Sometime had pass since Tirek's defeat and Twilight becoming the Princess of Friendship. Since that day there were a few minor events happened such as Discord making the Grand Galloping Gala a little entertaining for Celestia, a Bug Bear attack during the wedding day of Cranky Doodle Donkey and Matilda, a minor issue that Spike nearly caused at the Grand Equestria Pony Summit by accident but luckily Lorien was able to stop the minor issue from becoming a bigger issue, a summit where the Yaks of Yakyakistan with the delegation being lead by Prince Rutherford who was surprised to see Prince Lorien who would greet Prince Rutherford and offer him his greeting to which Prince Rutherford would accept since in the past back before Lorien revealed his true nature he had visited Yakyakistan many time making a few friends but had seen or heard from the Yaks in years but thankfully Lorien remember his past interactions with the Yaks, learn that the Tantabus that Luna had created to punish herself for what she did as Nightmare Moon had escaped her dream and invade the mane six's dreams turning them into nightmare until it has gain enough strength in enter the real world but luckily thanks to aid from the mane six and Lorien she was able to forgive herself causing the Tantabus to return to her, also hear how the Cutie Mark Crusaders had not only earned their Cutie Marks but had earn in same place at the same time and would learn that Shinning Armour and Cadance were having a bady. One day Lorien would suddenly have a strange feel leading to him to us an ability that not even his sisters know about which would be able to see alternate timeline and would see that Twilight would enter alternate timelines where she and her friends never got their Cutie Marks at the same time then in the seventh alternate timeline is where Twilight and Spike are currently at along with Starlight Glimmer the one who is responsible for Twilight seeing what could have been if she and her friends never got their Cutie Mark connection would see a timeline where everything is dead leading to Starlight to demand to know where are we to which Twilight explain that they are in the future or rather the present to which Starlight would say but there is nothing here which Twilight would say I wish I could be surprised but each timeline I came to was worse than the last then explains she doesn't know why she and her friends are important but we are to which Starlight would reply by saying I don't believe you to which Spike would say come on Starlight look around to which would interject and explain that the past effects the present and the future even the smallest actions and what your doing leads here then suddenly they hear a voice which Twilight and Spike know very well which would say Twilight is correct leading to both them and Starlight to turn around to see Lorien leading to Twilight to ask him how is he here to which he answers her by explaining that one of his abilities is being able to see alternate timelines even being able to connect with the memories of different versions of myself. What Lorien had just revealed would shock Twilight, Spike and Starlight then Lorien would explain that in the seven alternate timeline Twilight and Spike had seen things didn't go well for Equestria and you Starlight only seen the worst of the seven. Lorien would then explain what happened in the other six alternate timelines by use a spell to show Starlight his memories of those timelines and she would shock then he would show Starlight, Twilight and Spike the same seven alternate timelines but decided to show them what would if he never existed which were even worse then the ones Twilight and Spike saw then Lorien would turn his attention to Starlight and would say you know you and I are a lot alike which the Twilight, Spike and Starlight would be surprised leading to Lorien to explain that when I look into your eyes I see someone who had lost a close friend and wouldn't make a friend out of fear of losing them as well, Lorien's statement would lead to Starlight to say how could you know that to which Lorien answered because I had someone like that a long time ago my blood brother which Lorien would further explain that the person who refers to as his blood brother wasn't related to either he nor his sister but both he and Lorien did everything together and were brothers in all but blood, Starlight would then ask what happened to him leading to Lorien to develop a somber look and say he died. Lorien answer would shock Twilight, Spike and Starlight then Lorien would explain that he hadn't been able to move for a long time until I met my wife. Upon hearing this Twilight, Spike and Starlight would shoutout at the same words at the same time which were you have a wife to which Lorien would say had a wife which her name was Evening Star or Eve for short then would add thanks to her I was able to move from my blood brother's death but she too would pass away but I made piece with her death because I know it's what she would have wanted then Lorien would use his magic to bring his neckless that held two rings on it and would say her wedding ring is all I have left then Lorien would return his attention to Starlight and would say I know you think you lost your friend because he got his Cutie Mark and you didn't but doesn't you shouldn't try to make new friend and if happen that neither of you can control then find a way to work though it together then Twilight would interject and continue by saying it's not just my friendship that's important to Equestria everyone's is important and when your's ended it lead us here but imagine the possible that are out there waiting for you if your willing to give them a chance then Lorien interject for the last time and say or are you going to let fear control you. After hearing both Twilight's and Lorien's words Starlight decides to accept their hoofs leading to them traveling back to when Rainbow Dash did her first Sonic Rainboom but unlike the last seven times they allowed it to happen returning them to their own time. Upon returning to their own time the scroll Starlight used to travel to the past would disappear in a flash of light leading to Twilight's friends enter the map room to find what caused that flash of light only to find Twilight and Spike along with Starlight leading AppleJack being the one to ask what she is doing to which Twilight would say it's a long story. A moment later Twilight had just finished explaining what she and Spike had experienced to which they would shock to learn at not just Starlight's magical prowess but also what could have happened if the Sonic Rainboom didn't happen which would surprise them. After Applejack points out that they can't allow a power unicorn to roam free to which Twilight had come up with a plan. After discussing with her friends Twilight would ask Starlight to come in stating that we are ready for you then after entering the room Starlight would say she is ready for what ever the punishment is to which Twilight would if you are will to learn I am willing to teach you what I know about friendship and you will be able to help make Equestria an even better place. Starlight would then ask how do I start to which Twilight simply say starting easy all you got to do is make a friend and you now seven of them right here then suddenly a letter would appear which is addressed to Starlight leading to said pony to open it and what she read would surprise her leading to Starlight to that the letter was from Prince Lorien which says that if I was reading this letter than that means I have accepted you offer to learn about friendship and of I have any concerns I can write him and he would give her advice when he can. Meanwhile in Canterlot Lorien had just sent the letter to Starlight then he would look at the neckless that held his and Eve's wedding rings then would say to himself I manage to help someone just like how you help me Eve, Lorien would then turn his attention to his closet where he would open it and take out something that was wrapped in a sheet and after he unwrapped it was revealed to be a broken sword then Lorien would say to himself as he emotions turned somber as he said while a tear runs down his face if only I could have helped you Talion my blood brother.
