"I... I... I wasn't thinking that at all, don't wrong me, and I only took one bite, it's no big deal... right?"
Her voice grew lower and lower, because... it wasn't one bite, it was lots of bites.
Lu Huai'an fixed his gaze on the girl's delicate little face, and some of the darkness in his deep eyes faded.
Those rosy lips opened and closed, as if soaked in opium poppies, carrying a lethal sort of temptation. Her long, curled lashes fluttered and fluttered, like they were scratching right at the tip of his heart.
It tickled.
He curled his lips, letting out a low laugh.
"You had a grain of rice stuck to your face, I was just helping you take it off. What did you close your eyes for?"
Lu Xi, "..."
OKOK! She was being narcissistic and overthinking it!
She shoved the man's hand away hard and sprang up from the chair.
"I don't want to talk to you, leave me alone!"
