Cassie was still processing everything,the people around her wasn't people she recognized,when she went to the bathroom and accidentally looked at the mirror, she realized that she still looked the same. First thing she wanted to do was contact Adrian but her contact list was not people she knew,she took a shower and went back to sit on the hospital bed,she was brought food by a girl she heard everyone calling Nian Nian,the girl seems to be close to whoever they thinks she is,she keeps calling Cassie sister and Cassie didn't like it,she kept her cold expression all through and just ate
Everyone fussed around her but she didn't say anything,they didn't seem to mind and just kept coaxing her
"I want to go to bed,you all should leave" Cassie cold voice sounded in the room and everyone became quiet before leaving, Cassie lays on the bed and looks up for a while before closing her eyes
Meanwhile everyone outside was in full blown confusion
Divine who is the mother of the person they think Cassie is holds the doctors hand"Henry is Cassie okay, she's acting..."
"Cold" Nian Nian completes the sentence
"Yeah,she's usually sweet "peter the husband to Divine agrees
"Sweet? Grandpa have you forgotten Cassie sent men and almost made them assault Aunty Lisa" The child Sam says coldly,he was only 8 years old but had a sharp mouth, Cassandra is his mother while Michael is his father
"Sam don't say that,she's your Aunty" Cassandra scolded,Sam could only 'hmph' as his father rubs his hair
"We should all just make sure Lisa doesn't hold it to heart,after all they are also sisters" Divine said
Cassie on the other hand was having a dream,it showed the story of this Cassie in this life ,how she was fighting for a guy named Mark and hated Lisa who was loved by Mark,she had tried all means to kill Lisa and even caused lots of trouble for them,the girl had committed suicide after to make Mark regret but she ended up dying and Cassie somehow took over the body
Cassie wakes up and finds that everyone was back in the room, sitting down,a few new faces were also present and Cassie recognized them,it was Lisa, Mark and Jane,Lisa childhood friend who also has a crush on Mark
Cassie frowns and sits up,she glanced at everyone coldly "why are you guys here?" She had just asked the question when Jane scoffed "Cassie,you really are something else,your family are here to see you and you act like their presence gives you nausea" "are you my family?" Cassie asked with pure indifference, leaving Jane speechless "that's enough" Mark said, everyone eyes were now on him, Cassie could see that these people were using their eyes to tell Mark something but he doesn't seem to bother
Cassie looks at Lisa who's head had been down for a long time,she didn't have time to care about any of them and just picked the phone that was given to her,she dials Adrian number that she had memorized,after a few rings it was picked up, everyone stared curiously at Cassie
"Hello,am I speaking to Adrian?" She asked calmly with no emotions
"Sorry wrong number,my name is Felix" the voice was different from Adrian
"Okay then" she cuts the call,not planning to talk much,she noticed their stare but didn't say a thing,she looks at Henry who seems to be wearing a doctor coat "how's my health?"
"Eh?uhm, you're strong enough, there doesn't seem to be a problem" he stammers slightly
"Good,I'm going home now" she gets up, everyone was stunned
