In the world of Memories of the Nameless, there are 8 main continents on the planet of Elarion:
1. CONTINENT OF VARELIRIA
This is the human continent and where the MC Aethon is from. At its center it has the Nation of Varia, and has 2 main cities that surround it,which are RUTABIAGA to the left, and LANCIERA to the right. Then there is a town that was created by a group of merchants who proposed the idea of handling all the illegal activities in one area instead of it been spread across the entire continent while been overseen by a man named Vaerion. The city that was created to house these activities is RIVIRIA.
RIVIRIA specailises in drugs, human slaves, creatures from other continents, and illegal activities that are condoned by Varia so long as it doesn't cause any problems. The other 2 cities will be discussed at a much later time in the story. The human slaves are people who were killers, burglars, and other people who committed criminal acts. Has a way for making amends, they are treated like slaves and used as laborers in harsh conditions.
The capital is ruled by a 45 year old man called VAELITH NIVHAR, who is the sovereign of House Glacien. His alias is the Frostbound king. He is a cold strategist and a merciless survivor who succeeded the role of ruling over the nation when his siblings killed their father and each other. He and along with 6 other houses rule over VALERIA and try to keep peace and order with the other nations who view humans as been power hungry.
The 6 houses that help him maintain order are:
HOUSE ZEPHYRON.
This house is run by Aurex Zephyron. His alias is The Sky Sovereign. He is 38 years old. He is a person who is considered very brilliant and inspirational. His abilities allow him to control high altitudes of gasses and pressure storms. He can also create vacuum zones and summon something calledSKYFIRE which is ionized lightning.
He created a weapon called cyclomind that helps him to generate atmospheric pressure. It's shape is that of a club.
HOUSE PHYRRHEOS.
This house is run by a 51 year old man called Varkhan Phyrrheos. His alias is The Scorched Warden. He Is a brutal and proud man who lives for conquest and glory. He views slavery as the weakest of people submitting to the strong and that it's there own fault for not trying to break free or be more by improving whatever skills they have to climb the socail ladder and be free. His abilities are to manipulate internal body temperature and external heat, and ignite a person's rage within them and make them loose sense of themselves and people around them. By doing this he can control them to do as he says for a short period of time before they collapse due to this ability making the person drain their mana very fast. He uses a sword that he infuses fire into.
HOUSE THALASOR
The sovereign of this house is Nymeria Thalasor. She is 60 years old but appears 45 years old. She is a women that is wise and manipulative. She can control and manipulate water and has the abilities to freeze or reverse time in water bound spaces. Her weapon is that of a spear that she uses as a walking stick. She can morph it's appearance. It is called Mareth'Nel. It allows her to control and bend water to her will and use the air around her to create water. She can also give the water created by it life and shape.
HOUSE MERIDIEN
This house is run by Vaerion Meridien. He is a 39 year old man who stands at 6'6,blonde hair and dark royal blue eyes. His house specailizes in covert missions such as espionage, assassinations, or for infiltration. He is a man who is well liked and people follow him for his leadership skills. He does tend to clash with other nobles from time to time due to his view on slavery been wrong. He is also good friends with IGNEEL and VIRETH. He is a skillful swordsman and he uses mana to strengthen his long sword. He is also skilled at using water and fire type magic. He mainly uses the two elements to draw enemies in and use brute force and his enhanced long sword to fight them. His alias is The Fumeblade.
HOUSE OF PHOENIX
This house is ruled by a 42 year old man called igneel. He is very loud, chooses change instead of living by the same ways of previous generations of rulers that ruled over VARELIRIA. He wishes for slavery to end but knows it won't happen. He was close with Aethons brother who tragically passed away. His abilities include morphing the terrain to his liking by using and controlling magma. He uses specail gauntlets when he fights to help control his magma so it doesn't go out of control. His alias is The Gauntlets of Damnation. People gave him that name because they say he is a beast that escaped form the continent of Damnation.
HOUSE OF LUNARIS
This house is ruled by a man named Vireth Lunaris. He is regarded as a man who is well spoken and highly praised by Vaelith has a genius strategist. Due to the death of his wife and eldest son he has focused all his attention to improving the nation's security, and Healthcare. His ablitiy is gravitational distortion. He does not use it due to the heavy toll it takes on his body. The main ability he uses is blood manipulation which is an ability that only house Lunaris possesses. He uses this ability to create blood weapons to fight if needed.
The 2nd main blood manipulation technique that is only possessed by the bloodline of House Lunaris is called SANGUINAETHER. This form of blood manipulation is very rare. In the past 216 years only Aethon and his brother Kaelith have been known to posses this specail type of ability that has no ties to magic, but is somewhat more tied to mana which is something that is strange since there is no known magic or abilities that are tied to mana. This SANGUINAETHER allows the user to inject their blood into their target and they can control them like a puppet, warping their brain and memories and making them loyal. Now... How? Since blood is in every part of every living organisms body, it interacts with blood borne pathways that interferes directly with the nerve clusters.[SANGUINAETHER WILL BE EXPLAINED IN FULL DETAIL IN A LATER CHAPTER] . Unfortunately since this type of ability is very dangerous, Vireth has told Aethon to keep it to himself and not to use it under any circumstances.
