"Wait, wait! Did you just say your body might have gone to East Ying?"

Moriarty suddenly recalled something.

"Weren't you imprisoned in the oak tree by Vivian?"

"She did imprison me, but it was a sneak attack. I wasn't prepared for it," Merlin said indignantly.

"And you know how women can be—those days when emotions run wild—grumpy and unstable. Especially female elves!"

He winked mischievously at Moriarty.

"Besides, Dracula's viral magic infected Vivian. In that state, she could've done anything."

Merlin sighed lightly, as if reminiscing about a lost love.

"Well, I mastered a combination of ancient Elvish, ancient Dragon Tongue, and ancient Greek. That's how I managed to slip out of the oak tree," Merlin said with a triumphant laugh.

"And Vivian never knew. She thought she could keep me trapped by her side forever."

He shrugged and looked toward the forest with mock detachment, ending his tale with an oddly comedic touch of sadness.

"You're quite the trickster," Moriarty teased, giving Merlin a knowing look.

"Messing around with the Lady of the Lake herself. Don't worry—I'll keep your secret. You have my solemn Slytherin word that I won't tell a soul about Merlin's
adventures."

"Haha!" Merlin chuckled heartily.

Moriarty noted again how Merlin wasn't the brooding figure history painted him as.

On the contrary, the man radiated an infectious vitality.

It reminded him of meeting Dracula for the first time—Dracula had that same unpredictable charm.

Perhaps Dracula had modeled himself after Merlin.

Thinking of Dracula, Moriarty's gaze settled on the vampire's severed head.

"To prevent any future trouble, we should destroy this," he said coldly.

"Indeed," Merlin agreed, his eyes lighting up.

"Back in the day, Dracula was my equal. I couldn't completely destroy his viral magic—I had to seal it. But now you've appeared.

The moment you uttered Do Not Disturb the Sleeping Dragon in Dragon Tongue, I knew—you must be the finest Slytherin. Salazar himself once praised me too! Ha! Perhaps it's time he updates the records.

You know, the word 'greatest' is always changing. As your senior in the house of Slytherin, I'd love to witness your magic. Please, impress me."

Merlin tossed Dracula's head into the air.

Moriarty raised his staff, summoning both water and wind magic.

In an instant, the sun vanished beneath a swirling tempest.

Warmth gave way to bitter cold as the meadows, flower beds, forests, and the holy lake all froze.

A fierce roar split the air, and sleet driven by raging wind formed a massive, crystal-blue, transparent serpent.

"Boom!"

The ice flame of absolute zero collided with Dracula's head.

Countless wind blades followed, shredding it into fragments.

The storm carried away the remains, leaving nothing.

In Moriarty's mind, the system's cheerful voice echoed:

Ding Dong~ Host has slain Dracula's head with his own hands.

Award: 500,000 points!

Elemental fusion detected. Water and Wind magic successfully combined.

Host upgraded:

Water Element Magician: Level 43

Wind Element Magician: Level 25

Moriarty had already gained deep insights during the battle, so the level-up was expected.

However, the 500,000 points came as a surprise.

With this, he could unlock an abundance of spells.

"Marvelous elemental fusion!" Merlin applauded.

Moriarty turned to look at him.

"You've taken your first steps on the path of elemental magic. No wonder Dracula didn't scare you.

You probably don't know that Salazar Slytherin himself was obsessed with elemental magic.

He and the other three founders developed elemental frameworks for their houses—water, fire, earth, and wind."

Moriarty's eyes lit up.

Earth element? That was one more he hadn't mastered.

He already knew five: water, fire, wind, lightning, and now earth.

But surely there were more.

"My ancestor left behind a diary, but there's no mention of elemental magic," Moriarty said thoughtfully.

But Merlin's expression shifted suddenly, his gaze flickering toward the forest.

"They're here," he said solemnly.

"The elves."

A soft green light rose from deep within the woods, expanding outward in a wave.

Wherever it passed, ice melted and the cold was swept away.

Moriarty narrowed his eyes. He had seen this magic before—on Diana.

Could it be
?

"Whoosh—whoosh—whoosh—"

The air was filled with sharp sounds.

Shadows flitted through the trees, tall and slender figures moving with grace and speed.

They crouched on branches and stood between trunks, eyes fixed ahead.

Each had golden hair—and pointed ears.

Elves.

Moriarty studied them.

The men were handsome, the women stunning.

The male-to-female ratio was low.

Most of them carried short bows and quivers filled with silver arrows.

Larger bows hung behind their shoulders.

Merlin gave a disdainful snort.

"Elf Rangers."

"Elves," Moriarty repeated coldly, raising his staff.

"If any of you aim an arrow at me, you'll go up like that bastard's head."

His distrust of elves ran deep.

While Dracula corrupted the forest, they did nothing—waiting for him to fix it.

And Lilith? Jericho?

"Are my friends in your custody?" Moriarty's tone darkened as he stepped forward.

His feet left icy craters behind—footprints freezing instantly into pits, forming a trail of ice through the woods.

"Lilith and Jericho are safe. No harm will come to them," came a silky voice.

The elves parted, and Diana emerged.

She wore a sheer black dress of woven tulle. Her shoulders and arms were bare, her figure hugged tightly by the cloth—a picture of sensuality and elegance.

Black gloves barely covered her hands.

Her legs, clad in translucent black stockings, ended in silver heels.

A crown of black roses rested atop her golden hair.

Her lips were painted black. Her nails glowed purple.

There was something dangerous and alluring about her—more so than usual.

"They are my students, after all," Diana said lazily, eyes sweeping Moriarty.

There was a boldness in her gaze that made him uncomfortable.

Then she turned to Merlin.

Her expression changed instantly.

"But you—the lying, thieving Merlin. You will pay."

Merlin stepped forward calmly.

"You're Vivian's successor? The current Fairy of the Lake and Elven Queen?"

"Correct," Diana said proudly.

"I was there when you abandoned her.

You took her magic. You stole the holy sword. You even stole her heart.

And then, you left.

Did you ever consider the consequences?"

Diana's laughter was wild, beautiful, and lethal.

The male elves fell to their knees, worshiping her as a goddess.

"I watched as she imprisoned you in the oak tree.

She thought that keeping your body meant she had your heart.

But you escaped—with spells we taught you.

She knew. But she couldn't stop you.

She cried for you every day."

Her voice softened for a moment before hardening again.

"You'll see her soon. And then you'll understand what you've done."

She stared at Merlin, her eyes burning with rage and pain.

Moriarty, meanwhile, was unmoved.

His eyes locked on Diana with quiet fury.

**"You knew the helmetless armor was Dracula.

You knew the Mianlongwu was Merlin.

When Dracula released his virus magic to infect the forest, you saw your chance.

If Dracula won, you would've appeared just before he regained his body.

If Merlin won, you'd still get your revenge.

You came to Hogwarts as a professor to guide us into revealing the truth about the Headless Horseman—manipulated by Dracula.

And when Dracula entered Avalon, you followed us.

You waited, watched me summon Merlin, and saw Dracula fall.

Perfect timing.

But your petty revenge makes me wonder—**

was I also a target?"

Moriarty casually stepped away from Merlin.

Merlin's eyes widened.

"Boy, you're a Slytherin to the bone!"

"You left Vivian, yet you had the power to create an avatar.

Why didn't you leave that with her and go resurrect Arthur yourself?"

Moriarty said, feigning a shrug.

"Vivian was just a woman. Arthur was a legend!" Merlin declared.

"Mere woman?" Diana snapped.

"Then let me show you what's become of her."

She snapped her fingers.

A green glow darted into the holy lake.

Bubbles surged, and a massive figure began rising from its depths.

"Merlin, behold," Diana said bitterly.

She then looked at Moriarty, and her tone softened.

"Moriarty, don't you realize who I truly am?

I am more than just a priestess.

I am the Queen of the Ancient Elves.

And the Queens of Elves"
