Elaria, the newest of the Primordial God ranks, tilted her head with a quiet hum, gaze locked on Crow with sharp amusement. And Valeria, ever so composed, let a small flame trail down her fingertips.
"She's awfully bold, for someone so… new," Liana said, voice laced with venom-coated sugar.
"She's real," Elaria added, as if testing how the word tasted aloud. "Not one of us… yet she thinks she belongs by your side?"
Sylvanna didn't speak. She simply stepped forward, heels echoing, her presence heavy with suppressed magic.
Crow sighed again.
"Don't start a divine war over a hug," he muttered, but none of them laughed.
Their jealousy wasn't petty—it was primal.
And it was only going to grow.
