A few minutes have passed by, In the kitchen, the mother and daughter sit facing each other.
After eating the last bite of chocolate cake on her plate. Sena who changed her uniform to her usual clothing, stood up and said to her mother, "Mom, the cake you baked is so delicious and I'm going upstairs, I'm going to rest for a bit. "
"Don't worry I can handle the kitchen myself dear." her mother said with an assuring smile
"Thanks mom" sena smiles as she looks at her mother with a loving gaze.
After sena walked upstairs her mother sighed brokenheartedly and deeply grieve about the future of daughter.
How could my daughter be so heinous in the future. The friend she trusted wholeheartedly, brought her betrayal that led to her tragedy. How can I rewrite her future when the gears of fate already began. One wrong move will cause everything to be worse than before.
A few minutes later sena walked to the kitchen and saw her mother busy cooking.
"Wow. This chicken soup smells delicious mom."
"I know, I, your mother cook it" her mother said with a tender smile on her face.
"Once it's ready, lets go eat dinner mom. " sena said as she looked at her mother
The mother and daughter sat facing each other. As they ate, Sena talked about what happened to her and her mother quietly listened. After dinner, her mother walked to the living room and rested, as sena was left in the kitchen to wash the dishes.
After the simple chores are done, sena walks to the living room and lays on the sofa. She looked at her mother reading a cook book as usual, and gazed at the ceiling feeling bored, so she walked upstairs and rummaged her schoolbag to find her cellphone.
She knows that there's no signal still she wanted to use it to play games.
Seeing the phone, she tidied her mess and headed down to the living room. She sat cross leg on the armchair then she started her phone and played her favorite game till 9 pm.
Looking at her elder brothers who just arrived looking messy like crazy, she walked towards them at the door and asked them worriedly with a hint of teasing on her voice.
"Elder Brothers, Are you two really all right? You two look like a crazy person on the street."
"We're fine but can you cross out that crazy word you labeled to us, since we share the same blood after all." Jonathan smiled as he looked at sena.
"Mom, we passed by many houses and the electricity is down, I think it will take days to return to normal." Luke said as he gazed at his mother
"It's a good thing we have installed a generator here." His mother said with relief
Hearing his mother's words, he looked at sena and asked, "why did you dye your hair and wear contact lenses? It looks natural on you but isn't dyeing a hair forbidden at your school and so are the contact lenses."
"It's just temporary brother lu. I dress up like this for the play."
"With your outfit and look, I'm sure you got a high score on that play. Let's chit chat later, little sis. I'm going upstairs to change my messy outfit." Jonathan patted her head and walked upstairs with Luke. She watched her brothers walk upstairs then her mother called her to accompany her to the kitchen.
10 days later the signal returned but the restoration of electricity is still ongoing in some places and the school all over the country announced a temporary break for a month.
Many lives were lost and saved at that accident and as time passed by the public gradually knows some people have superpowers and it caused sensations worldwide and because of that, excitement, fear, jealousy, a mix of different emotion were all felt by different people.
A month passes like a blink of an eye. Everything is back in order but scars of that accident can still be seen in the surface of the earth.
As school resumed, sena woke up early. She moved down from her bed and walked to the window seat where her bag was placed. It's been forgotten for a month, so it's no surprise that it's rumbled and unorganized inside.
She took all of its things including the forgotten biscuit she bought and placed it on another school bag which is neater. After that, she then walked to the bathroom to take a shower.
After dressing up she walks to the mirror and takes a look at her reflection. White long hair and ocean like eyes, an elegant mysterious beauty.
She walks downstairs and eats breakfast.
Minutes later she leaves the house together with Jonathan. As she got out of her brother Jonathan's car before she could close the door her brother left a word of advice for her.
"If anyone bully you please tell me, don't hide it because if you continue to hide it they will become more and more reckless. You have your big brother back on you, you have nothing to fear, okay."
"Thanks big bro" hearing those words sena felt warm and almost cried but she held out her tears for a reason she didn't want to add worry to her brother.
"You're Welcome" Her brother smiled at her and drove back to the road.
As she walks, all eyes and murmurs are all about her. She felt like a rabbit being watched by many wolves. Even before, she felt intense in such a group of people.
As she took a step inside her classroom she subconsciously sighed in relief. She walked to her desk and sat down, waiting for the bell to ring but a mean looking girl suddenly walked to her and started mocking her.
