Lucy Torres was a practical person. When it came to her abilities, she did not overestimate herself, nor did she underestimate what she was capable of. She simply chose a middle ground and made sure to stick around it, never straying too far.
Practicality was how she approached life. She was up every morning at five. Rain, shine, winter. even during heat waves, no matter the weather, that was her wake up time.
From there...she ran for exactly ten minutes at full speed. Then she did her warm downs, showered and got ready for work. Once at work, practicality once again saw her through. She checked over her boss's schedule for the day to make sure that nothing clashed, and if he requested that certain meetings be moved up, or down she made sure to rearrange them in such a way that everything fell into place.
