She was shocked and dazed, she looked around if anyone saw what happened. She sighed in relief that no one had seen what had taken place. Of course, no one saw it because after she took ten steps near the meteorite, a barrier was activated, beyond the range of ordinary human sight can see and if other people pass by, in their eyes there's nothing strange happening, just an ordinary meteorite lying on the ground, nothing more than that because the barrier absolutely erases her presence making her invisible like a soul.
After what just happened, Sena took a time in analyzing her thoughts and suspicion.
Those voices that are manipulating me from the moment I step out of that stone like cave to touch that meteorite, disappeared. It's really strange, as there are 1-2 meteorites I have passed by, why not those, is it because they are just ordinary looking, they are not special looking, just like the one a moment ago.
Moreover, just a while ago, I took a chance to look at the situation outside however when I returned, I started to doubt myself if I'm experiencing a dream because even in a near distance i can't even see the stone like cave hollow inside only its outside surface. So it's impossible for a normal stone to create an illusion and the shape of the stone cave was kind of a jaw dropping spectacular, unbelievable but not impossible, it's just that its in the middle of the road.
Additionally, my hair turned white and my eyes turned blue just after the accident and my wound does not even sting but actually healing itself, slowly, unable for the naked eye to see. This situation of mine is becoming increasingly so bizarre. Strange things that defile reality are happening, ain't this a dream but I feel its not. It feels like something out of a book, but now I'm beginning to believe that this is now my reality.
After reflecting her thoughts, she left the place without looking back. Unknown to her, the barrier covering the area disappeared into nothingness. Additionally, the thick fog that was wrapping around the whole area is beginning to dissipate however Sena didn't realize it as her attention was on something else.
Walking towards where the stone like cave was, she quickly sped up her footsteps, getting what she wanted. She left and walked towards where Jena had just gone out but when she took 10 steps, the stone crumbled to dust.
Seeing it crumbled with her own eyes, many questions were left unsolved, even if she thought deeper about it, she didn't have the answer however she believes that from the moment she left the fog like maze, the world has changed.
Minutes have passed...
A bright light blinded her eyesight as she is getting nearer and nearer.
Blue sky, white clouds, loud noises of ambulance and police siren can be heard and many different voices.
It's a miracle. She thought to herself and then she looked at the sky. It's five in the afternoon but it's still so bright.
Seeing her uncommon look such as her white hair and still looking fresh after experiencing a tragic accident and with little visible wounds on her skin, the rescuers in the distance were not totally surprised by her look because the rescuers encountered many fantasy things just before now.
Unbeknownst to Sena, behind her was a mysterious man in black robe blending in the fog, following her throughout her journey inside the fog like maze. Seeing her leave the boundary, the man disappeared.
Seeing Sena, standing absent minded in the distance. An unfamiliar woman, standing beside Jena asked with confirmation, "Is that her?" The unfamiliar woman has shoulder length black hair and black eyes.
"Yes." Jena nodded in reply, and when she saw that Sena found her backpack she felt quite relieved. Sena looked at Jena, sitting on a chair while talking at an unfamiliar woman beside her. She waved her hand at Jena, and Jena waved her hand in reply.
Sena saw a sturdy man with broad shoulders walking towards her with black hair and eyes, who looked like he was around 27 years old, dressed in a rescuer's outfit..He stopped in front of her and said, "Follow me, Maam. To record your identity and for a health check up."
Sena nodded and followed the rescuer. As she walked, she looked around and saw many dead bodies covered with cloth. When they arrived at the tent, the rescuer took a paper from the table and said, "Just write your name in this paper and someone will arrive later."
After the instruction, he left the tent and a moment later, a female doctor appeared, with black hair and eyes, she looked like 27, young and beautiful. Seeing the woman in white, Sena stood up, holding the paper in her hand and asked the woman in front of her, "Are you the person in charge here?"
"Yes, Are you done filling up the form?" The woman replied
"Yeah, and if you don't mind, can I ask what time is now?" Sena asked and she handed the form to the woman in front of her and sat on the chair.
"It's 5: 30 p.m." The female doctor replied as she walked. Seeing the minor scratches on Sena skin, the female doctor performed immediate first aid at her. Minutes later, the female doctor took a seat opposite Sena, with a table between them.
"Your injury is not too serious but this can be painful. Senalia Forgeneria, a fifteen year old student and Sena are you willing to tell me what you have experienced?" She said while holding the paper, then she looked at Sena.
"I fainted after the taxi overturned. Then I woke up in a different place and found my hair was white and my eyes were blue."
"I think, someone dragged you out of the taxi to save you." The doctor replied and in her mind, she speculated that Jena saved her but her speculations did not last long as Sena interrupted her by asking when she could go home.
Ten minutes later...
"You can go home now we will text you, if there's something important and by the way the government offered to bring all of you back to your residence, so if you see someone wearing a blue shirt and an ID, it's one of the drivers." Hearing the female doctor's words of advice, Sena thanked her for the guidance and the hygiene wipes she provided.
With the hygiene wipes the female doctor had given her, she scrubbed the dirt from her body and face.
Five minutes later, she walked outside the tent, looking neater and cleaner than before. Seeing Jena, watching the rescue in and out of the accident area, she walked towards her.
Noticing Sena, Jena turned around and said, "Seems you're done, lets go."
"Jena, have you seen a man, wearing a blue shirt and an Id?" Asked Sena.
"I presume the doctor already told you." Jena looked at her.
"Yeah" Sena nod in reply
"Oh, I found him a minute ago." Jena replied
"Then, let's go." Said Sena.
The two girls walked toward the area where many transport vehicles were parked, but the man in a blue shirt with an ID already noticed them walking in the distance. He waved at them and when they arrived he asked, "You two must have come here for the ride."
Hearing his words, the two nodded in unison.
"Then, step inside and watch your step." Mr. Driver, opened the door as he reminded the two then he suddenly remembered something important and asked the two if they were nearby or live in a certain area, because that is his assigned destination and if not, the two must switch to another van.
The two looked at each other, seeing Jena nod, Sena replied, "Don't worry, Mr.Driver, lucky for us, we are."
"Thank Goodness, it saves the two of you, the trouble asking around." Mr. Driver said with relief.
Inside the eigth seater van, the two girls sat beside each other.
"It seems that we are the first ones here." Jena said
"Yeah." Sena agreed and asked Jena, "Did you tell the doctor that you have super power?"
"No" Jena replied while looking outside the window.
"Why?" Sena asked with confusion.
"For safety." Jena replied as she looked at sena.
"Oh" Sena said and thought. What's going on? Why is Jena being so cautious? Is she afraid the scenes that happened in the movies will happen to her, for example, a crazy scientist will use her as their guinea pig for their experiment.
Just as her thoughts were wandering wild, she was interrupted as Jena asked her with curiosity, "What about your hair and eyes, did the doctor ask about it?"
"Yeah, she asked what I encountered during the accident, so I told her." Replied Sena.
Jena and Sena were talking inside when suddenly the door was opened.
"Young lads, just sit anywhere you want and once everyone is all seated, let's head out onto the road." Mr. Driver said to the people behind him.
A minute has passed by and everyone was settled into their seats. Mr. Driver took a moment to explain the alternative route they would take, since the main road was currently closed. Then after that, the eight seater van started travelling to its destination.
A few minutes later, the eigth seater van arrives in an organize, developed and high end community.
