Cassie looked up at the maid but didn't say a word
"What? Cat got your tongue?" The maid grabs Cassie by her hair "stop looking at me like that you brat!" Cassie felt a slight headache coming and quickly steps hard on the woman's foot before slapping the woman hard,alot of maids who were there gasped including Lisa who just walked in, Mark was stunned.
The woman holds her face and runs to Lisa side "Lisa I have done nothing wrong and was just teaching Cassie manners and then she slapped me"
Lisa looks at Cassie who was arranging her hair,the other maids didn't dare expose Delilah (the maid who likes Lisa) they were afraid of the consequences
"Why? Cassie why did you slap Aunt Delilah"
Lisa asked,tears streaming down her face,she really loves aunt Delilah as she has always taken care of Lisa since she was 10
"She pulled my hair first" Cassie was so calm
Lisa clenched her fist "but she's your senior"
Since coming to this world this was the first time Cassie heard something funny and couldn't help laughing but her laugh wasn't normal and brought shivers down everyone spine
"Senior? Then she should have acted as one" she said coldly
"Cassie!" Mark calls her name as if warning, Cassie looks at him with a cold expression before grinning
"Delilah,the next time your hand touch me,just say goodbye to hands" her threat had so much coldness,it brought shivers to everyone, Delilah couldn't help but shrink back "oh and Lisa, don't talk when you're not suppose to,I don't care who seniors me so don't try to teach me manners and mind your business"
Lisa bites her lower lip before saying "aunt Delilah is my business"
Cassie scoffed,even though the Cassie in this world wasn't innocent,Lisa was no exception,she had also tried to kill Cassie many times and was even the reason the original Cassie is dead but Cassie doesn't say anything even if she can provide proof,she had happen to send a message to someone who could be trusted and the person has already started gathering evidence of Lisa plans back then Incase of the future
"Lisa don't say I didn't warn you" she turned around to walk away but mark held her hand"apologize" that was the word that came out from his mouth but Cassie wasn't gonna lower herself for those two,she tried to pull away but couldn't so she did what she could do,she threw the guy and another gasp came out but this time the entire family was also by the door
'You've got to be kidding me' Cassie thought
Everyone was silent,Lisa recovered quickly and ran towards Mark,she hit shoulders with Cassie and bends to help Mark up,she purposely pushes Cassie aside as she takes him to the chair, Cassie didn't react and let her,she looks at the family members who still stood frozen,she turns around and was about to walk when she heard Lisa shout
"What do you think you're doing? Why are you hurting those around me?" Cassie stopped in her tracks and glances at Lisa who still stood beside Mark who's on the chair groaning
"Lisa, Cassie just came back from the hospital,you guys are pressuring her,that's why she's overreacting, just let it go" divine said hurriedly but Lisa shook her head"no mom,first she slapped aunt Delilah and now she threw Mark"
Cassie puts a finger into her ear and shakes it before pulling out"I'm going to bed" she said casually and walk up to her room
Everyone was quiet and Lisa couldn't help but clench her fist hard
