Dumbledore is sitting at his desk when McGonagall comes in. "Headmaster, I require your assistance."
Dumbledore puts down his quill. "How can I help?"
"Please come with me." McGonagall says. Dumbledore gets up and follows her back to her office where Harry and Hermione are still sitting.
"Mister and Missus Potter?" Dumbledore asks, surprised.
"We need your help, sir." Harry says
Dumbledore sits. "What can I do for you?
"Are you aware that the spirit of Morgan le Fay is being held here in Hogwarts?" Hermione asks.
Dumbledore sighs as he looks at the floor. "Aye, it's one of Hogwarts deepest darkest secrets."
"I sense a story." McGonagall says.
"Have you ever wondered why Hogwarts seemed alive? Why magic was so much easier to do here than elsewhere?" Dumbledore asks and they all nod.
"Hogwarts is built at a junction where four ley lines meet." Dumbledore explains. "Rowena came to the others and asked if they wanted to help her build a school. So they built it and started working on the curriculum. Rowena became the first headmistress, and she used the castle to lure Morgan le Fay here where she locked her in the secure room in the dungeon."
"How do you know this?" Hermione asks.
"One of the former headmasters' portraits told me on my first day." Dumbledore answers. "How did you find out?"
"Helena Ravenclaw took us to see her." Hermione answers. "Turns out Morgan le Fay was her grandmother, and the grimoire used to be hers."
"The grimoire you use is Morgan le Fay's?" Dumbledore asks.
"Yes, and she cursed it so I'd become more and more dependent on it until I freed her so she could take over my body." Hermione says.
"From the stories that I have heard that sounds like her." Dumbledore says. "Do you have a plan to deal with her?"
"Not yet, for the time being I have the grimoire in a null box " Hermione answers. "I'm hoping to have a solution before Riddle attacks the school."
"Riddle's going to do what?" Dumbledore asks, incredulously.
"Guess we forgot to mention that huh?" Hermione asks.

Amelia Bones steps through the fireplace into Dumbledore's office. She looks around assessing the room. All of the portraits of old headmasters are gone. A table sits in the middle of the room, at the table sits Harry, Hermione, Amanda, Ron, McGonagall and Dumbledore.
"Thank you for coming, Amelia." Dumbledore says.
"You said you had information on a possible Death Eater attack?" Amelia asks.
"Very well, we'll skip the pleasantries." Dumbledore says. "Missus Potter?"
Hermione nods. "We have it on good authority that the Death Eaters plan to attack Hogwarts sometime before April."
"Really?" Amelia asks, and they all nod. "Let the wards on the castle do their jobs."
"I've been told that they have a way around the wards." Dumbledore says.
"If they can get inside before triggering the wards. They can then use the wards to stop students from escaping." McGonagall adds.
"So why before April?" Amelia asks.
Hermione sighs. "I'm pregnant and due in April."
"We believe he intends to force someone to go into labor and use the reverberating magic to cause those nearby that are in similar condition to do the same." Amanda says.
Amelia nods. "If it works they can incapacitate one of our strongest fighters."
"And create a good bit of chaos at the same time." Harry says.
"How do you figure that?" Amelia asks.
"There are four women all due within weeks of each other in this school. If his spell catches all 4 of them Madam Pomphrey will be overwhelmed." Harry explains
"They way I figure it we have three options: we eliminate their way in; we use their way in to attack them; or we let them attack us and plan countermeasures." Ron explains. "Let's take it one option at a time. Eliminate their way in."
"Our source that provided the Intel is supposed to provide the way in. If we stop that, they will kill our source and we won't have intel for future attacks." Harry says.
Ron nods. "Strike the first option then."
"You suggested attacking them instead of waiting for them to attack us?" Amelia asks.
"I said it's an option, but I wouldn't recommend it." Ron answers.
"Why not?" Amelia asks.
"Too many unknowns." Ron answers. "We don't know exactly where we would arrive, or how many of us we could send."
"We also have no idea what size force would be waiting for us." Amanda says.
"So you want to let them attack Hogwarts?" Amelia asks.
"Stragety wise it makes sense." Ron says. "It gives us the best advantage. We can surprise them."
"What about the ritual?" Amelia asks.
"If we know when they are going to attack there's a potion we can take that prevents pre-term labor." Hermione answers.
"I'm familiar with the potion, it should work." Amelia says. "What about the innocent students that could be hurt in the crossfire?"
Hermione grabs one of the papers on the table and hands it to Amelia. "We've created escape routes."
Amelia looks at the map. "This map is no good, there's no corridor there."
"It's a secret tunnel out of Hogwarts." Harry says. "There's one near every common room."
"How did you find out about these?" Amelia asks.
Harry sighs as he pulls out the Marauder's Map and places it on the table. "I solemnly swear I'm up to no good." The map unfolds itself.
Amelia looks at the map in utter shock. "What is that?"
"A magical map of Hogwarts, it shows you where everyone is." Hermione answers.
Amelia picks up the map and examines it. "I've never seen anything like this. How did you make this?"
"We can't take credit for it." Harry says.
"Who created it then?" Amelia asks.
"Look in the corner of the map" Harry says.
Amelia looks at the corner. "Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs?"
"We believe they're code names." Hermione says.
Amelia nods. "Do you think I could borrow this? If I could figure out a way to use this on any location it could change everything."
"Just be careful with it." Harry says. "We believe Prongs may have been my father."
"I'll treat it as if it was my own." Amelia says.
"One more thing then." Harry says. "When you're done using the map say: mischief managed."
Amelia repeats the phrase and the map folds itself up. "Thank you." She says as she puts the map away. "Now, do you have a backup plan in case the students get trapped in the common rooms?"
"Yes," Dumbledore answers. "I'm going to create large portkeys and place them in the common rooms. They'll activate with a keyword that we will give to the prefects."
"Where would you send them?" Amelia asks
"That's one of the reasons I asked you here." Dumbledore admits.
"I'll arrange a safe house." Amelia says. "Anything else?"
"Can you have aurors you trust ready to join the fight?" Ron asks
"I'll do my best." Amelia says.
