The skies above Konoha were ablaze. Clouds churned like angry gods, crackling with chakra-infused lightning. The earth trembled beneath the sheer force of colliding powers. Sasuke Uchiha stood amidst the chaos, blood dripping from a gash along his temple, his black cloak torn to shreds. Across from him, Naruto Uzumaki, equally battered, panted heavily. The battlefield around them a crater-ridden no-man's land told the story of a war between brothers, of clashing ideals and broken hearts.

"You're still standing," Sasuke muttered, his voice hoarse but sharp as ever. His Sharingan spun slowly, one eye now permanently etched with the Rinnegan. The power still hummed under his skin, though weak too weak to last.

Naruto gave him a tired grin, sweat dripping down his whisker-marked cheeks. "You thought I'd give up on you? Tch... idiot."

Sasuke's fingers twitched. He summoned what little chakra he had left, letting it surge into his palm. Lightning formed instantly a final Chidori, unstable but deadly. The crackling glow lit up his tired face like a dying star.

Across from him, Naruto mirrored the motion, swirling chakra condensing into a Rasengan. It pulsed with raw energy, a defiant echo of their bond, their rivalry.

No more words were needed.

They launched themselves at each other, a blur of desperation and destiny. The world seemed to pause as the two titans closed the gap. Wind howled. Chakra roared.

And then.

Impact.

The collision ignited the battlefield in a blaze of light. Rocks shattered. Trees vaporized. Even the sky seemed to blink. The energy wave spread for miles, rippling through forests and rivers, blowing away everything in its wake.

When the light faded, silence fell.

Sasuke lay sprawled on the ground. His body felt weightless, distant. There was a burning numbness in his limbs. He tried to move but couldn't. He could barely breathe. His eyes fluttered open briefly only to see a gray sky spinning above.

Is this what it feels like to die?

His thoughts, once sharp as blades, now drifted like autumn leaves.

Faces flashed before him.

His mother, smiling at the dinner table.

His father, nodding solemnly during a training session.

Itachi... standing in the rain, blood on his sword, pain hidden in his eyes.

Kakashi. Sakura. Team 7.

And Naruto. Always Naruto. Always chasing after him. Always pulling him back.

Sasuke blinked. A shadow crawled into his vision.

Naruto.

The blonde knelt beside him, covered in blood and dirt, one arm hanging uselessly. His face was tight with pain, but there was no anger.

Just sorrow.

"Sasuke..." he whispered.

Sasuke coughed. Blood filled his mouth. "You win... dobe."

Naruto shook his head. "It was never about winning."

The corner of Sasuke's mouth twitched upward. A ghost of a smirk.

"I wonder," he rasped, "if things... would've been different... if I'd made better choices."

"You can still change," Naruto said.

Sasuke's vision dimmed. The words barely reached him now.

"No. I think... my path ends here."

Naruto grabbed his hand. "Don't say that!"

But Sasuke was already fading.

His last thought, oddly, wasn't of vengeance. It was regret.

Maybe... in another life...

Darkness descended.

Silence.

Then a flicker.

A pulse of unfamiliar energy.

Sasuke's consciousness, or what remained of it, drifted through a void. He wasn't falling. He wasn't flying. Just... existing.

Then, he heard it.

A voice, neither male nor female. Cold. Mechanical.

System Reboot Complete. Initializing Reincarnation Protocol.

Sasuke wanted to frown. He wanted to ask questions. But he had no mouth. No body.

Status: Soul integrity 74%. Chakra core linked. Bloodline traits synchronized. Memory retention stable.

What is this? he thought.

Welcome, Sasuke Uchiha. You have been selected by the System for dimensional reassignment. New World: Midgard (Earth-199999).

Earth? Midgard? None of these names meant anything to him.

Mission Parameters: Unknown. Survival Probability: Classified.

Sasuke's fragmented mind tried to latch onto something anything familiar. But the system was already moving forward.

Commencing physical regeneration.

Pain brief but searing ripped through the void.

And then...

Light.

Sasuke's eyes snapped open.

He gasped, sitting upright as if from a nightmare. But this wasn't Konoha. This wasn't the afterlife either.

He was lying on a cold, metallic table. Bright lights overhead blinded him. The air smelled sterile, tinged with the faint scent of metal and something... synthetic.

He looked down. His hands his arms were unfamiliar. Sleek. Strong. But still his. Sort of.

He flexed his fingers. Chakra hummed faintly beneath the surface but something else was there too. A second kind of energy. Raw. Alien.

He slid off the table. His feet touched the ground. Cool tile. Machines hummed nearby. Holographic screens flickered in the air.

A mirror across the room showed him his reflection.

His face was the same but sharper. Rejuvenated. His eyes, one Sharingan and one Rinnegan, glowed faintly. A faint pulse of unfamiliar symbols shimmered beneath his skin like circuitry.

Before he could examine further, alarms blared.

The door slid open.

A tall man in a white lab coat stepped in, holding a tablet. His eyes widened.

"Uh... Dr. Banner? You might want to come up here. He's awake."

Sasuke turned to the man slowly. His voice, when he spoke, was cold and clipped.

"Where am I?"

The man backed up. "Please... don't vaporize me. Or melt anything."

Sasuke narrowed his eyes. "Start talking."

Behind the man, another figure appeared slightly hunched, bespectacled, and curious. He looked oddly calm despite the chaos.

"Fascinating," said Bruce Banner.

"Who are you?" Sasuke demanded.

Bruce adjusted his glasses. "The better question is... who are you?"

Sasuke's eyes glinted.

"I'm Sasuke Uchiha."

A beat of silence passed before Bruce's brow lifted. "Well... that name doesn't show up on any database. And believe me, I've looked. Wherever you're from, you're not local."

Sasuke glanced around the room again, his senses extending. The energy here this world it was different. Rich in ways he didn't understand, yet strangely aligned with his chakra. He could feel something else buzzing in the air. Technology. Science. Alien concepts.

And something darker lurking in the shadows. Watching.

He didn't trust it.
