This is a mostly Shield chapter.
-------------------
Ever since Tony had been brought back from the Middle East, Shield had been Obsessively searching for anything about the unknown people behind the attacks, especially for the man whose face had been blurred out involuntarily by all cameras and forgotten by those who had seen his face. Agents who were originally tasked with finding Tony were quickly transferred to the search for the unknown organization. Phil Coulson had been tasked by Fury to write a file on the organization with all the information they had gathered so far and to make it level 4 access, as they needed more info, and the file didn't really have much to hide anyways. Phil Coulson had typed up the file relatively fast and sent it to all agents level 4 and above. He was currently spearheading the search while the Hydra agents were also crafting their own theories under the command of the nine heads, of course.
Shield was a buzz with activity, like a beehive unaware that hornets had been lying dormant inside. Fury had been non-stop prodding for anything new from any source, even if fake, because it would show the higher-ups they were making progress, and they could get off his back. He had been restless every day since they first appeared. He now sat in his swivel chair, a bunch of bureaucratic nonsense sprawled on his desk as he continued making up scenarios in his head.
Coulson walked in less than confident, and pulled out the file he had written specifically so Fury could read it to be archived as it was now. It was File:267 - Tri speared organization, the name originated from the surveillance video captured of the blurred man's face, which, when put together, formed a logo that has no recognition anywhere in their history books or database. As of now, the folder remained empty other than the events of the circus and the suspected attack on the school that happened later on.
Fury had received the file Council had already written, but he preferred reading the paper physically rather than on a computer. He had his arms up, fingers folded between each other like a villain.
"Sir, this is the file that you have requested," Coulson said. Before Fury could say anything, he warned
"Its mostly empty as they are damn good hiders." Coulson was nervous as his boss asked him to write an in-depth file, but all he had were scraps like a wild pig. Fury didn't bat an eye, however much to Coulson's relief, or maybe he did, but he did it with the eye under the eyepatch, if he had an eye under there.
"I get we don't have much, Coulson, but you could have at least put some keywords for the unknown operatives," Fury sighed, fully expecting absolutely nothing other than their recent appearance. Still, he was disappointed in how bad the shield intelligence network was, apparently, when they couldn't even find much about them.
He glanced it over and found nothing new other than the speculation of the attack at the elementary school because of the logo that was black and white on the figures' gas masks. He had put down the file and gave new orders to Coulson when suddenly the phone rang; it was not a cellphone, but an old phone. Fury approached the phone with a pep in his step and picked up the call. It was a call regarding the second attack by the same group of people that had originally exploded the school. When he heard all the new info, his eye bulged as he heard the casualties and the reason they killed that many, to seal a room that used to be a janitor closet. Fury had seen the video of the kids going in and encountering a face he didn't exactly fully trusts it was real, but knowing these people came back to specifically seal that room, even at the cost of many agents, he was convinced something was up inside that room. He organized his thoughts and quickly reissued orders to Coulson as both of them would be making their way down to the site and opening that room, no matter what.
[At the poor elementary school]
A sea of people was present, combative ruled the seas like pirates. Many of the people in the sea had rifles and heavy armor equipped on them like soldiers. Most of them were not soldiers although a fair share of them were. They had been securing the site and setting up defenses as if the Qing emperor is being buried there. [1] Needless to say all of the agencies were involved in keeping this under wraps as best they could, while they bustled and cleared out the rubble surrounding the room and they pierced the welds and forced them off.
Fury had pulled in fully blacked out and unmarked sedan underwhelming considering the power he held. Him and Coulson stepped out the vehicle and hurried to the untouched room from the original explosion and now second attack. Since the other agencies still failed to believe anything supernatural or extraterrestrial had been going on inside a elementary schools janitor closet they didn't instantly allow Shield access. Fury had been ticked knowing he had to be restrained and not act out otherwise things would turn uglier than it already has.
Progress into the removal of the welding's that held the room shut had been in progress for a while now and soon they would finally remove the let piece that would block their way allowing entry. While the un-welding continued the agencies decided a member from each agency would enter as a team to conduct scouting and then they would take turns sending in people, Fury not convinced something normal was going on down there had called Natasha Romanoff to return to the scene and enter as one of their agents. She quickly arrived still with some makeup from her getting ready to enter starks midst's. She pulled men's glances towards her especially when she was wearing that tight fit suit, and the other agents simply couldn't stop catching glances. Natasha was not impervious to the glances and had repeatedly given a fierce glare and aura off finally making everyone stop looking at her. She was ready to go in at a moments notice when the final weld came undone and they could force the door open.
The final weld came off at about 6 pm and the agents were finally able to unlock the door. They had shone lights in, all bright but none were able to illuminate much. The agents going in were equipped with pistols and shotguns, they didn't carry explosives but were wearing medium size vests with a body cam attached to them and carried a flashlight that could be detached from their helmets, it would be off most of the time as they also had night vision. The ones carrying the Remington's were put at the for while those with pistols were all lined up behind them, Natasha included. They had finally entered and turned on their bodycams attached to their vests. They made their way down the stairs orderly and quietly while their night vision was kicked on.
Fury and other commanders were seated watching the every move inside the room all getting backed up constantly on tapes and online files. Fury had grown increasingly panicked as the agents continued to descent deeper and deeper as it clearly was not just a janitor closet. When the group had reached 13 minutes into their scouting a babies crying could be heard on the body cam as well as in person. The agents were not spooked however as they instantly assumed a trafficking ring or something following those lines, Natasha didn't however because she could distinctly her the babies voice coming from no source, no speaker, no actual baby, nothing, as if was coming from the dark itself. The commanders up above had already concluded that this underground staircase lead to a place were many children were kept for something. Fury also shared their idea but he was still suspicious as the face continued appearing in his head.
