Energy remained, maybe one ten-thousandth of what he started with, the entire spatial boundary had finally collapsed.

But that wasn't the end.

Once his consciousness snapped back into his body, George didn't rest. Instead, he got to work, using what remained of his internal energy to carve out a mental amplification array.

Assimilation was the defining trait of Chaos. And he planned to weaponise it.

His goal was straightforward: to harness the nature of Chaos and consume the Kamui Dimension. If it worked, the spatial laws tied to Kamui would either merge into the Chaos Pearl itself, expanding its limits, or attach as a secondary, bound space.

Either result would be a win, but success wasn't guaranteed. It came down to the next step.

George guided his physical body back to the underground chamber. Once inside, he slipped his spiritual form into the Chaos Pearl and carefully positioned it over the mental array.

Then, without hesitation, he pulled the Kamui Dimension inward, dragging it straight into the Chaos Pearl's core.

As soon as the space folded in, he recalled the pearl back to his body. There was no room for error. If the Kamui Dimension shifted or resisted, it could trigger spatial turbulence, a phenomenon that could rip someone apart.

And right now, George wasn't exactly built to survive that kind of chaos. Literally.

The moment the pearl settled back into his body, a wave of exhaustion slammed him like a truck. He barely managed a glance at his surroundings before his consciousness blinked out. Blackout.

Three days passed before he stirred again. The first thing he did was dismiss the Shadow Clone; there was no point in keeping a duplicate around anymore. Then he sank his mind straight into the Chaos Space to check the results.

It worked.

Under his spiritual perception, George sensed another dimension hovering just outside the Chaos Space's inner barrier, foreign, but tethered. He focused on it, and in a flash, his mind entered that second space.

The Kamui Dimension had been successfully absorbed, with no resistance or instability. It now existed inside the Chaos Pearl as an independent domain under his control.

But that wasn't good enough. He didn't just want two spaces. He wanted a single, evolving one.

George guided the Kamui Dimension closer to the existing Chaos Space, slowly and carefully, like handling hot metal. The moment they touched, he felt the reaction.

The Kamui Dimension didn't shatter or resist. It melted, like molten iron hitting wax, dissolving into the Chaos Space without requiring any further input.

From a distance, nothing visible changed. But internally, George could feel it, Kamui shrinking, Chaos expanding. It was like watching water being absorbed into soil. Gradual. Silent. Inevitable.

A day later, it was done.

The new Chaos Space now stretched out to a full kilometre in radius. It was a noticeable improvement. But not everything had improved evenly.

At the centre, roughly 140 meters across, the environment was lush. Green, alive. Plants thrived. But beyond that, everything turned harsh and barren.

The soil hardened, almost calcified, and the energy density dropped off sharply. There was no way anything would grow out there without heavy intervention.

Still, a larger space was progress. It meant more room to store materials. It meant maybe, someday, a spacecraft could fit inside.

And more importantly, it meant one thing: space fusion was possible.

George let out a breath.

The experiment wasn't just a gamble; it was proof. Kamui had been absorbed, and the Chaos Pearl could now evolve.

But not everything survived the transition.

The Sharingan, inherited from Obito, had degraded to a basic two-tomoe version. Kamui was gone, and so was its spatial signature. Whatever uniqueness it had was erased in the fusion.

George examined them for a while, but there was nothing left worth studying. No secrets and no potential. Just old Uchiha eyes stripped of their core.

He burned them without hesitation.

There were better things to focus on now.

Namely, the Rinnegan and the Tenseigan, two pairs of eyes that came from the Chakra Fruit of the God Tree. One symbolised life and divine perception, the other controlled destruction and death.

Both were peak ocular powers. And both had been stabilised using George's extracted chakra.

In theory, they shouldn't conflict. Their core energies were derived from the same tree, even if they represented opposing ends of power. Still, George wasn't the type to rely on theory. He was going to test it on himself.

Fusion, though, that wasn't just a matter of plugging one into the other and calling it a day.

Combining them wasn't as simple as yelling 'Fusion!' and hoping for fireworks; there were layers to consider, bloodline compatibility, chakra resonance, soul tolerance, and George had planned every step.

He'd already gone through one round of this while crafting the Tenseigan, a complex process that involved extracting ocular power from a Byakugan pair, then transferring it into another.

The catch? Both donors needed to be blood relatives, and combined with the Ōtsutsuki clan's bloodline, it would eventually evolve into the Tenseigan.

However, the method George was about to use was much more brutal. It required decomposing one of the eyes into a solution, similar to cell fusion, and injecting it along with its ocular power into the other eye, allowing the two to merge for a complete result.

George prepared the reagents and placed one Rinnegan and one Tenseigan into them, respectively, until they decomposed into a solution.

The extraction of ocular power was relatively simple and could be achieved using the Sealing Technique. This step was frequently utilised during the Tenseigan conversion process, so he was pretty skilled at it.

What George considered ocular power seemed to be a special kind of mental energy. This was evident in the Uchiha clan's awakening method, which required mental stimulation to awaken and upgrade in a step-by-step manner.

Once all preparations were complete, George lay down on the experimental table he had prepared.

Watching the Shadow Clone standing beside the table, he found the experience of performing surgery on himself truly magical.

That said, George couldn't be as formidable as those in the Naruto world who could forcefully dig out their eyeballs.

Additionally, with George's self-healing ability, he worried that the surgery wouldn't be finished before he healed himself, which would be ridiculous.

Therefore, he opted for the safest method. After using energy to sever the pain and nerve signals to the eyes, he placed one eye on each side.

According to the medical knowledge George had learned, an eye transplant was considered a minor surgery.

However, after reconnecting the nerves, the two eyes sent George different sensations. The left Tenseigan produced a warm feeling akin to a hot spring, while the right Rinnegan created a cold sensation; the combination of hot and cold was overwhelming.

As George probed his mental power into his eyes, a wave of alternating heat and cold spread throughout his entire body. The experience was indescribably wonderful.

Nonetheless, transplanting one eye was just the first step. In the second step, George injected the solutions into the corresponding eyes using special injection containers.

The warmth escalated to scorching heat, while the coldness intensified to cold. Despite the pain, George was able to endure it.

George thought it would end there, but unexpectedly, after his mind connected with both eyes, the two types of ocular powers began to merge.

Chaos Energy automatically circulated, filling both eyeballs. The scorching heat and cold vanished, replaced by an inexplicable shiver that arose from the deepest part of his soul.

At the same time, George felt his eyes undergoing an unprecedented and incredible transformation.

They began to blend seamlessly with his cells, making George feel as if they were his original eyes. After some time, George slowly opened his eyes, and the world before him had changed.

Everything was so vivid; every object seemed to have strands of silk woven into a vast spiderweb that continuously spread with his gaze.

The moment George observed these lines, he realised it was gravity. The expansive web reflected anything with mass that could affect gravity before his eyes.

George sat up and looked at the surgical instruments on the experimental table. With just a thought, all the instruments floated into the air, changing direction effortlessly with his mind. Both the Tenseigan and the Rinnegan allowed him to control gravity and repulsion.

Several days later, a vast lake appeared in the middle of a boundless desert. This was the result of George's persistent efforts to familiarise himself with his eyes, even as he struggled to control their power.

Firstly, regarding their appearance: the colour of George's eyes, while close to the grey of the Rinnegan, was deeper and more akin to black than ordinary grey.

When one looked into them, it felt as if there were an endless abyss within, drawing people in involuntarily.

Now, concerning the abilities, George possessed all the basic skills of both the Rinnegan and the Tenseigan, but the abilities evolved after they merged.

The first ability was the manipulation of gravity and repulsion. As an inherent power of both eyes, this ability was significantly strengthened in George.

He could control any object or energy with mass instinctively and without delay.

The second ability was energy absorption. Originally, the Rinnegan's Preta Path ability was modified by Chaos Energy, allowing George to absorb any energy, not just Chakra.

This function was similar to the Black King's ability in X-Men; however, while the Black King required physical contact, George used an ability barrier for absorption.

In one of his experiments, George directly devoured all nine Tailed Beasts, transforming them into Chaos Energy that replenished his energy, equivalent to at least 50 years of his accumulation.

These eyes also granted George the capability to control puppets that possessed self-awareness wirelessly.

Additionally, he could control the mental will and actions of others within his mental range at any time, extracting information from their minds.

Combined with George's original magic, he could even modify others' memories. While this was somewhat akin to Professor X's mind control, it was a weakened version, as the Professor's immense mental power was something George had yet to acquire.

In addition to these three abilities, George awakened a composite ability known as the Soul Space. This ability merged the spatial control from both eyes with the Naraka Path ability from the Rinnegan's Six Paths.

Crucially, after combining with the Chaos Pearl, an opposing Soul Space appeared on the reverse side of the Chaos Space.

The Soul Space functioned to absorb soul bodies within a 1,000-meter radius of George, allowing them to live normally within it. George believed this was the prototype of the Pure Land.

He could also summon these soul bodies to fight for him. Upon being summoned, they automatically completed Edo Tensei Jutsu; even if killed, they would return to the Soul Space.

George conducted experiments that revealed anyone who signed a loan contract with him would be pulled into the Soul Space, regardless of distance, as long as they were in the same world as George.

If George killed a soul within the Soul Space, it would transform into pure soul energy, leaving behind a small amount of white impurities, likely a physical residue, common in cultivation practices, representing lingering filth or negative essence rejected during soul refinement.

The Soul Space could also gradually grow by absorbing soul energy and impurities.

While all abilities in the Naruto world could exert extraordinary power due to its unique laws, George's experiments indicated that some abilities were entirely ineffective in other worlds.

For example, there's the summoning Jutsu. Once George left the Naruto World and returned to the Marvel Universe, neither the Rinnegan's Animal Path nor the summoning of giant stone statues worked.

Unless George prepared the relevant items in the Chaos Space, he couldn't summon them.

This limitation also applied to the Infinite Tsukuyomi. After experimenting, George discovered that it could only be used with reflective objects within a 1,000-meter radius.

The specific power of other skills primarily depended on the amount of energy George invested.

He realised he could not destroy the moon at will. This might be due to the influence of different laws, but George was still quite satisfied with the numerous gains he had achieved.

Of course, these eyes offered him much more than just these changes; they indicated that George needed to continue exploring.

However, for the time being, he felt he had exhausted the potential benefits of the Naruto World. In the future, George planned to utilise the Naruto World as a logistics base to provide the Ancient Star in the Marvel Universe with necessary resources.

As long as George was there, he wouldn't worry about any villains. Even if the Ōtsutsuki clan were to return in the future, he would remain unconcerned; this confidence stemmed from his strength.
